Supreme Court rules in favor of GOP in
Pennsylvania mail-ballot case

The Supreme Court sided with a Republican candidate who lost his bid for judgeship in Pennsylvania, ordering the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to toss out its ruling that allowed the counting of mail-in ballots in the race. (Snip) The decision to remand the case does not affect the outcome of the 2021 race. But by remanding the case, the high court held that the 3rd Circuit ruling cannot be used as precedent in the three states covered by the federal appellate court, which includes Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

If ballots are illegal, they should not be counted. The courts are cowards for not throwing out illegal ballots.

Very confusing. Apparently the US Sup refused to stop the counting of the non-ballots. But now has ruled that the non-ballots cannot be counted but that it’s too late to apply that rule to the election the Republican candidate was hoping to win. What a miracle ! The dim was down 252 votes but was able “find” 257 undated non-ballots and win by 5 votes! God must have intervened to procure such a miracle! What else could it be?

Duly enacted rules are to be followed. It is only common sense even if doing so yields results that defy emotional preferences.

Good news. Counting invalid ballots is INVALID. Laws mean things. Sad that it doesn't overturn the election.

We may not be able to reverse the fraud of 2020, but we should appeal to such actual democrats as may exist among the people, that the only way to preserve a multiple party system is to vote Republican this time. Then they may have a Democrat party to try to restore. The legitimate party of the past, is deservedly dead as a boiled owl.

Good call. There is absolutely no reason for mail-in ballots in this election. If you are too lazy to visit the polling place maybe you aren't voter material.

In a statement, the governor also announced that the bill would forbid banking institutions from using "social credit scores" in banking and lending practices that would decide worthiness for loans, bank accounts, and lines of credit.

A favorite saying among insiders is that two weeks is a lifetime in politics, meaning anything can happen. In Joe Biden’s case, a mere five days was enough to turn his world upside down. The news Saturday that more classified documents were found in his Delaware home ends a bizarre week that suddenly put Biden’s presidency in peril and further damaged the sagging credibility of the Department of Justice.

If you’re trying to understand why Democrats are making a comeback in polls despite President Biden’s many failures, look no further than the political firestorm over the crisis at the southern border. The battle offers a case study of how the media shapes public opinion by magnifying left-wing talking points, ignoring key facts and distorting conservative criticism. (Snip) Given the scope of the disaster his policies created, trying to make the GOP governors the villains of the piece seemed like a fantasy. But then the media came to the president’s rescue.

The former President has blasted Rihanna for the 'worst halftime show in Super Bowl history' after she already insulted 'far more than half our nation' by spray painting 'f*** Donald Trump' on a car.  Rihanna, with her baby bump beaming out of her red ensemble, stormed the stage in Arizona before the Chiefs became Super Bowl champions on Sunday night.  She gave the millions of viewers a sultry performance - however her racy dancing and risqué lyrics were perhaps too much for some family-friendly fans. Donald Trump - who has butted heads with the Barbadian singer multiple times in the past - clearly was not impressed

In the name of “equity,” the Biden administration and state Democrats have declared war on the suburbs: The Biden administration and Democrats in New York, Connecticut and other states are fighting local zoning laws in order to build high-rise apartment buildings with “affordable” units in tree-lined, single-family neighborhoods. All in the name of equity, meaning everyone can live in a tranquil suburb, whether they’ve earned the money to pay for it or not. The Biden administration announced Jan. 19 that it will require all towns across the U.S. to submit “Equity Plans” showing how they will make it possible for low-income people to live there

When it was announced that a promo video for the show would air during the Super Bowl, heads figuratively exploded. They know that exposing the show to the gigantic Super Bowl audience, many of whom had never heard of it, would inevitably drive sampling, and that some of the new viewers would stay with the show, further driving down their ratings.

Reports began to circulate that the object was an “octagon” and that it didn’t appear to be a balloon. That set off some speculation that the recent rash of UFOs were balloons, likely from China, but that they were simply shaped differently than one would expect. In a pretty shocking statement, though, Gen. Glen VanHerck made it clear that’s not the view of the US military. The UFOs not being balloons would be crazy enough,
