The Raid on Mar-A-Lago: A Desperate Act
by the Deep State

Original Article

Posted By: DW626, 8/27/2022 5:48:00 AM

The raid on Mar-A-Lago was a pretextual search using the National Archive rules and mischaracterize classified document laws to justify an unlawful search warrant. This raid is only a part of an ongoing criminal conspiracy (RICO) or silent coup by the Deep State to take down Trump, first before his election in 2016, to prevent his reelection in 2020, and now to torpedo his possible re-election in 2024. Trump is a direct threat to the coup's survival. The Deep State is protected by the DOJ and FBI that have gone full Stasi. I have written and served hundreds of search warrants in my career as a police detective.

Comments:

And yet according to pudgy bagpipe boy bill barr there was nothing wrong with this home invasion. Go figure.

The democrat party is not unlike the mafia. They lie, cheat and steal. The whole party is in on it. Every dem politician, the deep state and all the left media. The DOJ and FBI are the hit men. It’s disgusting.

It all stinks to high heaven. What's scary is that either they think they can get away with it or that they are desperate and capable of something more if they don't get Trump here. Re reference to "taint teams." Who among the raiding party had authority to review classified documents they came across in their search?

You just want to pull your hair out when you read articles like this one. I keep thinking this can’t happen in this country, yet here we are allowing a rogue FBI and DOJ to destroy our system of justice. The hardest part to swallow is that so many on our side, i.e., Bill Barr, who go along with the obviously illegal act committed by the FBI and DOJ. It’s like right has become wrong, good has become evil and nothing makes any sense. We are being unmoored from rational thought that would require honest men to make reasonable and unbiased decisions and come to the conclusion that what we are witnessing is wholly unacceptable because it is illegal. Why is there not a cacophony of opinions from legal scholars, judges, and honest men who are calling for complete transparency of the basis for the search warrant? Are we so far gone that integrity and respect for the rule of law mean nothing? Apparently so. The Biden administration supported by the deep state and, I might add, many in the Republican Party are desperate to destroy Donald Trump’s ability to run for re-election. They fear that he will get another term and that he is determined to clean out the mess that has resulted in arrogant individuals who believe they are above the law. They illegally seized power in 2020 and have committed untold anti-American acts that have left us weak and vulnerable to the bad guys in the world, financially unstable, and oppressed by a tyrannical government. We are in a mess that is just about to destroy us and I find it disturbing that more people are not willing to stand up to this heinous regime. Where are the men and women of integrity? Can’t they see what this administration is doing to this country or they just too weak and afraid to speak up. Our Republican leaders, McConnell and McCarthy, have failed us. They should be out there everyday denouncing this lawless administration. I am sickened by their apathy. They have turned their backs on the country, their oath of office, and their own conscience. How do they live with themselves?

Great article - clear and concise without a lot of legalize. Meanwhile, Smidgen carts off documents by the truckload (30 million pages) and shoves them into a warehouse in Chicago. He says that he needs them to write his memoirs. Does anyone remember his record on writing his books? Does Bill Ayers, true American terrorist, have a top secret security clearance? Because we all know that there must be thousands of classified documents mixed into those millions of pages.

They could have gotten a warrant to search for yesterday's newspaper. It's not the raid and its take that matters. They could have walked off with Melania's underwear tagged as evidence for all that matters. This is about appearances and a very strong and clear warning to Napoleon that he had better never return from his Elbe exile. Frankly, I'm surprised they've allowed him as much political freedom as they have.

Still obsessed with Russian Collusion but on the opposite side of the hoax, covering up or stealing damning evidence against the perps, FBI and DOJ. What does Trump have on them? The safe cracking and 'panty raid' were really criminal unless Melania's underwear held criminal content. After all the FBI is known to investigate garage ropes at car racetracks. The article hits on all aspects of the criminality in the MAL raid. A very large fishing expedition by a gang that does not serve the public but a political party now they fear no retribution for their criminal acts.

To keep 45 from becoming 47, the Deep State, the Admin State, the Security State, etc., have to slay the king, the Bad Orange Man. To date they have failed. They have let the king get off the ground, only to eventually suffer the figurative medieval punishment of politically being drawn hung castrated disembowled and quartered that Wat Tyler endured during the Peasants Rebellion of 1381.

Part of the probable cause claims in the affidavit was an inventory of prior articles collected/received/seized...which included the cataloged items in one box..."Golf balls, handwritten notes, a raincoat, photos, magazines, newspaper articles, printed news articles from the web, letters of post Term business activities, legal consultations and ONE loose page marked classified)..yet they kept the entire Box. In response to their claim that he possessed items he "No Longer" had any right to posses(no one makes the claim that he did not have the full right to posses them previously)...They took, viewed, copied, then shared with hundreds of agents and clerks items they NEVER had any right to even see.

Joe Biden always knew that the forgiveness of $10,000 per borrower in student loan debt would be politically controversial. On the one hand, he’d receive the gratitude — and votes — of millions of younger voters for taking $10K in debt off their balance sheets. But on the other hand, there are those millions of voters who might resent these younger voters dodging their responsibility — a responsibility they willingly took on — all because they’re an important voting bloc for the Democratic Party.

The recent clandestine FBI raid on the home of President Donald Trump leaves little doubt that America indeed is in the midst of a second civil war. The war thus far is a non-shooting war with multiple "fronts" of attack waged and supported by both domestic and foreign enemies. If they are successful, they will have effectively nullified America's constitutional republic and negated most, if not all, of Americans' cherished constitutional rights and freedoms. This civil war is being waged successfully against the American republic by multiple organizations and numerous powerful, very wealthy people

When I was an undergraduate in the late 1960s, I underwent a kind of transformative experience during a classroom debate with another student that I believed I was clearly winning when the philosophy professor corrected me. He reminded me that when engaged in a philosophical debate, as opposed to the 9th grade Debating Challenge, the point is not simply to vanquish one’s opponent but to find the truth. In order to do the former one may use any means fair or foul to destroy the opponent. For the latter one must do the exact opposite and represent one’s opponent’s position in the strongest terms possible.

No doubt still sulking over the Roe v. Wade reversal — the opening sentence of their recent op-ed published in The New York Times is, “When liberals lose at the Supreme Court — as they increasingly have over the past half-century” — two Ivy League professors laid out their claims for an America without Constitutional limitations. They suggest, “the way to seek real freedom will be to use procedures consistent with popular rule.” Of course, the piece is polished sewage: tyranny of the majority is a very real, and very dangerous threat to the individual, (perhaps they should go read Federalist 10, but they likely wouldn’t understand that either).

Elites have always been ambiguous about the muscular classes who replace their tires, paint their homes, and cook their food. And the masses who tend to them likewise have been ambivalent about those who hire them: appreciative of the work and pay, but also either a bit envious of those with seemingly unlimited resources or turned off by perceived superciliousness arising from their status and affluence. Yet the divide has grown far wider in the 21st century. Globalization fueled the separation in a number of ways. One, outsourcing and offshoring eroded the rust-belt interior, while enriching the two coasts. The former lost good-paying jobs, while the latter found new markets

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) that governs motor vehicle emissions for the state adopted new rules that will require 35% of the new cars sold in the state are electric or plug-in hybrids by 2026, with that percentage rising to 68% by 2030 and 100% by 2035. California has a waiver from the federal government to set its own air quality rules, and other states are allowed to opt into its regulations, which are typically more stringent than the national standards.
