WaPo Columnist Explains Why the Media
Is to Blame for Biden's Downfall

Original Article

Posted By: Imright, 7/19/2022 7:35:07 PM

To hear Washington Post columnist Perry Bacon tell it, Joe Biden’s low approval ratings aren’t due to his ludicrous policies, his failed leadership, or his cockamamie worldview. Joe Biden isn’t very popular because of the way the mainstream media is covering him. The lack of self-awareness notwithstanding, Bacon blames the media because its “flawed coverage model of politics and government is bad for more than just Biden — it results in a distorted national discourse that weakens our democracy. The media needs to find a different way to cover Washington.”

The media ARE to blame for Biden's downfall, for pretending Biden was mentally competent after his dementia had notably gotten worse, while posting daily hit pieces against Trump (completely fabricating a hit piece whenever an actual bit of news couldn't be distorted into a hit piece) and covering up Democrat ballot malfeasance. Otherwise, Biden would have been simply defeated, not fallen.

Democrat policies enacted by an illegitimate, senile and vindictive old man are the cause of Joe’s downfall. The media are responsible for enabling and abetting Joe’s agenda and covering for his incompetence and senility. This whole entire illegitimate mess is brought to you by the globalist elites in both parties. Obama and his cabal are running the show, the Soros, Klaus international group are bankrolling it, and Joe is their front man. He’s not too smart and will do as he is told because he loves being the tough guy on the block. The collaboration to bring this country to its knees has many players both foreign and domestic. The worst in my opinion are Republicans who are either cowards too afraid to confront the threat or traitors who have betrayed us.

To me at least, all you have to do is read this line and think about it as to just how screwed up the liberal mind is!!! And the media is full of this type of thinking. A thoughtful consideration of the media verifies that this is what they believe. The claim of the media getting the credit for ruining Brandon is a massive exercise in ego. Consider that only 11% of the People find tv media credible, 16% fund newspapers credible. They don't have the capability to influence anyone of anything let alone 70% of the People to say they disapprove of Brandon. It is pure hubris to claim they do and is a confirmation of the media's enormous ego and complete inability to determine truth or report without bias.

Open your eyes Perry, I suggest starting with looking in the mirror and evaluating the person you see staring back to you as part of the problem. As long as you and your "colleagues" insist on your trajectory to focus on Trump and continue to ask Biden what his favorite flavor of ice cream is, you ARE the problem. Have you heard of Hunter Biden? Are you familiar with the concept of fair and accurate reporting? How about our President's cognitive issues which seem to be deteriorating on a daily basis? Do you think his glaring incompetencies on the global and domestic scene are simply "gaffes"? We have a crisis with Biden at the helm and his co-hort in waiting, yet you're not paying attention or even using your intellectual curiosity to address it. Why? What is your hesitancy to report on a galactic problem that is facing us as a nation? Come on, man, do your job. Until you do...you've lost our trust.

Yes, it’s come to this. Renowned George Washington Law School professor and legal scholar Jonathan Turley is now calling for federal government action to protect free speech — particularly on the nation’s college campuses. Shocking? Not in the least; if anything, it should have happened long ago. That reality is as profound as it is ominous. Here’s another: In a recent email to The College Fix, Turley wrote: The greatest danger is that the government will seek not to protect free speech but favor particular speech. As I transcribed Professor Turley’s quote, I thought to myself: “Big Tech is already there; can the Democrat Party be far behind?”
