A government ethics watchdog is now filing a lawsuit against the Department of Justice, accusing the department of “hiding” information from the public concerning the withholding of records about potential bias and conflicts of interest involving high-profile cases such as the Durham investigations and the probe into Hunter Biden and his business dealings. Just the News is reporting that in June 2021, Protect the Public’s Trust filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the DOJ in order to obtain records from the agency’s Justice Management Division. It’s now been over a year and the department has not bothered to inform the watchdog

Durham is on our side. We need to be patient. He needs to keep things under wrap until he can make the right moves. He isn't part of the DOJ dark side. This "watchdog" group may not be on the side of good. We have to be careful not to blow our one chance. Durham just got 30 subpoenas for upcoming hearings.

Frankly, I can’t muster very much hope that justice will prevail. We have been patiently waiting for decades and the tide hasn’t turned. Our hopes continue to be crushed after each investigation. They are nothing more than an exercise in futility and I believe their location has much to do with the way things are going. Washington DC is a cesspool of leftists. The judges, potential Jurors, the attorneys for both sides are primarily democrats. How do you obtain justice when the deck is stacked against you? These investigations have become theater. Procedural laws are broken, denied, or just ignored. Judges render outwardly biased rulings. How do you get a fair hearing in this environment? The attorneys involved are getting filthy rich which I believe is one of the main incentives to keep these investigations going. The other reason being that democrats use these investigations as a political weapon to pummel their opposition. We pay millions for nothing. This particular exercise becomes a very expensive show trial that never has a satisfying ending. I am not a fan when we see no one being held accountable.

God is watching. His justice may be slow, but when it comes, it will be swift and righteous. Allowing all of this evil to happen is to let people see they need God in their lives. Only the Lord can stop this depth of evil, and rottenness, not man. It will take a national repentance for turning away from Him, and asking for forgiveness, for this nation to be saved from Communism/Marxism/Socialism. Whatever happened to those National Day of Prayer and Repentance we had for so many years? How far have we fallen.

Library materials must be posted online and readily available for review by parents and a strict oversight process has been put in place for choosing and approving books. He reminded me that when engaged in a philosophical debate, as opposed to the 9th grade Debating Challenge, the point is not simply to vanquish one’s opponent but to find the truth. In order to do the former one may use any means fair or foul to destroy the opponent. For the latter one must do the exact opposite and represent one’s opponent’s position in the strongest terms possible.

They suggest, “the way to seek real freedom will be to use procedures consistent with popular rule.” Of course, the piece is polished sewage: tyranny of the majority is a very real, and very dangerous threat to the individual, (perhaps they should go read Federalist 10, but they likely wouldn’t understand that either).
