Sanders: Dems Must 'Do More' on Economy,
Abortion 'Cannot Be the Only Issue' --
Dems Have 'Outside Shot' of Keeping House

During a portion of an interview with CBS News aired on Monday’s edition of “Red and Blue,” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) warned that while abortion is an important issue, Democrats “have got to do more” on the economy, because “Poll after poll shows what everybody understands to be true, working people are hurting. They’re worried about the economy. They’re worried about inflation.” He also said that Democrats “have an outside shot of winning the House.” Sanders said, “I think the Democrats have a very good chance of [keeping control of] the Senate. We have an outside shot of winning the House. But

Attention Sanders! your boy Joe already did more on the economy— he killed it! You’re socialist policies have failed once again. Go to one of your three mansions and find a rocking chair, that’s where you should stay.

The demonrats have no chance of keeping the house without massive amounts of cheating that is byond what they can even do. They'll lose the Senate, and the House. If we are lucky they'll be convicted of their crimes and lose the ability to walk around town

They're not listening to Bernie. This morning while watching my local news I must have had to sit through about 500 ads from Abifail Stinkburger and Jennifer Waxonwaxoff attacking their GOP opponents solely on the abortion issue. But on this holiday weekend's roadtrip I saw gas prices in certain places threatening to once again eclipse $4 a gallon. Obviously these Pelosi/Biden rubber stamps are way out of touch with what really matters to the average voter. Here's a hint, ladies: it's not your "right" to butcher your unborn baby.

Bernie, the reason the Democrats are only talking about abortion is because the economy is the LAST thing they want to discuss. Too bad we do not have a mechanism to remove a sitting administration for gross incompetence and corruption because we have to put up with Biden for two more years. On the flip side Bernie might actually be right about the Democrats discussing the economy. It would allow them to set the tone. The Republicans actually have said very little other than to blame the Democrats indicating they don't have any answers either.

Just how does a man that never held a real job or actually worked a day in his life, know that working people are hurting? And a lifetime on the public teat is not a real working job, no matter what Bernie thinks.

Report: Biden Tried to Persuade Saudis
to Delay Production Cut

A report in today’s Wall Street Journal depicts Joe Biden’s Keystone Kops administration in action: Days before a major oil-production cut by OPEC and its Russia-led allies, U.S. officials called their counterparts in Saudi Arabia and other big Gulf producers with an urgent appeal—delay the decision for another month, according to people familiar with the talks. The answer: a resounding no. *** Saudi officials dismissed the requests, which they viewed as a political gambit by the Biden administration to avoid bad news ahead of the U.S. midterm elections, on which control of Congress hangs.

Last week, Saudi Arabia announced, in conjunction with OPEC+, that it would be cutting oil production in the face of dropping prices. That decision came in spite of the Biden White House’s lobbying in favor of increased production, which included a sycophantic visit by President Joe Biden to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. In response to the Saudi announcement, the White House quickly announced that the United States would be reevaluating its relationship with the Kingdom. Meanwhile, the White House announced that it would be “preparing to scale down sanctions” on Venezuela’s tyrannical regime, according to The Wall Street Journal. The goal: increased oil production from the Marxist dictatorship

More millennials are attending church now than before the Chinese coronavirus pandemic struck, a report from Christianity Today’s October issue found. Churches all across the country famously closed down during much of the pandemic, creating tension in some communities that wanted to continue to meet regardless of local or state rules. But by now most Americans recognize that the pandemic is over. Even President Joe Biden made that admission last month.  There has been an uptick of Americans returning to normal activities, showing the fundamental desire of Americans to return to a state of pre-pandemic normalcy.

President Joe Biden said Tuesday on “CNN Tonight” that he will pass the assault weapon ban again before he leaves office. Anchor Jake Tapper said, “Democratic voters approve of the job you’re doing. Democratic voters overwhelmingly like you. But one poll shows that almost two-thirds of Democratic voters want a new nominee in 2024, and the top reason they gave was your age. So what’s your message to Democrats who like you, who like what you’ve done but are concerned about your age and the demands of the job?” Biden said, “They’re concerned whether or not I can get anything done. President Joe Biden continued to explain and modify his warning about nuclear “Armageddon” from Russia, a stark suggestion about the potential for escalation in Russia’s war against Ukraine he made last week. The most recent remarks came in a wide-ranging interview with CNN host Jake Tapper, which aired Tuesday and covered both domestic and international issues. Asked by Tapper whether he thought Putin would actually use nuclear weapons, Biden said, “I don’t think he will. But I think that it’s irresponsible for him to talk about it.” The threat of a nuclear weapon could lead, Biden said, “to just a horrible outcome. And not because anybody intends

Wall Street boss Jamie Dimon took a veiled swipe at President Biden’s energy policy following OPEC’s decision to cut the global oil supply by some 2% last week. “Obviously, America needs to play a real leadership role — America is the swing producer, not Saudi Arabia,” the JPMorgan Chase CEO told CNBC on Monday. Dimon said the Biden administration dropped the ball by not significantly boosting output at the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which has roiled energy markets. “We should have gotten that right starting in March,” according to Dimon. “In my view, America should have been pumping more oil and gas and it should have been supported.”

The very short answer, as revealed in this story published yesterday by the NY Times, is politics. The attempt to build the first bullet train in the US between San Francisco and Los Angeles almost immediately turned into a boondoggle thanks to decisions that made no sense in terms of efficiency or ridership but only in terms of satisfying powerful politicians. The design for the nation’s most ambitious infrastructure project was never based on the easiest or most direct route. Instead, the train’s path out of Los Angeles was diverted across a second mountain range to the rapidly growing suburbs of the Mojave Desert
