President Biden has issued nearly 100 executive orders, which will cost taxpayers up to $1.5 trillion, as the national debt nears $31 trillion, according to an expert. Biden currently sits at 99 executive orders since taking office. His torrent pace came primarily within his first year, when he issued more than any president since the 1970s. Perfect. An illegal fraudulent president making illegal unconstitutional executive orders and so far it’s only costing how much? Only a drop in the bucket compared to how much it will cost when he’s gone.

Ruling by fiat. This is unconstitutional. But, Congress would have to take back their powers, and as much as the Imperial Fascist Presidency is now a thing, the mewling, worthless, lazy, corrupt Congress is also a thing.....happy to keep stealing hand over fist while letting someone else make the decisions, as long as they get to keep stealing and things get more and more communist.

I agree that the president should NOT be able to spend money in an executive order unless it is already available in some form. Congress sets spending. An exception might be in terms of an emergency (hurricane, tornado, severe winter storm, flooding, etc.) or a need for national defense. The SCOTUS just stated that agencies cannot act without Congressional approval. That should definitely include spending. I would also suggest that the president or an agency should not be able to require citizens or companies to spend money via executive order.

I'm sure there will be more. The next president which will be a Republican will have a lot of signing to do to cancel all of them. The economy and Wall Street will respond positively immediately.

The President cannot spend money that has not been appropriated by Congress. So, where is the money coming from? Ask your Member of Congress or a Senator. Chances are you'll get a shrug and some mumbling, especially from Republicans. It's only numbers anyways.

A POTUS cannot spend the public’s money without Congress voting on it. Biden is breaking the law. Trump didn’t do that; he didn’t spend money with his EO’s, he saved money by cutting regulations, groups, etc. Biden is not permitted by law to do what he is doing. Where’s the outrage?

There were a couple of eye-raising moments this weekend during an interview of President Joe Biden and CBS’ “60 Minutes.” One was his continued blanket denial that his son Hunter had done anything that had any impact on him or the country. However, it was the President sudden announcement that the pandemic “is over” that may have taken some people by surprise, including Administration lawyers still using the pandemic as a basis for policies and programs. This includes a major appellate case this week. The Administration relied on the pandemic to justify the massive loan forgiveness

The desperate attempts by the White House, congressional Democrats, and the corporate media to refocus voter attention on abortion rather than inflation are failing. Most reputable polls show that the electorate is far more concerned about mismanagement of the economy by President Biden and his collaborators in Congress than about threats to reproductive rights posed by “MAGA Republicans.” Contrary to Democratic hopes, November won’t be about abortion vs. inflation. The midterms will be a referendum on Biden’s performance, particularly as it affects inflation.

Senators negotiating a new, bipartisan version of a bill protecting same-sex marriage — and hoping to gain enough GOP support — say they have finished their work, potentially clearing the way for a pivotal test vote next week. Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) told reporters the group of five senators hashing out changes designed to clarify religious freedom safeguards finished up on Wednesday. She and Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) expect the text of the legislation to be released on Thursday. That would allow Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to set up a vote as early as Monday on a modified version of the measure that passed the House in July.

The Senate race between Republican Herschel Walker and Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock is turning out to be a squeaker. This race is one of the marquee Senate races of the 2022 midterms. A win for the Republican candidate in the Senate race in Georgia would mean a change from Democrat control to Republican control of the Senate.Anything can happen in the last weeks of a political campaign but in this race, Walker looks to have the momentum. Barely. Right now RCP’s aggregate average shows Walker leading Warnock by +0.5. A recent Emerson College Polling survey found that Walker is up over Warnock by 46 to 44 percent.

We saw in our earlier report about the inflation numbers that the news was not good for the American consumer — that core CPI went up sharply in August, even with gas prices dropping. That’s not a good sign and an indication that the rosy picture that the Biden team would like to paint of inflation is not reality. The report has many economists concerned, and stock futures took a tumble Tuesday morning at the news, as the markets reacted to the new CPI data. Economists had predicted a lower annual inflation rate for August, and the 8.3 percent finding sent future tied to the S&P 500 down 1.4 percent,

It may seem like ages ago, but only ten days have passed since President Joe Biden decided to use Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to declare war on half the country. Mr. Unity is dead—never having any chance to bring together a nation with an agenda that only favors the ‘woke,’ educated, and wealthy. In other words, people who live on the coasts and in cities. The other side is that he could never articulate his intentions since he’s dementia ridden. When Biden can enunciate with the help of drugs, it consistently demonizes people who didn’t vote for him. That reached a boiling point with this September 3 address.

Georgia Democrats are wringing their hands about the lackluster performance of their gubernatorial candidate, Stacey Abrams, in her long-anticipated rematch with incumbent Republican Gov. Brian Kemp. They kept their worries to themselves until the New York Times ran a story last Wednesday that highlighted complaints by local Democrats that she hasn’t bothered to reach out to crucial constituencies. It appears that Abrams, having been showered by obsequious media coverage since Kemp defeated her in 2018, was overconfident about her chances of beating him this year and took her base supporters for granted.

There’s a perception, perhaps rooted in some reality, that Republicans have nominated a mediocre at best group of candidates — a celebrity doctor, a hillbilly-turned-author, a 1980s football star, and a millennial venture capitalist — in this year’s crucial U.S. Senate elections. As GOP candidates try to remedy their predicaments, the Democrat candidates hope to avoid being linked to President Joe Biden’s lackluster job approval ratings and keep control of the upper chamber. It’s not impossible, but results from the last few election cycles show that it’s unlikely. It’s true that FiveThirtyEight’s election model currently favors Democrats to hold the Senate in two months,

U.S. doctors should regularly screen all adults under 65 for anxiety, an influential health guidelines group proposed Tuesday. It's the first time the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has recommended anxiety screening in primary care for adults without symptoms. The proposal is open for public comment until Oct. 17, but the group usually affirms its draft guidance. The recommendations are based on a review that began before the Covid-19 pandemic, evaluating studies showing potential benefits and risks from screening. Given reports of a surge in mental health problems linked with pandemic isolation and stress, the guidance is "very timely," said Lori Pbert, a task force member and co-author.

The president and first lady Jill Biden were seated 14 rows back during the service at Westminster Abbey that drew 2,000 guests — including some 500 of the world’s presidents, kings, princes and prime ministers. Perhaps taken into consideration was that the couple was among the few dignitaries who were granted permission to travel in their own presidential limousine, nicknamed “The Beast,” for security reasons.
