Volodymyr Zelensky has fired his top security chief and the state prosecutor after hundreds of cases of treason and collaboration with Russia were uncovered. The Ukrainian president sacked Ivan Bakanov, head of the security service, and Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova, who had been leading efforts to prosecute Russian war crimes. Zelensky said more than 60 officials from the SBU security service and prosecutor's office were working against Ukraine in Russian-occupied territories, and 651 treason and collaboration cases had been opened against law enforcement officials. The sackings and the sheer number of treason cases reveals the huge challenge of Russian infiltration as Kyiv battles Moscow in what it says

Our middle-sized city had a push to 'adopt' Ukrainian families in the late 90s. I dealt with many of them and soon discovered that they were nearly all ' one step ahead of the shoe shine' when it came to getting the truth out of them. It took them about 2-3 years to gain much, if any, trust among the citizenry.

Readers should realize that the next Republican president will be impeached if he dares to ask about the immense corruption in Ukraine. Just ask Joe Biden and his bagman son, Hunter. “You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden recalled telling Poroshenko. “Well, son of a bite, he got fired. New data shows Covid cases in Singapore and New Zealand have overtaken Australia in the latest Omicron wave despite ultra-strict mask mandates. Masks are worn everywhere in the densely-populated Asian city while New Zealanders are forced to wear them in all indoor public places, such as shopping centres and libraries. But both now have higher case numbers per million than Australia, where compulsory mask rules have been abandoned in most indoor settings. These figures appear to smash the push now on in Australia for a return to mask mandates, which are currently compulsory only on public transport and in aged care and healthcare centres.
