House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy said that as Speaker of the House, he would issue subpoenas for the 51 intelligence officials who signed a letter weeks before the 2020 election claiming the Hunter Biden laptop story looked like Russian disinformation.
During a Fox interview over the weekend, McCarthy - who will likely become the lower chamber's next leader - said Republicans, under his leadership, will 'bring the (the intelligence agents) before committee' and ask them 'why did they lie to the American public?'
'Those 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was all wrong - was Russia collusion - many of them have a security clearance,'

No, Kev, tell us you will make sure they go to jail or stand before a firing squad; then, we might believe you. Talk is even cheaper these days. Stop.

Many Knotseez signed the letter. The Demented Fuhrer would have given the chance. A few of the Knotseez:
John Brennan, former CIA director, now analyst for NBC and MSNBC
Mike Hayden, former CIA director, now analyst for CNN
Jim Clapper, former director of national intelligence, now CNN
Thomas Fingar, former National Intelligence Council chair, now teaches at Stanford University
Leon Panetta, former CIA director and defense secretary, now runs a public policy institute at California State University
Michael Morell, former CIA acting director, now at George Mason University
Jeremy Bash, former CIA chief of staff, now analyst for NBC and MSNBC
They need to be held accountable for the treasonous acts against the U.S. Constitution.

They didn't say that it was Russian disinformation. They said it had all the "earmarks" of Russian disinformation. Clinton speak for the MSM to run with. Bring all 51 in and you'll get 51 variations of the same answer and accomplish nothing.

The letter copied in the article refers to earmarks of a “Russian INFORMATION operation.” All this time I thought the spies who lie claimed the Hunter Biden Laptop story had the earmarks of a Russian Disinformation operation. Apparently others misread that part of the letter just as I did.
In any event we know the FBI took possession of the laptop in December of 2019. The spies who lie letter was released in October of 2020 shortly before the 2020 election. The signatories signed their letter while claiming they didn’t really know if the laptop story was a Russian operation. One would think the FBI and the signatories who maintained security clearances would have sorted out such a national security threat immediately. By the time their letter was shared with the public why would the spies and FBI pretend not to know if the emails were genuine? They played down the seriousness of the actual emails in order to persuade Americans to look outside their government for threats and to discount what was on the laptop.

#13 and #15 are correct. This would be a waste of time.
Remember how useless it was to call Herr Mueller to read his report to the committee?
This would be worse, giving dimocrats opportunities to ofefr leading questions to further smear DJT.

It takes very little intelligence or imagination to "get to the bottom of this."
Does anyone really want to listen to 51 liars telling lies until the next election?
I imagine President Trump's former AG Bill Barr won"t get a subpoena.
My intelligence tells me why.
Oh and BTW Jim Jordan gets alotta money from Big Tech. Just say'in.

Just bring these 51 known liars in and let them deny the truth. I realize these investigation produce nothing but drama, but I want to see everyone of these fools sit in the chair and have to listen to Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz, or Rand Paul lay out the case before they ask them one question. Force them to lie under oath in order to deny the evidence. You can do a lot of damage just by bringing them in and making them sit there while their deeds are revealed. Now if Republicans will just man up and use the hearings to destroy these arrogant liars, it would be a win. Do not let them off the hook. They cannot be allowed to slink away with their cushy media jobs and golden pensions. Use the power of truth to reveal just how corrupt they are. These liars believe they are above the law. Put them on trial in the court of public opinion. That should take them down a peg or two. And if by chance, these investigations hit pay dirt, remove their security clearances immediately if that is possible. Put them in the hot seat and turn up the heat.

As for Michele Obama - why is anyone here surprised that her grubby paws were involved in banning Trump? She successfully got Roseanne Barr's chow cancelled and basically banned from TV. Looks as if her "inner light" is really a very black and evil light. A pox on her, her husband and kids from another father.

I know ... I know ... it will be a show trial with little real results. But --- still --- how sweet it will be to give them all just a little taste of their own medicine? Flush them out in front of neighbors, friends and colleagues.
No matter who you are, a signed subpoena from Congress will always give you a few bad night's sleep.
Now let them all get expensive lawyers ... answer on camera ... take the 5th ... and look dumb ... and generally be as harassed as our guys/gals always are. And who knows ... one of the weaker ones just might crack!

So.......Kevin, when you lead the movement to withdraw the security clearances of each and everyone of these scum, then, just then, pal, I might believe you have a pair of cujones and actually give a crap about this country. A little preemptive taste of what it would be like if Michelle gets ambitious? Don't kid yourselves. There are plenty of democrats who have not forgotten that Michelle and Barack caused Chicago to lose the Olympics. Some movers and shakers lost BILLIONS of dollars in potential revenue. Their obnoxious "all about me" attitudes caused Chicago to lose the Olympics on the first ballot. Go ahead. TRY to run for president.
