The drag queens’ dirty little secret:
Their lack of talent is intentional

Thanks to Libs of Tik Tok, we can all get glimpses of what passes for entertainment in the world of drag queens: strutting, writhing, and coyly obscene chit-chat as they crudely mock actual women. None of the performers whom Libs of TikTok highlights as they make exhibitionistic displays at schools, libraries, or “family friendly” events has any discernable talent—and that’s actually important. A significant part of leftism is to destroy aspirational beauty and is about getting us used to the brutalist ugliness of the world here and now. The Judeo-Christian religions are aspirational. They urge us to a higher level of conduct because we have embraced a Being

A minor quibble with the article — specifically it’s use of “brutalist”. It’s an architectural term for construction that does not conceal how it is made or how it works. Essentially form follows function. It is what it is, and doesn’t hide it. Brutalism got a bad reputation because the Soviets followed brutalism in a typical soulless communist way with endless concrete block construction. Ugly. Boring. And, well, communist. Everyone equally miserable. But it can also mean exposed brick, wonderfully laid plumbing, duct work, and wiring In an office building (not hidden by the ever mundane suspends white foam ceilings). Natural wood. South Texas exposed stone blocks. A log cabin. Or a Porsche 911. It looks fast because it is. Or a cheetah. All of that is “brutalism”. And can be quite beautiful because it what it is and doesn’t pretend to be something it is not. Transsexuals are not what they purport to be. They are men hiding behind a facade of a woman. They’re Pontiac Fieros with a fiberglass kit to fake looking like Ferrari. Their plumbing is hidden. That is the opposite of “brutalism”.

The left equals darkness and dirtiness. Everything about them stinks. I remember when a lot of art became ugly because of them. I'm obsessed with painting landscapes, seascapes, and inanimate still objects, because I can't stand the art that looks insane and promotes weird vibes.

If adults are actually entertained by this garbage, have at it. There is no such thing as a ‘family friendly drag show’ and the parents of these children should lose custody of them. They are not parenting.

WVHillbilly nails it. The appeal of the drag shows is to denigrate and demean masculinity by showing men dressed up in "female" face and clothes to parody physically exaggerated and stereotyped women. Its humor is as degrading to biological men as the negro minstrel shows were to performers of both races who put on black face and frolicked as buffoons for the white audiences. Some women seem to find this really entertaining but you'll notice that hetero men never show up for these events.

I think we are finished as a world leader. The dimocRATS seem to want it that way. I remember many years ago an older man I worked with said that he missed the old days. He would talk about how it was better then. I now understand what he meant. I miss those days too.

I've worked with a number of drag queens. And mostly all of them are purposely obnoxious jerks. Some of them love to spit on things. Others like to take my microphones and stick them down their pants and then leave them back on the stand for the next act and laugh when the next band sings into a mic that they have had their penis on. Or they spit on them until the sponge wind screen on my SM58s are soaked. Not to mention covered with greasy red lipstick. They all seem to have the attitude that they want you to dislike them. For some of them I think they don't even understand how obnoxious they are because they have mental conditions. When I am engineering a gig and there is an act with drag queens I come equipped with two sets of microphones. (and a roll of paper towels and a bottle of windex) My oldest junky SM58s are reserved for the drag queen acts. Fortunately SM58s can be easily disassembled and cleaned once I get them back home to my kitchen sink.

And one more thing. That Sam Brinton guy is a prime example of the in your face obnoxious attitude that the drag queens have. They think they are privileged and they are bullies. That's why he stole luggage. He felt he was privileged to do so. I wouldn't be surprised that he parks his car in the fire lane at the grocery store.

On January 1, “60 Minutes” featured a segment with Paul Ehrlich, who predicted that earth is headed straight for extinction. For Ehrlich, 90, this is not a new theme. “The battle to feed all of humanity is over,” was the first line of his 1968 The Population Bomb. During the 1970s, the author contended, “hundreds of millions of people will starve to death in spite of any crash programs embarked upon now.” By 1979, Ehrlich prophesied, the oceans would be without life and by 1999 pesticides would reduce the population of the United States to 23 million. None of that happened, and it wasn’t even close. On Frontpage Magazine,

One of the saddest aspects of the Left’s takeover of our institutions is what it has done to the scientific establishment. This is a big topic, but for now let’s stick to the Lancet, which once was one of the world’s most respected medical journals. Now, it is largely a joke, pushing hack politics–race, gender, climate change–instead of seriously advancing medical science. This degeneration long predates covid. In 2016, I wrote about the Lancet’s editorial denunciation of Donald Trump, which read like a parody. In 2017, I noted an article by Lancet’s editor in chief, who argued that Marxism is the key to public health. And in 2018, I mocked the

"What do We mean by the Revolution? The War? That was no part of the Revolution. It was only an Effect and Consequence of it. The Revolution was in the Minds of the People, and this was effected, from 1760 to 1775, in the course of fifteen Years before a drop of blood was drawn at Lexington." Those are the words of John Adams from a letter written to Thomas Jefferson in 1815, nearly forty years after the colonies declared their independence. Having had more than enough time to grapple with the world-shifting events the two revolutionaries helped set in motion and looking back from the

Richards claimed that every person has bisexual feelings, and that each individual might be more comfortable being bisexual. “If you’re straight, watch gay or lesbian porn and see how quickly you feel aroused,” he said in the lecture, originally held on December 6, via Fox News.

Individual data ownership is a major, underappreciated issue in the 21st century. The question of which of the bits we generate in copious quantity is protected is unclear but potentially important, probably far more so than “climate change.” Although there may be debate over where a complex system like the planetary climate will be in fifty years’ time, there is little doubt that the public’s custody over its own information will slip away unless something drastically changes right away. "Perhaps the Fifth Amendment’s most famous protection is the right against self-incrimination. As it reads, no person “shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a

The Biden Administration has beat a hasty retreat from the trial balloon of banning natural gas stoves and other appliances, but this is likely only because they got caught before the bureaucratic rule-making machinery of the administrative state could make it fait accompli and provide cover for Democratic politicians. You know in your bones the authoritarian climatistas are determined to ban all natural gas use that they can. As Jim Geraghty pointed out at National Review, “When a member of a federal commission says ‘any option is on the table’ and ‘products that can’t be made safe can be banned,’ you cannot say that ‘fears of a ban are unfounded.'”

Let’s take a look at the bumper crop of mass shootings we’ve had thus far in 2023. DEFINITION-O-RAMA! I am going with the traditional definition of a mass shooting: four or more people shot — not including the shooter — in a fluid situation. Meaning, if a clown shoots three people in a Denny’s, takes a nap, watches an episode of “Forensic Files,” and then perforates four more at a Piggly Wiggly, this is not a mass shooting.
