Portland Antifa can claim total victory
against Andy Ngo

Superman had to deal with Bizarro World, a place in which everything is backward and evil is ascendant, and Andy Ngo has to contend with Portland, which pretty much seems to be the same. The latest travesty is that, after the judge heard Andy Ngo’s case against an Antifa activist whom Ngo filmed throwing a liquid at him and grabbing his phone, the judge not only gave the activist a pass, but the judge also scolded Ngo for daring to report Antifa activities.

I have been following Andy Ngo’s video reporting during the whole rioting season of 2020. What a travesty of justice from this radically leftist judge!

The People's Republic of Portland deserve what they vote for, anarchy and terrorism. Good luck to the residents of Eastern Oregon and their ultimate secession from the rest of Oregon.

Oregon turf belongs to Antifa. It's like being in court in Washington DC you are wrong and guilty just for showing up. I followed this when it happened now, we know the results.

Perhaps this judge understands Antifa and is reasonably concerned that he might suffer personal injuries if he ruled against the defendant. The judge's outrageous decision reminds me of when U.S. Senator, Harry Reid, from Nevada, suffered serious physical injuries. Reid alleged publicly that his injuries occurred while he was in his residence, exercising on his exercise machine I believe Reid crossed the mob. An expert regarding physical injuries from the make and model of Reid's exercise machine concluded that it was all but impossible that Reid's injuries could have been caused by that machine.

Much of America is already convinced that Portland, LA, NYC are already Anti-America sanctuaries and this decision will only strengthen that perception. “Americans” in these cities have no concept of the blood and treasure sacrifices made for Americans’ freedoms. Communism will do that to these dysfunctional, indoctrinated idiots.

Six years out of office, and the Obamas still esteem themselves oracles of racial justice and authorities of truth concerning America’s flaws. As witnessed at the recent unveiling of the Obamas' official White House portraits, in a photo taken in the Oval Office, both Barack and Michelle are positioned shamelessly front and center. Still smarting from the reproof of 2016, the Obamas take any opportunity to publicly defame the character of the political outsider who upset the collective vision Barack hoped Hillary Clinton would set in stone – as well as the people who voted for him.

In a resurfaced video from 2015, Kamala Harris spoke in front of a large audience, and mocked one American demographic as being emphatically, and hopelessly “stupid.” There’s so much irony in this, it actually took me a minute to unpack and organize it all. First off, it’s Kamala Harris calling someone else stupid — that’s rich. Does everyone remember her recent “yellow school bus” ? If not, here’s a quick refresher: (snip) Mind you, she was speaking to a roomful of adults, not kindergarteners.

Is it just a coincidence that a slew of articles appeared in the nation's socialist media with almost the same storyline to expect delays in election results? Up until a few days ago, the nation's far left and the nation's socialist media were silent about how long it would take for the midterm results to be resolved. Then, as someone else noticed, they all published almost identical versions of the same article: "prepare to wait for election results that could take many days." Almost all of them within the same narrow timespan:

There are videos making the rounds showing President Trump standing on stage in Miami's pouring rain while imploring Americans to get out and vote. The metaphor is striking. There's Trump, battling the elements, lively as ever, refusing to give up, insisting on finishing what he's started. Citizen Free Press appropriately notes that "President Trump is truly a force of nature." I know that the months ahead will make for some spirited political debate among friends, but I encourage you to cement in your minds this quintessential image

Over the last few months the four icons of the Democratic Party—Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Nancy Pelosi—have hit the campaign trail. They’ve weighed in on everything from “right-wing violence” and “election denialists” to the now tired “un-American” semi-fascist MAGA voter—and had nothing much to say about inflation, the border, crime, energy, or the Afghanistan debacle. In this, they remind us just how impoverished and calcified is this left-wing pantheon.

