Joe Biden on Friday marked the two-year anniversary of January 6 by granting the Presidential Citizens Medal to 12 law enforcement officers.
January 6 is a sacred day for the Democrat-media complex. (Photo) It’s their Super Bowl. Many on the left absurdly claim January 6 was worse than 9/11. (Tweet/Video) Biden bungled his January 6 speech.“What happened on July the 6th had international repercussions beyond what I think any of you can fully understand,” Biden said.
July 6th.
What a joke.

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters Friday that he's confident he'll have the votes to get elected House speaker when the chamber reconvenes at 10 p.m. for the 14th roll call vote.
"Yes," McCarthy told a reporter when asked if he would have the votes to become speaker Friday night.
When asked if McCarthy would be able to convince two GOP holdouts, Reps.-elect Eli Crane, R-Ariz., and Matt Rosendale, R-Mont., the California Republican replied, "I'll have the votes."

Shockingly enough, the Biden White House’s Thursday announcement that Joe Biden was set to finally visit the southern border during his trip to Mexico for the so-called “Three Amigos Summit” has had the mainstream media pressing for details the administration has so far been reluctant to give.
One tidbit we recently learned that shines an unflattering light on Joe Biden’s trip is that downtown El Paso has reportedly been “sanitized” ahead of his visit, with the migrant encampments that had previously cropped up being quietly moved out of sight. This has led to more speculation that Biden’s pit stop in El Paso will be an epic photo op flop, much like

While Elon Musk may be blowing the doors off censorship on Twitter, it appears Facebook is still all-in on running cover for the Biden administration.
The Spectator’s most recent cover dared to poke fun at President Biden’s questionable cognitive abilities, depicting him holding up five fingers under the headline, “Six more years.”
When the magazine attempted to run the cover as an ad on Facebook — something it has done with many of its satirical covers — it was told the cover “didn’t ‘comply with advertising policies,'” according to the magazine’s editor, Fraser Nelson, who took to Twitter, where such things are now permissible, to break the news.

President Joe Biden has finally decided to address the unprecedented crisis at the border, unveiling on Thursday a plan that would, effective immediately, turn away Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguan migrants who attempt to illegally cross into the States from Mexico, only to welcome from the very same three nations — plus Venezuela — 30,000 legal immigrants per month.
It’s a move that attempts to prepare for the end of the Trump-era Title 42 regulation that was put in place to limit the number of migrants who could enter the country during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it appears to be pleasing very few from either side of the political aisle.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) called out President Joe Biden’s severely delayed response to the border crisis.
Abbott vented his frustration with the administration saying it’s “about time” Biden makes a trip down to the southern border to see the “chaos” that he has created.
The Texas governor’s comments come after Biden announced that he will be visiting the border this weekend for the first time since taking office two years ago.
“I think what his proposal is going to do is to entice even more people to come here illegally," Abbott cautioned, adding “Biden talked about the Republicans having no plan.

One of the last actions of the outgoing Democratic majority in the House of Representatives was the House Ways and Means Committee’s vote to release six years’ worth of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns. They had finally caught their white whale after more than six years of the real estate mogul turned politician refusing to disclose them.
But like the dog that caught the car, the Democrats and their media sympathizers now are not sure what they have, nor are they sure what to do with it. So far, there has been no revelation of criminal activity, improper financial activity with Russia, or anything remotely

There have been some positive aspects of this fight over the Speaker of the House.
It’s shown us who is willing to fight for rules that are more favorable for the members to fight for their constituents as opposed to just shoving bills through without any thought or discussion. We’ve seen Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) hold that banner high, as well as some of the other 20 who are fighting for that cause. That’s an important thing to fight for, to bring some sanity back to the decision-making.
Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) laid it out and it’s disturbing how little discussion and input from the individual members there are.

Former President Donald Trump unveiled plans on Thursday for a potential war against the many drug cartels that are funneling fentanyl and other narcotics into the U.S.
He unveiled the plans through a video statement published on Truth Social. And incidentally, he released his plan on the same day that current President Joe Biden unveiled his own plan to provide amnesty to 30,000 illegals per month.
Watch: (Tweet/Video) The video began with him describing what has happened to the southern border under current President Joe Biden.
“Fentanyl, heroin, meth, and other lethal drugs are pouring across our wide open border, stealing hundreds of thousands of beautiful American lives,
