A nonprofit organization launched its digital curriculum Thursday for students to learn the “horrors of communism.” The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC) has launched its Communism: A History of Repression, Violence and Victims curriculum featuring 10 sections and 33 chapters of material to help school districts teach the basic theory and ideology behind communism. I doubt the teachers' unions will allow teachers to use this. It will be taught in private schools, or by teachers that go below the radar.

We had a course in the late sixties in small town central Florida which was "Amercanism vs. Communism", and was mandatory in your senior year of HS. Very good class. We read Animal Farm, an learned a lot about what Communism actually was about. They should have never stopped requiring and teaching that class. If this works, it will be a very good thing.

This this not being taught anymore is a huge problem, and an intended outcome. I just hope when they teach about it, they also teach how it originated and by whom, only then will they begin to understand who is not wanting them to learn about it now.

When I was in eighth grade back in Illinois, 1966, I believe, our elementary school principal taught a one-day long class titled "Propaganda and Communism". It was pretty hard-hitting. He warned us of the dangers lurking within America that could someday destroy us as a civil society. He urged all of us to be vigilant as young adults and stand up against the forces of evil that would confront us. How prophetic his words were.

I understand the skepticism but never ever stop exposing this dreadful ideology. They wrap it up in social Justice and sell it to naive young people. Their insidious strategy is dangerous but very effective when it comes to young people and that is why it must be vigorously challenged. This is a good first step, but parents can have a real influence on their children if they tell their children the truth about communism and socialism. It is never too early to praise freedom and explain the horrors that come from tyranny. Build the foundation your children need to navigate this world. It’s never too early to praise your country in front of your children.

The masking of American children by fauci was probably the best thing to happen to education...parents woke up and started taking control....when chicago busing was made mandatory...I pulled my children into private schools and quickly saw how they were behind their counterparts...it took a short time for them to catch up and today they are all professionals and happily married with children of their own...best decision I ever made...although pricey....I paid tax for the public schools and tuition for the private schools...Whew!!

The internet this week is full of election projections and Elon Musk's moves to clean up Twitter. (Snip) It really does look like there will be a red tsunami at the polls, even accounting for the Democrats' well-known election tricks. Real Clear Politics' latest projections on Saturday are that the Republicans will take 228 seats in the House of Representatives and 54 seats in the Senate. To have a real majority, considering the Stalinist-type lockstep voting of their opponents and the perfidy and stupidity of senators like Romney, Murkowski (where stacked voting may allow her an undeserved win) and Collins, they will need more than 51 seats to have an

Earlier this week, he said he considers former President Donald Trump to be “dangerous” and a “threat to democracy” and a “threat to the presidency.” Woodward ended his previous book on Trump by saying, “Trump is the wrong man for the job.” Let’s see how Trump stacks up against other presidents. Did Trump in his four years in office repeatedly and unconstitutionally suspend the writ of habeas corpus? No, that was Abraham Lincoln. Did Trump initiate a war without congressional sanction? No, that was James K. Polk and Harry Truman.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has launched 73 lawsuits on election integrity issues in 20 states during the 2022 midterm election cycle, an increase from 2020 that has already secured GOP victories in battleground states this year. The scope of the legal challenges stretches from the rights of poll watchers to observe the counting of votes to the illegal counting of mismarked absentee ballots. This aggressive legal approach is an effort to meet RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel's vision of making this cycle the RNC’s "most litigious," according to an RNC spokesperson. The strategy includes offense-minded lawsuits, such as suing Democratic secretaries of state and challenging Democrat-friendly election laws,
