Three classified documents were found in a desk drawer in Donald Trump’s office at Mar-a-Lago, the Department of Justice revealed in a blockbuster filing, in addition to more than 100 documents discovered in 13 boxes with classification markings in the former president’s residence. The documents were discovered in the August raid of Trump’s Florida home, which came after the former president’s lawyers claimed a ‘diligent search’ produced all the requested documents. ‘Three classified documents that were not located in boxes, but rather were located in the desks in the ’45 Office,’ were also seized,’ the filing states

Barack Obama argued with a heckler during a rally in Phoenix, Arizona, on Wednesday.
The former president was talking about how Republicans want "an economy that's very good for folks at the very top, but not always so good for ordinary people" when a heckler interrupted him.
"Like you, Obama!" the man yelled.
Obama issued a challenge to the heckler, urging him to organize his own rally to express his opinions.
The man is a Latino and said that he called out Barack Obama for supporting Katie Hobbs, a woman running for AZ Gov who has a history of discriminating against BLACK PEOPLE.
Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake pushed back Wednesday against a Fox News poll finding nearly half of respondents believe she is “too extreme.”
The poll, conducted along with Beacon Research and Shaw & Company, found 47% of respondents are concerned that Lake’s views are “too extreme,” while 42% hold the view about her opponent, Democrat Katie Hobbs. Over half of the participants, 51%, do not or only somewhat believe Lake is “too extreme.” The poll surveyed 1,003 randomly selected Arizona voters between Oct. 26-30 with a +/- 3% margin of error.

Kanye West paid a settlement to a former employee after complaints that the disgraced rap superstar praised Adolf Hitler in business meetings, a report said on Wednesday.
According to documents reviewed by NBC News, West, who now goes by Ye, paid the former worker who claimed the musician complimented Hitler or Nazis. West denied the claims in the settlement, the outlet reported.
Multiple people who worked with West or dealt with him in professional settings over the last five years told NBC News that he brought up conspiracy theories about Jewish people and spoke positively about the disgraced Nazi dictator.

If passed, the bill would eliminate most mandatory minimum sentences, allow for jury trials in almost all misdemeanor cases and reduce the maximum penalties for offenses such as burglaries, carjackings and robberies.

PBS took the democracy is in danger hysteria to new levels on Tuesday’s Amanpour and Company as Hari Sreenivasan interviewed Prof. Barbara F. Walter to inquire on just how close the United States is to another civil war. Walter, who wrote the book How Civil Wars Start, warned that all the pieces are in place for “Christian” “white men” to start one.

If Trump asserts that he has declassified everything, which he does, exactly how do the FBI and DOJ prove he did not? As President, he doesn't need to inform the peon librarians of the national archives or every keystone cop FBI agent. Just like in the Flynn setup, the FBI is again inverting the chain of command.
