The Democrats’ massive climate spending and tax bill gave the Department of Agriculture (USDA) $2.2 billion in loans to pay farmers, many of whom are black, who have previously been denied USDA loans due to discrimination.
The provision, which was backed by Democratic Sens. Cory Booker of New Jersey and Raphael Warnock of Georgia, is intended to provide financial assistance to farmers, ranchers or forest landowners that the department determines to have experienced discrimination in USDA farm lending programs before Jan. 1. 2021, according to the bill’s text. Although the funding could go to any farmer that the government has discriminated against, such as white women or members of the LGBTQ

#4 - Constitution! What the hell is a constitution?
It's rule by decree, whim, and reflex. The funny thing is that by the time blacks figure out the game, their money will be as worthless as the rest of ours.

$2.2 billion...not even a day at the pay window for Ukraine. At least the dough can be used to stimulate our American economy and "reduce" inflation.

Gee. How often do we find out that the bill has these payoffs and other stuffings AFTER the bill has passed.
What I'd like to see the Republican Congress do is pass a "Transparency in Legislation" act. Any bill that is passed by the Congress must be published in its final written form for at least 5 or 10 business or legislative days before a final vote can be taken by either the House or Senate. If there is a "urgent" need for legislation that "has to be passed" immediately, the legislation would only be in effect for 90 days and then would be invalid unless the Congress passes an identical, un-amended bill to replace the emergency bill.
Of course, such legislation would help knock the Uniparty (Democrats and RINOs) out at the knees.

How many times are we going to pay secret reparations to the same Black con men?
We already paid off "black farmers" under Obama's Pigford I and Pigford II programs, that doled out $50K money to any Black applicant, no proof of discrimination or farming needed.
I guess them Bloods and Crips be farmers now.
Tell me again about White Privilege. Yeah, the privilege to be the sucker and pay and pay.

Just another oxymoron: Inflation Reduction Act. It's just another pork bill spending money we do not have driving up inflation. Seriously, how does money for black farmers reduce inflation? I would love to see someone in government explain that with a straight face. It's fun watching our government get slowly choked out by problems of its own making.

If you noticed every spending bill they pass is stuffed with billions of dollars going to fund things they have 100% control over. This money will be awarded to specific people and companies that will in turn funnel a sizable portion of it to the DNC and Democrat PAC's.
I believe this is how Democrats running for office across the nation are spending 10's of millions on attack ads against their opponents when actual donations are at an all time low. They are spending like crazy not just to crash the economy but to stuff their coffers for 2024. Don't be surprised when they magically have billions to spend against Trump and likely damn near every penny of it will have been stolen from the taxpayers.
The Democrats are the biggest organized crime syndicate this world has ever seen of that there is no doubt.

The Pigford law evolved as follows: (operating from memory here)
The first round of Pigford payments went to black farmers who were denied USDA loans.
The second round went to farmers who didn't bother to apply for a USDA loan because the USDA was racist.
The third round went to non farmer blacks who said they wanted to be farmers, but didn't apply for a USDA loan because of racism. Proof required was collaboration fromanyone not related to the non farmer.
The final round gave payments to non farmers who thought about farming, and confirmed by family members!
Senator Barack Obola added 8 billion dollars to the farmer fund. It now must total at least 20 billion dollars.
