President Joe Biden is set to import nearly 65,000 H-2B foreign visa workers to take blue-collar American jobs as roughly 11.6 million Americans remain jobless. This week, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Labor Department announced that the administration would be allowing businesses to import a few less than 65,000 H-2B foreign visa workers to take nonagricultural jobs in construction, meatpacking, and landscaping, among other industries. This is in addition to the 66,000 H-2B foreign visa workers that the Biden administration has already allowed into the United States labor market to take blue-collar jobs.(Snip)An official with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce said

A pair of well-worn 19th-century Levi’s jeans—featuring a racist slogan—has sold at an auction for $76,000. Kyle Hauper, a 23-year-old vintage clothing collector from San Diego, snapped up the rare jeans dating from the 1880s at the Durango Vintage Festivus auction in New Mexico on Oct. 1. The second-hand jeans—hailed as “the holy grail of vintage denim collecting”—were discovered inside an abandoned mineshaft several years ago and are believed to be one of the oldest known Levi’s from that era. The antique pants are even complete with a vile racist label characteristic of the times.

Wawa, a beloved Philadelphia-area convenience store, might nix plans to expand in the city after one location was ransacked by dozens of looters last month, according to a Philadelphia councilman. "They've had to invest in security, and those of you that have these office buildings [know that] security doesn't add anything to your bottom line, it takes away from your bottom line.(Snip)So they are spending money, they're losing money," Philadelphia Democratic Councilmember Mike Driscoll said Tuesday at a town hall-style forum hosted by the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance. Democratic operative Charles Dolan Jr. testified Thursday that he lied to Igor Danchenko in 2016 when he claimed to have information from a GOP insider about why Paul Manafort resigned from the Trump campaign. The false claim actually had been pulled from a cable news talking head, Mr. Dolan said at the federal trial of Mr. Danchenko, a Russian analyst who was the primary subsource for the so-called Steele dossier. The accusation ultimately found its way into that salacious unverified dossier of anti-Trump accusations compiled by British ex-spy Christopher Steele and attributed to “an American political figure associated with Donald Trump.”

A swank midtown Manhattan hotel will be home to hundreds of migrant families, Mayor Eric Adams said Wednesday, announcing that the Row NYC is being turned into the latest “humanitarian relief center” to grapple with an influx of asylum seekers in the city. The four-star Row NYC hotel—located in pricey Times Square and formerly the iconic Milford Plaza—will initially house 200 migrant families and will have the ability to take on even more in the coming weeks, Adams said. The $400-a-night hotel—once billed as being “in the center of it all”—has more than 1,000 rooms and is located in the same district as PS 33,

A guide to “safe tucking,” produced by the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, was passed out at the Burbank Pride Parade. The guide included diagrams that depicted “tucking” a practice used by those who identify as transgender that “makes the genital area look smoother and flatter” by “moving the penis, testicles, or both out of the way.” The guide includes a “note on the words we use,” remarking “this information uses the words ‘penis,’ ‘*******,’ and ‘testicles.’ We know you may not use those terms or identify with them.” It goes on to say, “We use them… while understanding those words are not for everyone.”(Snip)The Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Gender Services Department

American students are struggling even though the government sent billions of dollars in COVID-19 relief money to school districts to offset learning loss, according to a study released Tuesday. The study says the federal largesse fell short, failed to target the schools in greatest need and wasn’t tied to policy outcomes.
Analysts at the American Educational Research Association said schools likely need $700 billion to address learning loss, mainly from remote instruction, but received about $189 billion from the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund in 2020 and 2021. The funds, including about $120 billion tucked into President Biden’s massive pandemic relief bill last year,

Special counsel John Durham, in what is likely the final trial of his probe into the origins of the FBI’s Trump-Russia collusion investigation, let the bureau off the hook for misconduct, casting it as a hapless victim of a dishonest Russian analyst named Igor Danchenko. Mr. Danchenko, a critical source for the anti-Trump dossier, lied to FBI officials and spurred their “troubling” behavior while going after the Trump campaign in 2016, prosecutors said Tuesday in opening statements at Mr. Danchenko’s trial.
“The Steele dossier caused the FBI to engage in troubling conduct. The defendant’s lies played a role in that conduct,” prosecutor Michael Keilty told the jurors

For well over a year now American parents have discovered that while they were sending their children to school and trusting them with local school boards and administrators, these same people were pushing porn books in the school libraries. Many parents around the country were shocked last year when they became aware of the illegal porn books their local schools are pushing on kids in the student libraries. This phenomenon is taking place across the country.
One book that was found in several libraries is titled, Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe. The book is a graphic novel with drawings that explains in lurid detail the sexual interactions between

As a result of the Fed's relentless tightening blitz, which on November 2 will have hiked rates by 75bps on four occasions in just 96 trading days, the fastest tightening campaign since Volcker, both US capital markets (the S&P 500 is down -24%, for the 4th worst year on record, only 1931, 1974, and 2002 were worse; and 10Y TSYs are down -17% for the worst year on record… 1987 second worse, and bonds were down -10%) and the US economy have been left reeling.(Snip)And as a growing chorus of angry voices rises to warn the Fed against even more aggressive tightening,
Comments:
It's not hard to see a vigorous backlash coming against these things one day, if not here, then certainly in the hereafter. Breitbart adds that children's hospitals that offer "gender services" also are bigtime sponsors of Pride parades nationwide. Maybe their cancer clinics should promote smoking, or trauma centers should promote illegal drag races held on city streets.
