Ex-Wife Asks Court To Bring Warnock in

Original Article

Georgia Democratic senator Raphael Warnock's ex-wife asked a court to bring Warnock in to face questions from her attorneys as part of their contentious child custody battle, according to a court notice filed last week and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. The filing is the first sign of movement in the case since the judge in August filed a sealed temporary custody order and shows that the conflict has not been resolved out of court. Warnock's ex-wife, Oulèye Ndoye, has accused him in court filings of neglecting to see his children during his custody days and leaving her financially strapped with unpaid child care expenses.

Seems like Warnock is using his Pastor position as a cash cow to avoid paying his "fair share" of income taxes and avoid outside income limits. His tax free church paid housing allowance alone is more than most people make in a year. He probably also gets a tax free car allowance from the church which paid for the Tesla that he used to run over his ex-wife. They probably pay his insurance or he writes it off as a church expense too. Maybe Hershel Walker should start questioning Warnock paying his "fair share" of taxes based on all of his tax-free "benefits" from the church.

I'm surprised at the fact that Warnock has two children. He struck me as having a beard kind of guy... Is the Teska oiwerful enough to kill someone? That takes care of support payments... Ebenezer Church sure is generous. But how is the housing allowance tax-free? (If the housing allowance was tied to his church duties, I could see the allowance being tax free, but doesn't he already have a house provided by Ebenezer Baptis Church? This is something to be investigated byt the IRS.

Always glad that the facts come out, but given the "results" of the mid term elections, Walker has a snowballs chance in hell in winning. Republicans don't show up for run off elections, and they also don't show up for elections that don't matter.

Warthog's entire campaign against Hershel Walker consists of trashing the character of his opponent. Nary a mention that he tried to run over his wife and refuses to pay child support. His accomplishments as a senator is he was a hand puppet for Chuckie Schumer and he voted for inflation.

#3, there are weird tax laws concerning pastors, ministers. If I recall correctly, not only is the $7400 per month housing allowance tax free, he can still count the mortgage interest as a deduction if he owns the house in his name and has a mortgage. Very generous tax rules for ministers. This helps small town churches who cannot afford a generous salary for the preacher. But it also applies to people like Warnock, Joel Osteen, etc.

Judge Rewrites Georgia Law to Favor Warnock 3 replies

Now that the Republicans have eked out a majority in the House of Representatives, one midterm mystery remains: Who will Georgia send to the U.S. Senate? Because incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock couldn’t convince a majority of Georgia voters to reelect him on Nov. 8, he must face GOP challenger Herschel Walker in a Dec. 6 runoff. Democratic angst over the rematch was such that they sent controversial Clinton attorney Marc Elias to drag Warnock over the finish line.

A legal battle has broken out between the Warnock campaign and the Georgia secretary of state over the early voting dates leading up to the run-off election on December 6. Democrat incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock is in a heated run-off race with Republican Herschel Walker. A problem has arisen with the dates of the early voting period. As I wrote about on Monday, the day after Thanksgiving is an official state holiday. New election integrity reforms passed in Georgia shortened the timeline for run-off races. The run-off must take place four weeks after the general election. In this case, early voting should start “as soon as possible” but has to begin

Republicans apparently learned very little from the 2020 election which turned voting and vote counting into a chaotic multi-week affair, all to the great advantage of Democrats. After finding their party blown out of the water by early votes and mail-in ballots, both vastly expanded to accommodate the pandemic hysteria, elected GOP leaders seem to have thought to themselves, “Well, better luck next time!”And here we are. In an election year that should have seen major gains for Republicans across the board, the party failed to take the Senate, could still (a week after Election Day) fail to secure the House,

Election Day finally arrives tomorrow, and most serious political analysts expect the Democrats to lose their majorities in both houses of Congress while incurring significant collateral damage in numerous state and local contests. There is still some uncertainty about the ultimate size of the looming wave, but there is little doubt that it will profoundly alter the political landscape. This inevitably raises the following question: Do the Democrats have the capacity to learn anything from defeat?

What do you do when nobody cares what you are saying? When they even hate the sound of your voice? If you are an attention starved brat–or a Democrat these days–you scream louder and louder and hope that screeching sound will make the crowd turn around and listen. Joe Biden did his share of (metaphorical) screaming last night in what was a repetitive, poorly written, and clearly panicked speech last night. Ed gave his take earlier today, and here I give you my infinitely superior one. (Boss? Boss? It was a joke! Really!) I actually sat down to watch the awful speech–I did it for you, because I sure as

Unless you have obsessively followed the midterm tracking polls in an effort to divine which party will control a majority in the U.S. Senate next year, you have probably never heard of the following people: Erik Gerhardt, Jeremy Kauffman, Chase Oliver, Neil Scott, and Marc Victor. Yet, because all are Libertarian Senate candidates in states where the major party nominees are statistically tied, each has the potential to save a faltering Democrat. Nowhere is that more true than in Georgia.

Usually, the final month of a midterm election is a hectic one for the president of the United States. Barack Obama, for instance, made 22 campaign-related trips in October 2010 in a futile effort to stem losses in his first midterm election — Democrats lost 63 House seats and control of the chamber.President Joe Biden, in comparison, made just eight last month and has little on his schedule for the final week of campaigning. The problem: Next to nobody wants Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris to appear on stage with them. “Of the 14 states with some of the most competitive Senate and governor races,

Look past the topline number on this latest — and presumably final — generic ballot poll from the Wall Street Journal, which may not look terribly spectacular at the moment. An R+2 barely even pops in this field, coming in under the RCP average lead of 2.8 points for the GOP.Keep two other points in mind. Who’s leading in enthusiasm? And what do respondents think about the direction of the country and economy? That, and one other related issue, makes this a fairly significant entry into the midterm red-wave sweepstakes: Voters are giving Republicans a late boost in support just ahead of the midterm elections, as pessimism about the economy

Eleven years ago, Texas Gov. Rick Perry destroyed his bid for the presidency when he said in a debate that he had three examples of something and then could only remember two. That’s all it took — and rightly so. Debates afford voters a rare chance to see politicians under pressure having to think on their feet and respond to unexpected events. I’ve never seen anything like the Pennsylvania Senate debate between John Fetterman and Mehmet Oz on Tuesday night, and I hope never to have to see anything like it ever again. It was horrible. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) telling people to “stop” taking ivermectin for COVID-19 was informal and just a recommendation, government lawyers argued during a recent hearing. “The cited statements were not directives. They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin,” Isaac Belfer, one of the lawyers, told the court during the Nov. 1 hearing in federal court

Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright — with the Elections Integrity Unit — wrote a letter to the Maricopa County officials Saturday demanding an accounting for the widespread ballot tabulation and ballot printer problems seen during the general election on Nov. 8. Among the most troubling issues raised in the letter directed to Thomas Liddy with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office was the apparent co-mingling of ballots in black duffle bags in at least one polling location, which were successfully run through the on-site tabulators with those put in “Door 3” to be sent to the Election Department’s downtown Phoenix tabulation center because they could not be read.
