"They are probing & pushing everywhere." That line sums up an increasingly alarming element in the seventh installment of the so-called "Twitter files." "They" were the agents of Federal Bureau of Investigation, and they were pushing for the censorship of citizens in an array of stories. Writer Michael Shellenberger added critical details on how the FBI was directly engaged in censorship at the company. However, this batch of documents contains a particularly menacing element to the FBI-Twitter censorship alliance. The documents show what writer Shellenberger described as a concentrated effort "to discredit leaked information about Hunter Biden before and after it was published."

The 2022 election engineering by the fbi/cia was the cover up for the 2016 to 2020 insurrection/attempted coup (perhaps even a successful coup) by them. A Republican Congress investigation was to be stopped at all costs.

There is nothing redeemable about the FBI. They are just powerful rogue criminals. If Trump or DeSantis makes it passed the next election fraud and accomplish the White House the CIA, FBI and DOJ need to be all scrapped. The DOJ needs rules that have to be followed but kept on a short leash the others are all useless to the public. The FBI is now 'Public Enemy #1' in the United States.

Lately, I view any branch of the government as infantile and juvenile. It seems that when people get into government job positions, they forget one significant fact. They are serving the public. Anymore, it seems as if there is a rush to serve oneself. By the way, it is getting worse every day with the President of the USA leading the way in that thinking. So whether it is the FBI, CIA, President, Congress, judicial systems etc., they all seem to be self-absorbed individuals.

Because we have this "fox guarding the henhouse" thing going on within the DC establishment, I don't expect the massive changes that are needed will happen. But you never know. In my opinion, we are at a tipping point as a nation. Something needs to be taken away from the average American that will finally put them over the edge and turn them against their federal government en masse.

“In the end, the government-corporate alliance failed“ Really? If the alliance had failed we would not be in the mess we are currently living with. Trump would be President. Gas would cost about $2.00 per gallon. The border would be under control. We would have gotten out of Afghanistan with honor. Russia would not have invaded Ukrainian. Our great nation would be respected around the globe. They did not fail. Yes, thanks to Elon Musk we now know about all the censuring and many other violations. They will get away with it. There will be no prosecutions. No one gets convicted. They will all become wealthy from working for the commie left. (And live happily ever after)

In my opinion, the "root cause" of our current problems is that the Constitution contemplated 3 branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) and wisely gave them counterbalancing powers over each other. But they never contemplated the creation and rise of a 4th branch - the Administrative State (the Deep State). This started when Woodrow Wilson got the 16th Amendment (Federal Income Tax) passed in 1913. We started sprouting more and more bureaucracies after that, because more money was available. The Deep State arose unchecked - no "checks and balances" for them! One can argue that the first generation of bureaucrats was more or less competent. But as they arranged for their descendants to replace them, the competence declined. By my count now we've had 3 generations of "progressively" more and more incompetent bureaucrats. Third generation - they're ENTITLED to all those powers and bennies. How dare those stupid peasants question their policies? Of course, get all the peasants fighting each other, so the third generation can get the FOURTH generation (even more ignorant) into their jobs. History teaches that when things get worse and worse and things aren't fixed, eventually something "snaps" and people start realizing that they've been victims of a monster grift. It's all a big integrated system, so if something "snaps", eventually other things "snap" - VERY QUICKLY.

Comments Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell made on Tuesday show why he has become the single biggest obstacle to GOP success. The Kentucky Republican claimed giving more money to Ukraine is “the No. 1 priority for the United States right now, according to most Republicans.” The new $1.7 trillion Democrat spending bill he enthusiastically supports would give Ukraine another roughly $45 billion in assistance, bringing the total over the past eight months to more than $100 billion, a staggering figure even if it weren’t happening during a time of inflation, looming recession, and other serious domestic problems. The comment about Republican priorities is so false as to be completely delusional.

The life expectancy for the average U.S. citizen has hit a 25-year low, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Life expectancy for people born in the U.S. during 2021 stands at 76.4 years, the lowest on record since 1996. Life expectancy for those born in 2019 was 78.8 years — a drop of 2.4 years, according to CDC data. This marks a dramatic reversal from the steady growth in expected longevity of U.S. citizens for the past two decades. CDC officials blamed the drop on two factors — the COVID-19 pandemic and a rapidly growing epidemic of substance abuse and drug addiction.

The Jan. 6 Committee's Referral Is Unconstitutional 24 replies

The Jan. 6 Committee has voted to refer former President Donald Trump to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution. This referral violates both the letter and spirit of the Constitution for at least two reasons. First, Article 1 of the Constitution grants Congress "all legislative powers" and only "legislative powers." Under our system of separation of powers, the power to prosecute lies exclusively with the executive branch through the justice department. Congress has no authority to refer specific individuals for prosecution. It is beyond the scope of its constitutional authority. Second, Congress is specifically denied the power to pass any "bill of attainder."

The midterm elections were closer than expected with Republicans seizing a slim majority in the House of Representatives and Democrats retaining narrow Senate control. That presents an opportunity for the GOP if it plays it right. Although the widely anticipated “red wave” didn’t materialize, the political and economic situation is the same. The Biden administration has no effective plans to address record inflation or improve the economic outlook. Those fundamentals will continue to plague Biden and Washington Democrats, who appear to want to continue their progressive policies. The shift in House control provides an opportunity for the business community and the House GOP to work together to chart a new course.

Add yet another government overreach to the “Things You Didn’t Think Could Happen in America” file: Democrats on the lame-duck House and Ways and Means Committee voted Tuesday to release six years of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns. Why? Because they um, uh—because they want to? But wait, you say to yourself, that’s not possible; your tax returns are private by federal law, and therefore protected from release. The Dems of course found a sleazy way around that. The tax code allows the committee to look at people’s tax returns to provide “oversight” of the Internal Revenue Service, and by writing an official report on their findings,

The report also states the Army, Navy, and Coast Guard have, for the most part, gotten rid of gender identifiers such as “Sir” and “Ma’am” but instead address drill instructors by their rank and last name.
