Jack Smith, the newly-appointed special counsel overseeing the investigation into former President Donald Trump, is a partisan Democrat who has targeted conservatives in the past, according to House Republicans. “Jack Smith has been a swamp creature forever,” House Judiciary GOP recently tweeted. (Tweets) According to a December 2014 report put out by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee, Smith was a key figure in the Obama era Internal Revenue Service (IRS) political targeting scandal.
Beginning in 2010, the IRS and the FBI improperly targeted conservative nonprofit groups for special scrutiny ahead of the 2012 general election.

The White House Press Corp is a place where embarrassment is pretty much the only course on the menu, but every now and again you see what can only be described as a smorgasbord of cringe and self-owns. As RedState reported on Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre got defensive to the point of yelling at reporters after Dr. Anthony Fauci was asked a simple question about the origins of COVID by the Daily Caller’s Diana Glebova.
It was yet another moment that informed the public of quite a few things. For one, Jean-Pierre is wildly inept at her job

Garland Favorito and VoterGA held a press conference yesterday where they announced that they were suing three counties in Georgia to prevent them from destroying ballots from the 2020 Election.
VoterGA shared its press release from yesterday (below) where the team is demanding from the court that certain counties in Georgia retain their paper ballots from the 2020 Election. These same counties destroyed their electronic ballots, which is against the law during the period that the law stipulates they be maintained. The paper ballots are the only thing

Approximately 53 bags of human remains have been uncovered at a makeshift grave site in the town of Irapuato after locals reported seeing a dog with a human hand in its mouth and ostensibly, it’s not the first time that’s happened.
It has taken since late October for authorities in Mexico to exhume the remains, according to Fox News.
Irapuato is in Guanajuato, which has the horrific distinction of having the highest murder rate in any of Mexico’s 32 states. It has had more than 2,400 murders from January to September in 2022 alone. Nearly 3,000 more people disappeared in the same time period. The violence is part of

Patriots in Arizona demanding a redo of the 2022 general election have organized a protest near the Arizona Capitol this Friday at 9 am and through the weekend before counties canvass the results.
The protest will include a peaceful gathering and opportunities to hold signs and banners on highways across the state.
The Arizona election was an uncertifiable mess due to voters having their ballots stolen, not counted, or being prevented from voting altogether.

Up to 10 people have been killed at a Walmart store in Chesapeake, Virginia, after a gunman - believed to be the store manager - opened fire just days before Thanksgiving.
According to witnesses at the scene, one of the managers entered the break room and started shooting at people inside the Sam's Circle Walmart, located just off Battlefield Boulevard, at around 10.10pm on Tuesday night.
Police said the gunman was dead when they arrived on the scene but did not confirm whether he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound - though a Walmart employee claimed the shooter turned the gun on himself.
First responders found multiple deceased victims

Fox News host Tucker Carlson called out Dr. Anthony Fauci Tuesday evening for “lying about COVID” and failing to answer questions about the virus’s origins following Fauci’s last press briefing at the White House before his retirement.
“When the COVID pandemic began in early 2020, everyone wanted to be Tony Fauci. We did and had him on the show, actually, and then he started lying in ways so obvious that you could not ignore it, you began asking what is this about? The guy in charge of the COVID response is lying about COVID, why?” Carlson said. “He lied about herd immunity, then he lied about masks, then he repeatedly lied

Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh has filed the state’s first statement of election contest in the Arizona Superior Court.
Abe Hamadeh currently trails radical left Democrat Kris Mayes by just 510 votes, and there is expected to be a recount.
However, the Arizona election was an uncertifiable mess due to voters having their ballots stolen, not counted, or being prevented from voting altogether.

An ad from Republican Georgia U.S. Senate candidate Herschel Walker knocked his Democrat opponent for supporting transgender athletes invading women’s sports.
Released Monday with the runoff election two weeks away, the ad featured swimmer Riley Gaines, who famously criticized transgender athlete Lia Thomas after competing against him.
“I’m Riley Gaines, a 12-time NCAA All-American,” Gaines said in the ad.
Gaines went on to describe her intense training regimen that was no match against a man like Lia Thomas.
“For more than a decade, I worked so hard. 4 AM practices to be the best. But in my senior year, I was forced to compete against a biological male,” she said.

President Biden’s granddaughter Naomi’s White House wedding was “a private affair,” and off-limits to the press.
Well, except for Vogue.
The White House press pool wasn’t allowed into The People’s House, but the fashion magazine got the full spread, the private pics, the kisses, cake cutting and all the pomp and circumstance.
The media is furious, but they shouldn’t be surprised. This is a president that rarely does a press conference, that prefers TikTok and Instagram influencers to “60 Minutes.” Of course they pulled a bait-and-switch

Vice President Kamala Harris said Tuesday that she will be on the 2024 ticket should President Joe Biden choose to run for reelection.
'As the president said, he intends to run. And if he does, I will be running with him,' she told reporters on board the Philippines Coast Guard ship Teresa Magbanua, as she wrapped up her trip to Asia.
Harris refused to answer questions about former President Donald Trump's announcement last Tuesday that he would seek the White House again in 2024.

The White House on Tuesday vouched for President Joe Biden's continued health, and said the president would get his second physical as president in the 'coming months.'
White House Press Secretary provided a brief snippet of information from White House physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor, but indicated Biden, who turned 80 on Sunday, won't be getting his annual physical immediately.
'So the President is in good health and maintains an active lifestyle. That is from the doctor – he shared that with me,' White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Tuesday
