Recently, the Arizona Mirror revealed that the Republican Party in Arizona is urging Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell to financially support U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters.
Masters, who secured a coveted endorsement from President Trump, triumphed in the primaries based on that seal of approval.
In the beginning, Masters was trailing his Democrat rival, incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly, by a significant margin of 12 points.
But matters have recently swung in Masters's favor, and a recent Emerson College poll has Kelly leading Masters by just two percentage points.

I think we need to redefine the term Traitor. Traditionally to be accused of being a traitor was to be accused of aiding and abetting the enemies of the United States. We need to amend the term traitor to mean anyone that actively works to harm the country and people they swore to serve and defend. That way, a person or politician that actively works to harm the country or people, will face the Death Penalty or life in imprison. No fine or slap on the wrist. Politicians are committing economic treason and need to be held accountable. NOW!

Sure. It's more profitable for Mitch and his cronies to be the minority leader as long as the 60 vote rule remains in effect.

Mitch would rather be leader of the minority party in the senate than being voted out as leader if Republicans take over the Senate. Traitor comes to mind. Our “leaders” will,do anything to hang on to their power, including breaking the law.

Mark Kelly is a disgusting little troll. Who on earth would vote for him? IIf he hadn’t married seriously damaged Gabby Giffords, no one would know his name. An opportunist. A barnacle.

The worst kind of "leader:" McConnell is more concerned about his own personal position and power than his country and party.

What makes anyone think the GOPe wants a majority in either chamber of Congress? This is a rerun of 2018, when Speaker Paul Ryan forfeited the GOP House majority to set the stage for PDT's impeachment. He couldn't do it, but Pelosi and company could and did. When are folks going to see the UNIPARTY forest hiding behind the partisan trees?

there must be some kind of agreement, when someone is elected to the United States Senate that, their spine is removed and silly putty inserted in its place and
when are the repub senators going to unseat Hong Kong Mitch from this leadership role and not allow him to be seated in any future leadership roles as long as he is a member of the senate, they are proving more cowardly than the crew of the "Caine" and
is he threatening to vote with the demcommies as his Ace in the Hole? and is so, he's already supporting them so what is the difference? good riddance to bad garbage

Obviously McConnell is fully on board sabotaging senate candidates who displease him and, worse, may demand that he be removed from leadership. I'm happy this information is coming out because he has been doing this for many election cycles. I'm glad that the billionaire Peter Thiel is again contributing to Masters' campaign.
I recently read that President Trump has a war chest of over $100 million. I've yet to read that he is directing any of that amount to his Congressional selections. Ron DeSantis also has a war chest and he is contributing to conservative Republicans. Come on President Trump, lay out some cash for your nominees.

China must have pretty deep pockets to afford to make so many betray their country. Its odd how many of us in the unwashed masses would sacrifice our lives rather than sell out, but as soon as someone gets into elected office the "for sale" sign comes out.

Yeah. Another tag for the Deep-State DC or the Swamp is "Uniparty." But we wouldn't have realized any of that if not for President Donald Trump. MAGA
