President Biden’s current “predominant” COVID-19 symptom is a sore throat, and he is using an asthma inhaler for his cough, his doctor said Sunday. The president, who contracted the uber-contagious BA.5 variant, “completed his third day of Paxlovid last night,” Dr. Kevin O’Connor wrote in a letter released by the White House, referring to the anti-viral drug treatment.(Snip)Dr. Ashish Jha, the White House’s coronavirus coordination czar, also said Sunday that none of the 17 people who came in close contact with Biden have contracted the virus. “As of late yesterday, again 17 is the number that we are tracking at the White House medical unit

Comments:

The BA.5 variant is güber-contagious, but Dung caught it despite being quadruply vaxxed, and yet none of his close contacts are "testing positive." So is Doctor Hashish Jah lying about him being sick in order to keep the dotard away from the cameras, or are they admitting that the vaxx simply not work?

I use an asthma inhaler occasionally for, wait for it, asthma, centered in the lungs, not the throat. If anything the spray irritates my throat. Sounds like they are claiming various treatments to see which one sticks on the public wall.

If Jo's attending physician actually faced the reporters, he might be asked about Dementia Jo's mental state. He might also be asked about medications that have been suspended because of the Kung Flu. Finally, I agree that prescribing albuterol should not be done for the coughing, as described by the physicians.

It's a bit early but it could be the pre-game of making sure the election doesn't happen until the Dems know they have it in the bag. They obviously have to change their act from voting machines, harvesting votes and vote counting. They're working on it though.
