President Joe Biden’s administration reportedly failed to send National Guard troops their final paycheck of the year during the week of Christmas, according to a letter sent to troops obtained by The Post Millennial.
The National Guard troops’ paychecks were disrupted due to congressional drama surrounding the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill that Congress recently approved. After weeks of negotiation, Congress came to a deal on the omnibus spending package. Included in the spending bill is, among other things, a $45 billion aid package for Ukraine. The $45 billion is on top of the $66 billion taxpayer dollars that have already been used to fund Ukrainian aid.

Former President Donald Trump exclusively shared with Breitbart News his latest campaign video, in which he blasts Democrats for releasing his personal tax returns and calls on the incoming Republican-led House of Representatives to obtain and release President Joe Biden’s financial records.
On Tuesday, the Democrat-led House Means and Ways Committee voted along party lines to release Trump’s tax returns. Within hours, it published data from Trump’s 2015-2020 returns. The Committee obtained the documents through an appeals court ruling that ordered Trump to turn them over following a years-long legal battle.

Former President Donald Trump has released a five minute video in which he rambles on how the January 6 Committee findings were a 'monstrous lie'.
The video, which was posted to his Truth Social platform on Friday night sees Trump refusing the reports findings that he was ultimately responsible for the 2021 Capitol insurrection.
'The unselect committee did not produce a single shred of evidence that I in anyway intended or wanted violence at our capitol,' Trump said. 'The evidence does not exist because the claim is baseless and a monstrous lie.

Vice President Kamala Harris lashed out at the media in an end-of-year interview claiming they have failed to cover her strengths during her tenure.
Harris, speaking with Washington Post columnist Jonathan Capehart who lavished praise on the VP, said that 'what you've been able to see is based on what gets covered.'
She referenced the coverage of the Dobbs decision overturning Roe vs. Wade and how much coverage she received for speaking out against the decision: 'There are things that I've done as vice president that fully demonstrate the strength of my leadership as vice president that have not received the kind of coverage

Never one to cower in a defensive position, former President Donald Trump has recorded another explosive campaign video in which he pushes back against the Democrats’ “deranged” pursuit of his tax returns and calls on incoming GOP House members to demand the financial records of President Joe Biden and his “entire criminal enterprise.”
Breitbart News got an exclusive look at the new video, which came after members of the Democrat-led House Means and Ways Committee voted along party lines on Tuesday to release Trump’s long-sought-after 2015-2020 tax returns.
On Friday, Trump, who remains thus far the only Republican challenger to enter the race for the White House, torched the “radical Democrats”

Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans really, really hate their voters.
The Senate Minority Leader approved the $1.7 trillion spending bill this week along with 17 Republican Senators. Mitch was OK with the purple-haired crazy lady, Democrat Rep. de Lauro sitting at the Omnibus table but NOT GOP’s Appropriations Committee ranking member Rep. Kay Granger. (Photo) Rep. Kat Cammack told Maria Bartiromo 98% of all Democrat earmarks made it into the package.

They shaped the future of America’s long-term spending from the comfort of their La-Z-Boy recliners.
More than half the members of the House of Representatives called out sick Friday when the lower chamber passed the massive $1.7 trillion spending bill – instead opting to take advantage of the widely-abused COVID-era proxy voting system.
A bipartisan group of 226 congressional lawmakers filed proxy letters with the House clerk before Friday’s vote on the omnibus spending bill, giving notice that they will designate a colleague to vote in their place.
The pandemic-era policy allowing lawmakers to choose a representative to vote in their stead was instituted by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) in 2020,

Tens of millions of Americans are bracing for the coldest Christmas in living memory, with cities in Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania expecting record-breaking lows.
At least ten people died this week in vehicle crashes that authorities said were likely related to the storm in Kentucky, Kansas, Ohio and Oklahoma, with a 50-car pile-up in Ohio and 100 crashes reported just north of the Canadian border, near London, Ontario.
One Ontario Provincial Police officer described the corridor as 'one of the worst traffic scenes' he'd ever witnessed.
More flights were cancelled on Friday - 5,259, as of 7:30pm - than on any other day of the year,

Sam Bankman-Fried's ex-girlfriend has confessed that she knowingly engaged in 'illegal' business tactics with the disgraced FTX founder in bombshell court testimony given as part of a plea deal with authorities.
Caroline Ellison, 28, Bankman-Fried's former on-off lover, told a New York court that she ran Bankman-Fried's investment company, Alameda Research, and essentially had access to an 'unlimited' amount of FTX client money.
Ellison, who has pleaded guilty to fraud charges, said she agreed with Bankman-Fried to give 'materially misleading financial statements' in order hide the arrangement - which she knew was illegal.

New York Democrats voted to give themselves a 29 percent salary increase just days before Christmas, potentially making Albany the highest-paid state legislature in the nation.
Members of the state Assembly and Senate would make a base salary of $142,000 under a bill they passed during a special session, a $32,000 raise from their current $110,000. Their new salary is three times the average New Yorkers' salary of $43,208.
Their last pay raise was in 2018, when they went from $79,500 to $110,000. It was the first time in 20 years New York Legislators received an increase. Their pay in 1998 was $57,500.

A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit from Massachusetts parents who accused public school officials of hiding their children’s gender transitions from them.
U.S. District Court Judge Mark Mastroianni, an Obama appointee, criticized Ludlow Public Schools officials for allegedly hiding the pair of siblings’ gender transitions from their parents, but he said the officials’ actions do not “shock the conscience.”
“While the court is apprehensive about the alleged policy and actions of the Ludlow Public Schools with regard to parental notification, it cannot conclude the decision to withhold information” about the children from their parents meets the conscience-shocking legal standard in Massachusetts, the judge wrote

A taxi driver who took University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen home on the night of the grisly murders said the girls were “super excited” about going home to chow down on mac and cheese — as he opened up about how the unsolved slayings have “weighed” on him.
Speaking to the Daily Mail this week on condition of anonymity, the cabbie said he was likely one of the last people to see Goncalves and Mogen, both 21, alive before they were slaughtered along with their roommate Xana Kernodle and her boyfriend Ethan Chapin, both 20, on Nov. 13.
“It’s weighed on me,” the driver told the news site.
