Herewith my favorite reaction so far to the Dobbs decision, though it presents a problem. This Tweet, discovered second-hand (so I can’t check out the source since the name is blacked out), is either a very droll troll, or . . . feminists have suddenly rediscovered something called “marriage.” Which we have been told for nigh on two generations now was some kind of oppressive prison. Heh.
(Tweet:) Me and some of my girlfriends did a retreat this weekend to help us cope with the monumental setback in fundamental rights.

Numerous women have spoken about their regrets over having children, with some saying the 'hate' motherhood, and others revealing they don't like their kids.
The reluctant parents, from around the world, have shared their stories anonymously in a Facebook group called I Regret Having Children.
Those who have posted in the group opened up about the social pressure to have children, as well as pressure from loved ones, the struggles in caring for kids with developmental disorders, and their own mental health battles.

It’s hard to know whether to laugh or cry when leftists insist that “men get pregnant” or refer to mothers as “birthing people” and otherwise ignore the material reality of biological sex. While we’ve generally understood that this is the latest cause célèbre of the radical left, we don’t really expect conservative media to follow suit.
Yet the recent case of a male inmate at a New Jersey women’s prison who impregnated two inmates has shown that conservative media has also been successfully pressured to kowtow to the transgender cult, the Media Research Center has found.

While most of the country is laser-focused on inflation and the economic hardship crushing Americans, Democrats continue to obsess about the only thing that matters to them: Ensuring abortion until birth is legal. (snip) According to Harris, if you support killing a nine-month-old baby in the womb, God is all good with it. (snip) The Bible also doesn’t have anything good to say about those who profess to know Christ then purposely lead others astray, much less for some pathetic, worthless political goal like keeping unlimited abortion legal. Honestly, if I were Harris, I’d be thinking deeply about the state of my soul after those comments. Christianity isn’t a game.

Progressive mega-donor George Soros contributed $1 million to Texas Democratic gubernatorial nominee Beto O’Rourke’s staggering fundraising haul last month.
O’Rourke, who’s challenging two-term Republican Gov. Greg Abbott in November’s election, last week announced that he hauled in $27.6 million in fundraising from late February through June, topping Abbott by $2.7 million and shattering the existing record for fundraising in Texas.
O’Rourke’s campaign finance report was posted online on Tuesday and indicates that Soros contributed $1 million — issued on June 23 — to the Democratic gubernatorial nominee’s campaign.

Conservative Twitter users tore Prince Harry apart after the British royal gave a condescending speech trashing the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade during a U.N. summit on International Nelson Mandela Day.
During the Monday speech, Harry seemed to take aim at conservative policies. He claimed that "the rolling back of Constitutional rights in the United States," in addition to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, represent a "global assault on democracy and freedom."
Considering that Harry and his wife, actress Meghan Markle, champion progressive causes, the implication in his speech seemed to refer to the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson abortion ruling.

Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh’s stance on abortion is crystal clear.
Following the Supreme Court striking down Roe v. Wade, abortion takes have been flying all over the place. Harbaugh has now weighed in, and there’s no doubt he’s 100% pro-life. "I believe in having the courage to let the unborn be born. I love life. I believe in having a loving care and respect for life and death. My faith and my science are what drives these beliefs in me. Quoting from Jeremiah, ‘Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart.'"

When Nick Bostic saw flames inside an Indiana home in the middle of the night, he pulled over and ran inside to help. Bostic is now being hailed as a hero for saving the lives of five people.
Bostic, a local pizza delivery driver, said he drove past the house and saw flames around 12:30 a.m. He didn’t know who owned or lived in the home but sprang into action.
Bostic went around to the back of the two-story home and opened the back door.
"Before I was halfway into the door, I started hollering if there was anybody in there," he told "America’s Newsroom" Monday.

GoFundMe is allowing a small fortune to be collected for kin of the Minneapolis gunman fatally shot by cops after he fired at neighbors, while hard-working Manhattan bodega clerk Jose Alba’s fund got the ax, critics rage.
The fund-raiser for the family of dead Minnesota shooter Andrew “Tekle’’ Sundberg, 20, surpassed its goal of $20,000 within three days, hitting $20,500 by Monday afternoon. Yet the GoFundMe page for Alba — who killed an ex-con attacker in apparent self-defense at the store — got pulled a day after his case came to light.

The good Samaritan who shot and killed the gunman who opened fire in the Greenwood Park Mall in Indiana on Sunday afternoon reportedly broke the property's policy against weapons. The suspected shooter entered the mall on Sunday carrying a rifle and multiple magazines and opened fire in the food court, killing at least three and injuring three before he was shot to death. Greenwood Police Chief Jim Ison said the suspected shooter was killed by a "good Samaritan with a handgun."
While the armed bystander reportedly had a legal gun permit, the mall's property policy does not permit weapons on the premises.
