Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares is accusing the Biden administration of using children to win more votes at the ballot box. Miyares filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration’s Department of Agriculture, which is threatening to take away funding for school lunches if schools refuse to adhere to the left’s radical transgender agenda. “They're essentially saying, 'We are requiring you to have biological males in women's sports, we are requiring you to allow biological males to use women's bathrooms, female bathrooms, and if you don't, we're going to withhold nutrition assistance for needy children,’" Miyares said

A massive fire engulfed one of Philadelphia’s most iconic cheesesteak restaurants, severely damaging it.
Firefighters responded to the scene at Jim’s Steaks on the corner of 4th and South Streets in South Philadelphia Friday. The blaze was officially declared a two-alarm fire, but the number of additional crews supporting first responders on site increased the number of crews to the equivalent of a three-alarm fire, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
The fire was declared under control at about 1:30 p.m. local time, Friday afternoon, nearly four hours after it began.