This is it, the “most important election of our lifetime,” which is how most national elections are described. But this year’s Congressional midterm elections may be just that important. Much rides on which party controls Congress, state legislatures, and many state governorships in terms of the country’s direction and what everyday life looks like for Americans over the remainder of the decade and beyond. President Barack Obama described the original plan as “the fundamental transformation of America.” It was supposed to be eight years of Obama followed by eight more years

Rumor has it a red wave is taking over Congress, and Democrats are panicking. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reportedly plans to step down from her position if that just so happens to be true, with her daughter in line to take over for Pelosi. Christine Pelosi, a Democrat activist, has remained at her mother’s side for most of her political events, even writing a book on “America’s Most Powerful Woman” in 2019. If the plan to replace Pelosi with her daughter becomes reality, that would make her the third generation to serve in Congress.

By not addressing the corruption, the DOJ and FBI have only gotten worse. Bill Barr now says he was hoping that there’d be accountability at the FBI. This guy had two years to address the massive corruption at the FBI and DOJ but he didn’t. One of my graduate history professors made a statement in class once I have never forgotten: “Before you study the history, study the historian." This is indeed insightful. His meaning was simply that historians are people, too, and we are influenced by our beliefs, culture, traditions, etc. like anyone else. A good historian will try, as best as possible, to tell the historical “story” as accurately as he/she can, and such is not impossible. I firmly believe historical truth can be discovered. But there does exist a near-infinite amount of historical data available, and a historian does have to choose which of that data he uses.

Former (and sort of current) president Barack Obama used a rally in Phoenix Wednesday night to deliver a crazy remark about America's system of self-government. The Anointed One asserted that if the Arizona Republican candidates are successful, "democracy as we know it may not survive" there. He added, "That's not an exaggeration. That is a fact." Opinions are now facts, as facts are "disinformation" to the wannabe tyrants called Democrats. Democrats have routinely asserted recently that "our democracy is in danger" if Republicans do well on a national scale in the upcoming midterm elections.

The American Bar Association voted to drop the LSAT and other standardized tests as requirements for law school admissions. An ABA panel made its decision on Friday after noon after a committee recommended the testing requirements be scrapped because they hurt diversity in admissions. The LSAT, or Law School Admission Test, estimates a prospective students reasoning and reading comprehension, and it serves as a predictor on how they will fair in classes. The ABA's ruling will take effect in the fall 2025 semester, after a final determination from the association's Hose of Delegates in February.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday named former federal prosecutor Jack Smith as special counsel for two ongoing criminal investigations by the Department of Justice of former President Donald Trump.   Smith’s appointment came three days after Trump, a Republican, announced plans to run for president in 2024.   Trump’s move directly led to Garland’s decison to appoint a special counsel, who will recommend whether criminal charges should be lodged against the ex-president. The attorney general was appointed by Biden, a Democrat who defeated Trump in his 2020 re-election bid. Biden could again face Trump again in the 2024 election. CORRECTION*

Hundreds of Twitter employees apparently quit Thursday after new CEO Elon Musk gave workers an ultimatum: commit to a “hardcore” work environment, or be fired. The reported exodus threw Twitter into more turmoil and came as staffers at the social media giant were given a 5 p.m. Thursday deadline to sign onto Musk’s workplace pledge. The resignations were gleaned from internal Twitter communications, including a poll where 42% of 180 workers surveyed Thursday said they were “Taking the exit option, I’m free,” Reuters reported.

Donald Trump faces a lot of criticism at the moment, having undoubtedly lost a lot of votes because of his behavior just prior and after the midterm elections. Anger of some Republican voters toward the former president runs hot and may cost him the nomination in 2024. Yet it is also the case that Trump has been pronounced politically dead many times in the past, and in most of those cases the cause for the premature Code Blue calls has been his big fat mouth. He has never been able to control his impulses, and has never been a nice guy. This has not stopped his ability to

Not only was crypto-billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried’s company, FTX, allegedly a fraud, but it spent huge sums on recent elections to get Democrats into office. Was this a case of massive election fraud? If so, it isn’t just Bankman-Fried who should be punished. In case you’re not caught up on all this, FTX, a futures exchange for crypto-currencies including its own, exploded into the public’s attention just after the election. That’s when it was revealed that FTX had questionably transferred or “loaned” some $10 billion to its sister company, Alameda Research, to “fund risky bets,” a highly questionable move seemingly to shore up Alameda’s finances.
