After turning away from left-wing politics, a former Antifa activist and Democratic politician are launching a new campaign to challenge what they see as pervasive anti-Americanism among the country's youth. Gabriel Nadales, an Antifa protester turned conservative activist, and Barrington Martin II, a former Democratic congressional candidate, launched a half-million-dollar ad buy last week through their new group Our America, aimed at empowering young people across the United States to "celebrate a pride in, connection to, and a responsibility for our community and country." The organization, whose advisory team includes conservative commentator Deroy Murdock, will also spend $2 million to produce online content that promotes

Why don't I trust this? Probably because the Dem plan is to recruit radicals to run as Republicans. Once elected, we're screwed!

OK, fine. Watch closely. I don't trust folks who change like this. Sometimes the most fervent person is a convert from the other side, someone who "saw the light". In the short run, watch out. But....Dr. Thomas Sowell started out as a Communist as a youth, and is one of my most respected writers and has been for 40 years. So people CAN change and stay on the right side. Just watch them for a while.

Regarding No. 4's post; If people knew more about David Horowitz's life history you would have been much more positive as to why he became a conservative. He and his parents were card-carrying Communists way, way back, and thankfully, because of extenuating circumstances, he became a very valued conservative. And I am not half as erudite as is David Horowitz!!!

After months of trying and failing to get enough votes in the Democrat-controlled Congress to pass sweeping social spending legislation, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) finally convinced Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) to abandon their previously stated principles and put their party over what's best for their constituents. Since the result of Schumer's closed-door negotiations was announced, it's been clear that the bill — referred to unofficially as "Build Back Better Jr." but officially named the "Inflation Reduction Act" — will not do anything it's being proclaimed to do.

It was time for him to fly. FBI Director Christopher Wray, testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee for the first time since July 2021, insisted he had to leave the hearing by 1:30 p.m. sharp. (It began at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.) Despite leading a scandal-ridden agency quickly losing the trust of the American people and congressional Republicans, Wray somehow believes that setting aside less than four hours to answer questions by lawmakers responsible for checking and balancing his work is sufficient. “I had a flight that I’m supposed to be high-tailing it to, and I had understood that we were going to be done at 1:30, so that’s how we

The present poor decisions in every sector of our society's life — economics, foreign policy, education, citizenship values, human sexuality, and ethics — suggests a conscious effort to undermine longstanding institutional and social realities of American civilization. This writer's view is that this is being brought about by a premeditated and conscious alliance between the Democrat party and the far left, which had begun under President Barack Obama and has intensified under President Joe Biden. This intensification is the result of a landmark alliance between the far left and the Democrats taken in 2020, combined with the continuity of advisory personnel from the eight Obama years.

When WNBA star Brittney Griner was convicted on drug charges Thursday, she was not merely sentenced to nine years in a normal jail or prison. Russia's penal colonies are descendants of the notorious Soviet-era gulags where prisoners have been subjected to harsh treatment and poor conditions.
