Diana would not have been a 'great fan' of Meghan Markle as she 'might imagine', a former friend of the Princess of Wales has said on the 25th anniversary of the royal's death. The Princess' diarist Tina Brown said she thinks Diana would have seen the former actress as someone who is 'steering Harry in a direction that was not good' for the Prince. Ms Brown added: 'I don't think Diana would have been the great fan of Meghan that Meghan herself might perhaps imagine.'

Diana would find me me vulgar and unoriginal. An entire article can be written on the copy cat shrew ( double animal derivative?) and her mimicking of Diana .even to her perfume ..The bewigged chick is a very whiney duck ..no graceful swan like Diana

Diana would not have wanted to see her Two Sons, who were so close, torn apart. That is what Meghan has managed to do. No worries though. When the money runs out, and it will, Meghan will already have her eye on her next conquest (who will have tons of money)! She is all about MEGHAN! Too bad Harry was so Weak he fell for her outside Beauty and didn't realize she is a Witch on the Inside! I think he will return to the Royal Family, and they will welcome him, but he probably will have to leave his Children behind! Sad!

I'm not so sure that tina knows what diana would think. diana made plenty of mistakes herself, and harry can't live his life always wondering what diana would think! (and that is the first and last time i'm going to comment on a harry and diana and megan story!)

Not only mimicking Diana, but also the Duchess of Windsor , the white outfit that markle wore to the June church celebration for The Queen's 70th year on the throne almost identical to what The Duchess of Windsor wore in 1951,in Biarritz right down to the gloves. Then take a look at markles clothing and pose for the Cut article . The black and white gown mirrors the wookie's formal portrait. markle = cheap and obvious.

I think Diana and Meghan are two peas in a pod. The only difference is that Diana had the excuse of being an immature teenager when she joined "The Firm," and married a man 12 years her senior who was old for his age.

So the White House court is ... not amused. According to the Twitter feed of Fox News national reporter Bill Melugin, someone from the White House has let Politico know about the White House's "irritation" at his reporting on the U.S. border mess. According to Politico, whose cutesy headline was "A Doocy at the Border": There’s a tall Fox News reporter in his mid-30s with slicked back hair and an air of combative indignation who is getting under the skin of some people in JOE BIDEN’s administration. And he’s not PETER DOOCY.

Remember the Charlton Heston movie Soylent Green? It comes to mind, because this 1973 futuristic movie was set in 2022. Let that sink in. It also comes to mind because thanks to Biden’s economic agenda (or lack thereof), much of the dystopian ethos of that world is being baked into our everyday lives. The World Economic Forum keeps pushing new forms of insect protein on us, and it was only a matter of time before cannibalism was happily presented as an idea whose time had come. For the sake of the environment, even our death traditions are being restructured to fit the paradigm of you will own nothing

As Barack Obama used to say: "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to f*** things up." Which brings us to Joe Biden's softball sit-down interview with 60 Minutes' Scott Pelley, which was something he ought to have been able to ace. He actually made one mess after another, which has put his White House staff into full walkback, spin, and damage control mode. Here are a few highlights, starting with his handling of Bidenflation: Scott Pelley: Mr. President, as you know, last Tuesday the annual inflation rate came in at 8.3%. The stock market nosedived. People are shocked by their grocery bills. What can you do better and faster?

Hurricane Fiona battered Puerto Rico on Sunday, cutting power to the entire island while bringing destructive winds and life-threatening flash flooding. Conditions rapidly deteriorated even before the Category 1 storm made landfall Sunday afternoon, and the situation was not expected to improve much going into Monday. As the wind and rain escalated Sunday, all 3.2 million people on the island were without power, according to PowerOutage.us, a site that tracks power failures. Puerto Rico’s governor, Pedro Pierluisi, confirmed in a tweet on Sunday afternoon that power was out on the entire island.

To the extent he thinks about it, Joe Biden is probably expecting to be canonized by millennials whose student-loan debt he’s paring down. Depending on how the question is asked, though, the move is not popular. In a Trafalgar Group poll released on September 12, more than half of likely voters – 55.6 percent – and 64.6 percent of self-described independents said that they’d be “less likely” to cast their ballot for someone who backed the Biden debt relief plan. Other polls have shown the opposite sentiment. In truth, however, the issue of student-loan forgiveness is a distraction from the real problem in higher education.

"Yes, the first lady will host a Hispanic Heritage Month reception at the White House and continue to engage the community as she travels the country," Elizabeth Alexander, communications director for the first lady, told Fox News Digital Friday.
Trump's surprise breakthrough with Hispanic

Former President Donald Trump was supposed to be the death knell for the Republican Party and the Hispanic vote, helping to usher in the “emerging Democratic majority” forecasters had projected for decades. Instead, Trump made modest inroads with Hispanics himself and may have presided over the demographic shifting from a reliably Democratic voting bloc to more of a swing vote. If those trends hold through this year’s midterm elections, it could have lasting implications for the competitiveness of future races. In 2020, Trump won the highest share of the Hispanic vote of any Republican presidential nominee since George W. Bush in 2004.

Texas's Gov. Greg Abbott got the ball rolling with his decision to bus illegal immigrants to America's foremost sanctuary cities. And Florida's Gov. DeSantis has taken it to 11, by flying more of the migrants to America's foremost elite sanctuary cities, such as Martha's Vineyard. For Democrats, it's not a one-day story, but an ongoing can of whoopass. It comes after months of Democrats controlling the narrative about the border surge -- from the press doing softball interviews with migrant-inviting Joe Biden, his do-nothing "border czar" Kamala Harris, and derelict Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas; to phony political "narratives"

According to the New York Post: The posh liberal enclave of Martha’s Vineyard has been thrown into chaos by the arrival of two planeloads of migrants sent there by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, according to local reports. Roughly 50 migrants were flown to the famed Massachusetts island — constituting what the local tourism board called a “humanitarian crisis’’ Thursday.

U.S. doctors should regularly screen all adults under 65 for anxiety, an influential health guidelines group proposed Tuesday. It's the first time the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has recommended anxiety screening in primary care for adults without symptoms. The proposal is open for public comment until Oct. 17, but the group usually affirms its draft guidance. The recommendations are based on a review that began before the Covid-19 pandemic, evaluating studies showing potential benefits and risks from screening. Given reports of a surge in mental health problems linked with pandemic isolation and stress, the guidance is "very timely," said Lori Pbert, a task force member and co-author.
