Hanover, a city in the northwest of Germany, has become the first major metropolitan area to try and reduce the use of natural gas by removing hot water from public buildings. The move comes as natural gas supplies from Russia are reduced to 20% of capacity. Germany is attempting to fill up storage facilities of natural gas in order to survive the winter.
Germany, together with several European countries, are telling their citizens to expect large increases in their electricity bills as energy costs continue to skyrocket.

It looks like Merkle did a real disservice to Germany by closing all those coal and nuclear plants and start suckling Purim’s gas pipelines.

Germany in recent years has been led by fools. America (except for Trump) in recent years has been led by fools and worsee. The Democrat party with malice aforethought has deliberately led us to this hideous inflation we are now suffering. Their prescription for the global warming hoax...more government, i.e. communism. It is no wonder why large majorities think the country is on the wrong track. But Shumer, Pelosi and now Manchin think more spending and inflation would be a good idea.

No big deal...just a minor inconvenience as they transition to Green Power. Good practice for the new way of life....the one where they sit around and freeze in the dark.

This is an awesome demo of the consequences of the Green New Deal. The Germans must be ecstatic that they are reducing their use of fossil fuels by 80%! Somebody get AOC to talk about this great achievement.

The scary part is the Green party members really believe the end-of-earth fearmongering due to climate. Society must be rigidly controlled and punished (if necessary) to maintain some mythical 'perfect balance'.

Citizens of Germany. Your leaders have led you into two wars that have crippled you. Your current leadership ignored Trump about trusting Russia and now you are suffering for it. Wake up and get your act together.

The lunatics running the West have committed economic suicide. They are so stupid that they have turned off the energy that runs our economy, and have committed to keeping it off. Meantime, Russia, China, and India will be the dominant rulers of the new order, as they have committed to keep their economy running on energy, however produced. How soon they forget. The wonderful standard of living we have today was not always the case, and is in fact very recent. It was only after WWII that energy became abundant, and allowed for growing populations and standards of living. Now, the left wants to destroy all of that, and send us back into the 1800's, mules, plows, pigs and chickens. That is why progressives is another lie, as they are regressives, which is the term that should be used for them.

We've got more than enough natural gas to keep Germans from freezing all winter, if Brandon weren't letting the squad's vision shape his energy policies.

As I understand it, the last time the Russians went through Germany there was a hot water shortage then too.

The primary goal of both the Germans and the French was the workers' paradise of 30 hour work weeks and a month's vacation every year. Funny how that wasn't good enough.
