The trial of Igor Danchenko shows how much previous Special Counsel Robert Mueller either failed to include in or did not know about for his own report in his investigation on Russia interference in the 2016 election, constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley told Fox News. Turley made his observation Friday after Special Counsel John Durham rested his case and Judge Anthony Trenga threw out one count against Danchenko. Attorneys for Danchenko suggested they would not put forth a defense. Danchenko, a Russian national, pleaded not guilty last year to lying about the source of information that he provided to ex-MI6 Agent Christopher Steele for the much-discredited Trump-Russia dossier.

It shows it was a scam from the beginning, especially since the leadership at the FBI knew in Oct 2016 that the whole thing was bogus, and had no merit. Would be interesting to see the phone, text and e-mails from a few folks from Sept 2016 to Jan 2017 now wouldn't it. Not even saying anyone needs to be prosecuted or go to jail, but simply expose the lies, manipulations and abuse of office.

And what we see, day after day, regardless of legal venues, President Trump has been abused by the legal system, by the Deep State (which includes the Justice Department). Many mention the Show Trials in communist countries, and this is an apt comparison. The Dem/Left has perverted the justice system and the Rule of Law which up until now were the shining beacon of a free country where everyone is treated equally under the Law (obviously as run by fallible humans, there have always been imperfections). IF, IF IF IF we had real journalists and not the partisan hacks in MSM the corruption of the legal system would be addressed, and the people might then unisonally cry out for reform. We can continue to hope and pray for an awakening.

It's beginning to look like no Republican can run for, or be elected to, the Presidency of the USA unless he is a billionaire who can afford to pay platoons of lawyers to defend him from the taxpayer-paid armies of lawyers in the DOJ who will stop at nothing in their attempt to ruin him. That's why I feel sorry for DeSantis if he tries to run in 2024.

Durham has framed this as Danchenko's lies caused the FBI to do bad things, rather than holding the FBI accountable for purposely ignoring their internal procedures, common sense and their motto of Fidelity, Bravery and Integrity. This trial demonstrates the rot in the FBI and their political animosity that has ruined their reputation. Danchenko is not the problem here.

Mueller was such an obvious figurehead: when asked specifics he was clueless. Zealots were running that very expensive and useless "investigation." And in the old, mentally agile days he actually did damage to the FBI with his consolidations and "improvements".

Also, attempts are being made to equate Biden's actual threats to the Saudis with the Trump impeachment re: Ukraine. Not so: Trump simply asked, no threats implied, that investigators take a look at the Hunter associated Ukrainian energy company for possible malfeasance. Trump did nothing in the way of threats, but Joe Biden swooped in and demanded that Ukraine get RID of the prosecutor looking in to the mess (too honest) or the UI.S. would withhold aid. And then he laughingly bragged about what he had done on camera. Not remotely what Trump was impeached for. We really are on the thin edge of the wedge re: liberty and honesty in this country, and the Press is leading the charge.

Here's an important question to ponder. Could any democrat withstand the scrutiny, illegal searches and harassment that Trump has endured and NOT be in jail right now. I can only conclude that the weaponized DOJ is so completely inept that they can't find a single Trump crime or, rare for the political world, Trump has never done anything illegal. It's starting to look like they will have to frame him to make up some alleged crime. Russia collusion part 2?

Biden said in a speech that Pakistan has "nuclear weapons without any cohesion." Pakistan's foreign minister then issued a formal summons, known as a demarche, to the US ambassador. Pakistan demanded an explanation Saturday from US Ambassador Donald Blome after US President Joe Biden referred to the South Asian country as being "maybe one of the most dangerous nations in the world." In a speech Thursday at a fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in California, Biden said Pakistan's nuclear stockpile is "without cohesion." The White House later published his remarks on its website, igniting a response in Islamabad.

NBC News contributors, local news commentators, former Daily Beast writers, and even MSNBC anchor Mehdi Hasan acknowledged that the Walker’s debate performance was "not as bad as it could have been." One claimed that Warnock, the Democratic pro-choice pastor, looked weak and should have fought back harder against Walker’s aggressive criticism, and another even declared Walker the victor.

One of Van Gogh's famous Sunflowers paintings has been cleaned and is back on display, after climate activists threw tins of what appeared to be tomato soup over it. London's National Gallery confirmed it is now back in place, about six hours after the soup incident. Footage showed two people in Just Stop Oil T-shirts opening tins and throwing the contents on the masterpiece before gluing their hands to the wall. Two people were arrested. Watchers of the looming midterm elections could see the whites of Democrats’ eyes even before the Bureau of Labor Statistics unwrapped September’s dreadful 8.2% headline consumer price inflation number on Oct. 13. Blue party big cheeses know that despite Joe Biden’s happy-clappy summer inching above 40% public approval — a “small step for man, one giant leap for [this president]” — Democrats will probably go down to House and Senate defeats on Nov. 8. Desperate people lose their grip on reality, and Democrats get desperate when power is being pried from their grasp. Their hope is fading however much they smile bravely.

President Biden was blasted after his comments attacking Republicans following the September inflation report on Thursday. Biden appeared in Los Angeles to deliver remarks on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and its impact on voters. His speech came after a new Consumer Price Index report revealed that inflation rose 8.2% in September compared with the same time last year, higher than initial predictions indicated. Though Biden was more optimistic about the news, he also took the time to accuse Republicans of intending to make inflation worse should they retake Congress in 2022. "Today’s reports, though, show some progress. Overall, inflation was 2% over the last three months. That’s down from 11%

In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs allege that attorneys face "numerous obstacles" in attempting to communicate with detained migrants. These obstacles, the lawsuit says, make representation "extremely difficult and, sometimes, impossible." The lawsuit alleges that attorneys have had difficulty scheduling legal calls and having meetings with their clients in confidential settings.

The Greater Idaho movement proposes redrawing Oregon's borders so that about two-thirds of the Beaver State's land mass becomes part of neighboring Idaho. The movement has already gained support from nine counties in Eastern Oregon, and two more will vote on whether they want lawmakers to work on the logistics of moving the border. "It makes more sense for Eastern Oregonians to get state-level governance coming from Idaho, where they share their values, share their culture, share their politics, than it does to be governed by Western Oregon,"

In Elementary School, local students take field trips to Ft. Necessity to learn about the French and Indian War. We are reminded of the outgunned, under equipped, and ill-trained Pennsylvania soldiers who won the American Revolution under George Washington. The poll also shows that while 71% of Democrats would vote to reelect the president, 19% would not, along with 91% of Republicans and 54% of independents.
