PHOENIX — Kari Lake is projected to win the Republican nomination for Arizona governor after Tuesday's primary race and will now face off against Democrat Katie Hobbs in the upcoming general election. The competitive race essentially came down to Lake and Karrin Taylor Robson as both candidates ramped up their spending and campaign activities during the last few weeks.

Another Trump backed nominee wins. I'm so tired of winning!

When the people turned out to vote, all the cheating in the world failed. Let's end this nightmare.

They tried hard to derail her, looks like they have failed. They'll be trying a lot harder with more fraud in the November election. Watch out.

Don't relax. Anybody. The "close" part _screams_ election monkeying that simply _must_ be addressed if 2024 is to be a turning point, not just a grave marker.

This was just a trial run for the new cheating techniques to be used in November. They know where they need to make adjustments now. Watch out.

So, now will all the voters, fake or retarded, who voted for Robson go for Hobbs in November?

Congratulations to Kari Lake on winning the Republican Primary Race for Governor! Her match in November against Democrat Katie Hobbs will be interesting to watch. (Katie Hobbs is the present Secretary of State.) I read in Gateway Pundit that Pinal County's Election Director has resigned; perhaps because there were not enough ballots provided for the voters. Heard someone say that the primary election in Arizona is a national disgrace. He then corrected himself and said that it is an international disgrace, and he is right. I am sure the new Republican Secretary of State, who will be elected in November, will not have a repeat of this fiasco. (The Secretary of State is responsible for the election process.)

#8 - Not sure I understand your thinking. According to the polls, Lake was supposed to run away by 20% overall.

Maricopa County couldn't manufacture enough votes for Robson. Well done Kari. Hopefully the next Governor of AZ. Kari is the AZ's Deep State nightmare. She will drain the AZ swamp dry.

Kari has 336,769 votes 47%, Robson 317,017 votes 44%, 88.33% of votes counted. That deduces to 95,115 votes not counted. Robson would need to win 60% of the uncounted votes to win, but is winning at a rate of only 44%, hence her projection to lose. There have been 76% of votes counted for last 2 days. So, it takes 2 days to count 12% of the votes? One election official fired in Pina County. And this is what we have for a Republican Primary. The General Election is not going to be pretty. Tough day for Pence and Christi. It looks like your endorsement meant nothing. That is what I get, easily projected as coming from sacks of nothing.

Those absentee ballots shipped from NY to Georgia and destined for AZ didn't get there in time due to a flat tire in Texas.

When WNBA star Brittney Griner was convicted on drug charges Thursday, she was not merely sentenced to nine years in a normal jail or prison. She was given time in a Russian penal colony, which is quite different than a normal correctional facility. Russia's penal colonies are descendants of the notorious Soviet-era gulags where prisoners have been subjected to harsh treatment and poor conditions. Prisoners in the system have been beaten by other inmates, endured torture and forced to watch Russian propaganda for hours every day in what's known as "awareness raising." Following several days of Griner's trial, which stemmed

As the people of New Zealand confront their nation's troubled past with colonization and denying the Maori people rights, a name change for the island nation is being considered as a part of its own reckoning. A petition that aims to change the Dutch anglicized name of New Zealand to its indigenous Maori designation of Aotearoa has collected more than 70,000 signatures, prompting a parliamentary committee to consider the idea. New Zealand member of parliament Debbie Ngarewa-Packer , co-leader of The Maori Party, joined All Things Considered to elaborate on the significance of this potential name change, the journey to indigenous

New York City’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams is reportedly requesting photos of city job applicants, as he wants to ensure that new members of the workforce are diverse — a move that seems to show the value of race and ethnicity over qualifications. According to a report from Politico, most of the individuals — past and current city officials — the outlet spoke to are unsettled by the mayor’s request, although it seems the mayor’s office is presenting the request as a way Adams can simply “begin to recognize folks [sic] faces.” “Flagging that the Mayor would love all agencies upper leadership in this type of style,” an April 19 email

Gov. Ron Desantis recently made the boss move of suspending a State Attorney who signed a pledge to not enforce Florida’s abortion and childhood transgender transition laws. Now, Andrew Warren is pledging to defy DeSantis, saying he will continue to do his job. That happened on CBS News, with Warren accusing his state’s abortion law of being “unconstitutional” while slamming DeSantis. On Thursday, I did a write-up on Warren’s initial reaction, predicting that he’d be on CNN soon. Well, I guess I was off a little bit, but the point remains the same. In February, American basketball star Brittney Griner was arrested at a Moscow airport after attempting to bring cannabis oil into the country, which is illegal according to Russian law. In the almost six months since being apprehended, Griner has lingered in a less-than-comfortable prison cell. On Thursday, the legal proceedings of the case came to a close when a Russian court delivered a guilty verdict, followed by a harsh sentence of nine years behind bars. None of Thursday’s developments should have come as a surprise to anyone. As we’ve noted before, 99% of all Russian prosecutions end with a guilty verdict, and with a maximum available sentence of ten years,

President Trump has endorsed self-made businessman Tim Michels in the Wisconsin gubernatorial primary next Tuesday.
