Three classified documents were found in a desk drawer in Donald Trump’s office at Mar-a-Lago, the Department of Justice revealed in a blockbuster filing, in addition to more than 100 documents discovered in 13 boxes with classification markings in the former president’s residence.
The documents were discovered in the August raid of Trump’s Florida home, which came after the former president’s lawyers claimed a ‘diligent search’ produced all the requested documents.
‘Three classified documents that were not located in boxes, but rather were located in the desks in the ’45 Office,’ were also seized,’ the filing states
The same DOJ IGNORED classified information on Hunter's laptop and Hillary's private phone. FJB and American injustice!

So? He could have classified all these documents. He doesn't need to get Meritless or Wray or the National Achieves partisan curator's permission.

Trump is going to have to sell Mar-a-Lago and build another place. Who knows what else went on there during the raid. It'll be like a haunted house now. They'll never get rid of the smell.

Making it perfectly obvious why they wanted no observers while they were rifling through Melania's undies drawer. Hard to plant evidence for the frame-up when eyes are upon you.

Since no one from PDT's team was present during the federal bureau of incompetence search and placement exercise, I call it BS. No judge should accept anything 'found' under these circumstances!

These all appear to be paper documents with cover sheets as required indicating that they were all properly maintained and stored until the FBI threw them on the floor. The President's office is an approved SCIF guarded by the Secret Service so there can be no violation of any secured document laws. The government now seems to have changed their justification of the raid from improper storage of documents to obstruction of justice which is not legal. The raid must be done based on the probable cause stated and obstruction of justice was never asserted to the judge issuing the warrant. This is all clearly a violation of President Trump's civil rights under the Constitution and he should pursue legal remedies immediately.

So what? My suspiscion is that they all were deep state coup documents that honestly, President Trump should have released without redactions following the November election.
Screw the "sources and methods." I'm pretty sure the "sources and methods" are what the meat and potatoes of the coup plotter's crimes.

They found them in a drawer & displayed them on a rug??? It's pretty sad or juvenile when One side can display so called evidence & then object to the other side to have a master...that's what they call transparency????

Trump was PROPERLY in possession of ANY document that he chose to be in possession of. He was the President, he, and he alone, was in charge of the final decision of what was classified and ALL other folks in the chain of command were lower on the totem pole.
This is total BS. This is a bunch of second lieutenants trying to tell the top general what to do, and that "they are in charge".
Not flying.

The FBI does not comment on ongoing investigations? Discovered on August raid? The FBI examined the documents on their visit in June. The "classified documents" is bogus from the start. BTW, Timothy at the DC field office was promoted and installed to do what his bosses wanted.

Did Trump do something illegal? Unknow at this time. Did Hillary do something wrong? Yes, known fact. Trump should not be treated any differently than the Hildabeast.

Nothing that any FBI agent or any DoJ lawyer says can be trusted. They are known, professional, ethics-free liars. They WILL lie under oath, they will lie ANY time it suits them.
I don't believe anything they say.

were any of them THESE documents...officially and very publicly declassified in 2018?
Were they any of the 5000 pages ordered declassified and sent to relevant agencies to "perform ASAP any proposed redactions subject only to Nat. Security requirements" in Jan 2020?

Keep also in mind that the Secret Service granted a $600,000 contract for the creation/completion of secure communications/storage faculties at Mar a Lago POST presidency(just as they do at all homes of former presidents) The design of which is made in collaboration with the Archives people. This in follow on of the already in place secured facilities that had been constructed/maintained since even prior to his inauguration.
Keep also in mind..even though the press derided the description...Trump always called Mar a Lago the "Southern Whitehouse", and it was/is MUCH more secure than any of the "Borrowed" summer homes of Clinton/Obama/Biden in the Hamptons, Hawaii, Carolina Coasts...and the ones they "borrowed" in Palm Beach itself. Where they ALL took secrets, were briefed daily with top secrets, claimed to be "Working" thus required stacks of secret documents...yet attended by temporary "servants" hired just for those days/weeks. How many of the scores of FBI agents, staff, clerks, porters, shippers that have now had contact with these documents and related 'stuff' had prior clearances to even know of their existence? How many of these are mere copies of copies with dozens of other copies scattered all over...NOT under this degree of control and protection?

#8 is correct, and I'm not sure how he's obstructing justice when there was simply a conversation going on between the National Archives folks and the Trump team.
The National Archives could have simply requested a subpoena for records they believed were still not turned over.
Why did they contact the FBI? They seemingly knew what documents Trump had, or they wouldn't have thought he wasn't turning them over to them, right?
They used the idea of possible classified or top secret documents as a ruse just like the Steele Dossier was used back in 2016/17 to FOOL the FBI into launching a raid.
Seems the same FBI people who were involved in the Steele Dossier are the same folks in charge of the Mar-a-Lago raid.
One was escorted out of FBI HQ on Friday, and suddenly resigned (to protect his pension) yesterday.
And how can you be obstructing the investigation when it was started only after the raid?

If THAT is what they found? WHY did they haul off 28 "Boxes" of other stuff? Including golf balls, a raincoat, magazines and newspaper clippings, photo albums, hand written notes, post presidency documents, legal consultation documents, business communications...
ALL of that would not fill even half of a single box.
It was found in a secure storage room...they claim they found half a dozen other single sheets with classification markings(outdated) and no cover sheets, in his office desk...also a secure room..MORE FBI have now been in that room than anyone else...EVER.(A presidents phone list of commonly called numbers is a Top Secret document, because it shows private line direct call numbers)

I would remind you people that when Sandy Berger destroyed or stole documents from the National Archives, he was severely punished by the DOJ, given a 6 month sentence of probation, and a loss of his security clearance for three years.
One other element to the plea bargain is really interesting. Berger agreed to undergo a polygraph examination done by the FBI, at a time to be scheduled by the FBI.
But the FBI never scheduled the polygraph examination, Berger died, and that was it!

If Trump asserts that he has declassified everything, which he does, exactly how do the FBI and DOJ prove he did not? As President, he doesn't need to inform the peon librarians of the national archives or every keystone cop FBI agent. Just like in the Flynn setup, the FBI is again inverting the chain of command. These coup makers must be put down. The Deep State isn't sure if they are protected by the classifications anymore. They want to take everything back from Trump so that they know if he declassified any incriminating evidence against them. They don't want to leave him with the ability to come back later and say 'here is a document that I declassified that proves the FBI is complicit in Russiagate" They want control.
