From the Theater: "We believe in diverse voices and the freedom of artistic expression, but in honoring that, we lost sight of the impact this would have." Impact...isn't that the goal of the arts and artistic expression? No serious artist should darken their door or trod their boards ever again. Shameful.

I have no doubt Dave Chappelle is a liberal. Nice to see him get a taste of his own medicine.

From the Theater: "you are welcome to send feedback". They provided an approved method of descent. A method they can auto-forwarded to trash. Remember how BLM and ANTIFA descended last summer? Mostly peaceful protests! Guess they skipped the "send feedack" button.

I’m sure Dave Chappelle and I agree on very little, but I still am a great admirer of his. He’s funny, he’s honest, and he’s brave. And the people that try to shut him down only prove his point. And he’s laughing all the way to the bank.

If the First Ave Theater were to stick to their "principles", they would never have let Prince perform some of his more sexually provocative songs. They would boycott most LGBTQ offerings due to content. Their selective outrage goes along g with whatever/ whoever is on their approved woke agenda. If the LGBTQ whiners actually listened to Chappelle, they would not hear targeting or demeaning words (unless you are looking to be offended). They would find funny truths.

Chapelle is a strong advocate for free speech. Watch the 'What's in a name' special on Netflix. He is being cancelled for calling out the suppression of free speech. I don't agree with his Politics, but totally support his right to speak.

If you still have Netflix, I recommend watching Chapplle's "What's in a Name." It's irreverent, funny and brilliant and explains precisely why he declined the Duke Ellington School's offer to name their theater after him. Good stuff.

President Joe Biden has suggested that Delaware pollution including "oil slicks" may have been responsible for cancer experienced by him and "so damn many" others. While delivering a speech about climate change in Somerset, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, Biden said that environmental pollution during his childhood was so rampant that people needed to wipe oil off of car windshields to be able to drive. The president suggested that the pollution was to blame for the skin cancer that he would later experience, saying that Delaware used to have the "highest cancer rate in the nation''. Biden said that a former Massachusetts

Republicans sparred with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg over the cost of electric vehicles on Tuesday as some members of the House Transportation Committee accused him of favoring the vehicles as the response to high gas costs. The exchange came Tuesday when Buttigieg appeared before the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee to testify about the administration’s progress in implementing the bipartisan infrastructure law. Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) used the opportunity to press Buttigieg over the high cost of electric vehicles, which he noted are higher than the cost of an average compact car. Perry told Buttigieg that drivers in his district

MARIETTA, Ga. — Parents in Cobb County are demanding an apology because of a new elementary school logo they claim resembles a Nazi eagle symbol. The school in question is East Side Elementary near Marietta. A spokesperson for the Cobb County School District on Tuesday claimed the logo wasn't designed with Nazi imagery in mind, but because of backlash, the rollout of the new logo has now been halted. On social media, the school displays a current logo using an eagle as the centerpiece. On Monday a new eagle logo was sent to parents in an email from East Side's principal.

Rep. Bennie Thompson, chairman of the House committee investigating the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, has tested positive for COVID-19. But the committee's next hearing, set for Thursday, is scheduled to proceed. "I tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, and I am experiencing mild symptoms. Gratefully, I am fully vaccinated and boosted," Thompson, D-Miss., said in a statement Tuesday. "I strongly encourage each person in America to get vaccinated and continue to follow the guidelines to remain safe." The committee said in a statement that Thompson is "disappointed with his COVID diagnosis" but has instructed the prime-time

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it seemed like everyone knew a co-worker fleeing the Bay Area. Now, a new report out of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago shows just how much the exodus is gaining steam. Only Illinois ranked worse off than the Golden State when it came to moving vans heading for the border during the pandemic, according to the report, which focused on data from the moving company United Van Lines. In 2018-19, 56% of moves in California were families fleeing the state. In 2020-21, that figure jumped to nearly 60%. The state that was by far the

Former Democratic Labor Secretary Robert Reich believes it may be time for Democrats to kick Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., out of the party because they "already lost control over the Senate" and can’t get anything done despite appearing to have power. Reich, who served as secretary of Labor under President Clinton and was a member of President Obama’s economic transition advisory board, wrote on Substack that kicking Manchin out of the party would at least allow Democrats to admit they didn’t truly have control when Americans head off to vote in the looming midterm elections. Manchin's office had reportedly told

LONDON -- Ghana on Sunday declared its first ever outbreak of the Ebola-like Marburg virus disease. Case fatality rates for Marburg have varied from 24% to 88% in previous outbreaks, while Ebola case fatality rates have varied from 25% to 90%. Unlike with Ebola, there are currently no approved treatments or vaccines for Marburg, according to the WHO. "Health authorities have responded swiftly, getting a head start preparing for a possible outbreak. This is good because without immediate and decisive action,

The chances that Biden could attract a primary challenger are rising amid devastating polling numbers with Democrats and particularly young voters. His loyalists have defended him against the increasingly negative headlines. They say he stepped into a mess made by former President Trump and that some of the lawmakers in Congress who were supposed to help him turn things around have been difficult and disappointing. But that willingness to prop up the sinking president has been wearing thin. Day by day, Democrats are considering a possible new scenario: challenging the sitting president for the 2024 nomination. “Unless Biden comes to

As Breitbart News reported, Hunter may have lied on paperwork he submitted when purchasing a handgun in 2018 by not disclosing his drug additions.
