Happy Tuesday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. Jeffrey’s predilection for chasing everything down with root beer was burdensome to his friends after every late-night Taco Bell bender.
Gosh, it seems like just yesterday that I was writing here about President LOLEightyonemillion’s puppet masters weaponizing and unleashing their rogue federal agencies on their political opponents.
Probably because I was.
For the last couple of years, I’ve been saying that I’m wary of putting even outlandish things into the universe because they might come true. Well, dear readers, here we are, sooner than even I expected.
I was on the phone when the news about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago hit

This helps to rename the Soviet Demonrat Party. Total sovietization of that extreme leftist party. And the FBI is fully converted into the KGB.

You bet it did. We need to turn 95% of the states RED this November. Take back the house and senate in HUGE numbers.

In this raid, were FBI agents assisted by local police?

Worst political abuse by a political party operation that I have seen in 75 yrs on this planet. This looks like something I read about, in Nazi Germany, when I was in high school....when they actually taught us something!

The raid on Trump was stunning, but many leftists will cheer and say he deserved it. Republicans running for congress should be advised to focus on the Democrat's new 'law' to vastly strengthen the IRS. Everyone is terrified of the IRS. Most don't know that vastly increasing its power is a central pillar of the inflation proliferation act. Republicans should send out campaign letters, at first glance appearing to be from the IRS. The letter should explain that Democrats have made it almost certain that you will get the dreaded IRS notice. Republicans should make it known that they will cut IRS funding through budgeting until the act can be rescinded when a veto-proof majority is in Congress or a Republican president.

Speaking of GOP, where the hell are you Mitch McConnell? Have you condemned this activity? If so, it must have been a whisper because I certainly didn’t hear anything from you.

I'm starting to think it's too late. The Democrat/Marxists will use the FBI and IRS (with CIA supporting behind the scenes) to forcibly control "elections" and retain power no matter what. Anyone opposing them will be arrested and jailed as "insurrectionist". Our last hope is for MAGA candidates to gain control of government in November and implement a complete purge of the deep state. It's a slim hope.

This may be what they were after:
......"18 U.S Code S2071 - Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation generally....The passage that says anyone "having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States," ....
The last 16 words are the essence of it. I have thought for some time that the J6 committee is going to indict and arrest Pres Trump before mid terms in Nov. They think this will energize their stupid supporters and get him off the ballot in 2004. I think they may have overstepped here. Time will tell.

POTUS has the authority to declassified any document. Trump can argue he declassified the documents while he was POTUS before taking the documents to his home.

Not sure it will be enough to win the Senate races in Pennsylvania and Georgia.

From now on this should always and forever be referred to as “Merrick Garland’s Raid”. Let this little weasel's name go down in infamy. Go after Chris Wray, but Galand is the Big Guy in this appalling act.

Nattering about “classified files” disregards the fact that it is the president who determines what is classified and the level of classification.

The 2 Senate seats in Georgia were stolen. So I am not optimistic about any "election".

I still wouldn't discount the ability of the establishment RINO Republican party to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Re: #12 - True statement that bears emphasizing.
Re: Re: #6 - But for McConnell, Garland would most likely have a lifetime appointment as a Supreme Court Justice, instead of AG within a lame duck administration.
