Three passports, Privileged documents. A file on a presidential pardon. As evidence surfaces about what FBI agents seized during the raid of former President Donald Trump's estate in Mar-O-Lago, new questions about the real focus of the investigation and new avenues for legal challenges are bubbling to the surface.
The Justice Department informed Trump's team Monday that agents gathered the former president's passports and are obligated to return them, and that officials are also reviewing seized materials that may be covered by various privileges, multiple sources told Just the News.

The effort to recall Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has failed to gain enough support for ballot qualification.
A total of only 520,050 of the 715,833 signatures collected in the recall effort were valid, the registrar-recorder's office in Los Angeles County announced. The recall effort needed 566,857 signatures to qualify.
A breakdown of the signatures deemed invalid found 88,464 signatures belonged to people who were not registered, 43,595 were duplicated, 32,187 were from different addresses, 9,490 had mismatched signatures, 7,344 were canceled, 5,374 were from out-of-county addresses, and 9,331 were deemed invalid for other reasons, according to the office.

The Department of Justice is opposing the release of the underlying affidavit justifying its unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago, just days after it agreed to unseal the warrant approving the FBI search of former President Donald Trump's Florida resort.
“There remain compelling reasons, including to protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implicates national security, that support keeping the affidavit sealed,” DOJ lawyers declared on Monday, also indicating, however, that they would be open to releasing redacted portions of other related documents.

Quadruple vaxxed Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla announced he tested positive for Covid on Monday. (snip) Recall, just one year ago Albert Bourla claimed his Pfizer vaccine was 100% effective in preventing Covid in cases in South Africa.
“Excited to share that updated analysis from our Phase 3 study with BioNTech also showed that our COVID-19 vaccine was 100% effective in preventing #COVID19 cases in South Africa. 100%!” the Pfizer CEO said in April 2021.

Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday held a belated press conference to explain that he had personally approved the FBI’s raid of Donald Trump’s Florida residence to seize documents deemed U.S. government property.
A clearly agitated and nervous Garland sought to exude confidence in the raid. He went on to heatedly defend the professionalism and integrity of the Justice Department and FBI.
But almost immediately after his sermon, the Justice Department and its affiliates were back to their usual selective leaking (“sources say” . . . “according to people familiar with the investigation”) to liberal newspapers.

Donald Trump on Monday claimed his passports were 'stolen' in the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago last week, which would mean he could not leave the country.
He called it an 'assault on a political opponent.'
'Wow. In the raid by the FBI or Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else. This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never before seen in our country. Third World,' he wrote on his Truth Social social media account.

Monday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” former FBI agent Peter Strzok weighed in on the department’s recent raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
Trump described the raid as putting his home “under siege” in a move “that has never happened to a President of the United States before.”
Host Joe Scarborough asked Strzok if there was any reason the American people should not trust the FBI.
Strzok said that “the American public should trust what the FBI is doing” in seizing documents from Trump’s home.
“[A]bsolutely, the American public should trust what the FBI is doing,” Strzok advised.

According to Al Gore, based on statements and “science” from “leading climate experts”, the Arctic was supposed to be ice-free in the summer already years ago.
Now that the summer ice melt season in the Arctic will end soon, by the middle of next month, it’s a good time to see how Al Gore’s prediction is faring. (snip) Snowfan here zooms in on the chart for greater detail and reports that for this date, ice extent in the Arctic stands at a 12-year high:

Former President Donald Trump sent a message to Attorney General Merrick Garland shortly before Garland’s Thursday comments about the raid on Trump’s estate in the Mar-a-Lago community in South Florida, according to a new report. (snip) “The country is on fire,” Trump told Garland, in a message passed along by “a person close to Mr. Trump,” according to the Times. “What can I do to reduce the heat?”
If a reply was made, the Times did not report upon it.

If the absurd raid on Mar-a-Largo has not persuaded you yet that the Deep State and their cohorts are terrified of their loss of political and cultural dominance, I urge you to read this thoughtful piece by former CIA analyst Martin Gurri. He traces how with the panic over the Wuhan virus, the elites managed a level of control over both the population and the information about the disease and how to treat it.

EXCLUSIVE: The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News, adding that the Justice Department opposed Trump lawyers' request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.
Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.

I’ve decided to endorse @RepLizCheney for the Republican nomination for the House seat In Wyoming it’s my first time endorsing in a GOP primary. But I think Al Franken’s support will carry a lot of weight with WY Republicans.
