NYT Sends Reporter to Herschel Walker’s
Hometown to Argue He Is ‘Not Part of

The liberal New York Times made the case Monday that Republican Herschel Walker has been ostracized from the black community in his small hometown amid his bid to unseat Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) in the race for U.S. Senate in Georgia. Times reporter John Branch, who is based in California, used mostly anonymous sources and anecdotes from visiting Walker’s hometown of Wrightsville to generalize that feelings that Walker, a Georgia football legend, is not in touch with the black community are “flowering ahead of November’s election.” “Herschel’s not getting the Black vote because Herschel forgot where he came from. … He’s not part of the Black community,” Branch quotes

Comments:

A white liberal says "You ain't black," and it's not blasted as offensive because of who runs America's propaganda mills.

FTA: “Herschel’s not getting the Black vote because Herschel forgot where he came from. … He’s not part of the Black community,” Branch quoted Curtis Dixon, a black former high school teacher and coach of Walker’s, as saying. This is how The Community plays the game. If you're not in lockstep, full solidarity, you're punished, usually ostracized. The Community thrives on induced guilt if one escapes - and it is very effective.

Watch your mouth, Joe! President Biden stunned viewers of a Hurricane Ian recovery briefing Wednesday by saying into a hot mic that “no one f—s with a Biden” shortly after he told devastated residents of southwest Florida that he can commiserate due to a minor house fire that destroyed an “awful lot” of his own home almost 20 years ago. The 79-year-old president made the unexpected vulgar remark about family loyalty to Fort Myers Mayor Ray Murphy after taking several questions from reporters. “You were raised the same way I was,” Biden told the mayor. “I was, I was,” Murphy said, as Biden continued speaking.

The 10 highest paid Amtrak executives raked in six-figure bonuses in 2021–in one instance nearly doubling a senior-level executive’s salary–despite the rail network struggling with low ridership and plummeting revenues. The top-earning employees received “earned incentive” bonuses of more than $200,000 each—more than 50% of their base salaries–according to figures obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request and a statement from an Amtrak spokesperson. The bonuses enraged the Transportation Workers Union that represents more than 1,000 Amtrak employees, which noted in a statement that the American taxpayer is, in part, footing the bill for the six-figure rewards.

President Biden complained that the White House press corps is the 'only press in the world' that shouts questions at their nation's leader during formal events. A task force meeting on abortion access began open press, where reporters were allowed in to observe the conversations, but at one point a White House staffer announced the meeting would switch to closed press. As reporters were ushered out of the room they burst into questions aimed at the president, many of them centered on a report that Georgia Republican Senate candidate paid for an abortion of an ex-girlfriend in 2009. But louder than the din of the reporters' inquiries was

They said the Homeland Security Department reported that fewer than 600 walked away without the shots in the early weeks of the evacuation, but dodgy records made it impossible for the inspector general to evaluate
