come on, man. Let me be honest with ya, The only readon I give a rat's a s s about the Khashoggi crap is he was a part time WaPo."journalist" so I have to act outraged in order please the media to get good press. Here's the deal. We, the Saudis and the clintoons murder people all the time, no biggie, but Salman went after someone in the self important, self absorbed, arrogant media and they have to remind the world how important they are. No joke.

I hope I don't offend anyone here, but I consider this "fist bump" a totally ridiculous gesture/greeting. You either shake hands with someone or you do not. If you have health issues, wear a glove. The feeling you get when grip a person's hand gives you an indication of who, or what you are dealing with. Shaking someone's hand, or refusing to do so, should send a message. I can't imagine closing a deal or an agreement of any kind with a fist bump. Perhaps I am just old fashion.

Proper response from reporter: "With all due respect, Mr. President, the fist-bump does matter because it is a friendly gesture usually shared between buddies, and you fist-bumped a man you promised to make a pariah. And the reason you are here, making nice with this would-be pariah, is because your policies have taken the nation from fully energy independent to desperately dependent on this pariah. Do you regret the fist-bump? Do you regret the policies? What are you going to do now to avoid begging pariahs for oil? Change back to the Trump policies?"

For those of you who did not see the CBS special on Glen Campbell's final tour, (he had dementia) I would urge you to watch it - available on You Tube. Campbell, in 2011, was at the point of Dementia that I believe Jo Biden is at right now,. And during that documentary, you will see Campbell behaving in ways that are scarily like Biden's behavior. Take special note of Campbell's irrational short bursts of anger. We are in deep trouble as a nation, if we can't remove such a person from the presidency.

It's amazing, the hubris that Biden has, to accuse the press of not asking questions 'about things that matter'! So if they do, like Peter Doocy did once, then Biden calls them stupid SOBs. Then his handlers lead him off without addressing a single question. Oh dear Lord how much more do we need to take of these fools?

#14 is correct. I saw it happen to a friend's mother. She became irrational and angry at almost anything as she slipped into dementia. I actually think this was a cause of the Afghan disaster. Joe wanted out NOW against the advice of even his woke generals and advisors. Trump had a plan to get out in stages, and Joe wanted to show the world he could move faster. Completely irrational, and he is stumbling now toward nuclear war. God help us.

Why are we pretending that democrats cared about dead “journalists”? We knew they didn’t. They only care about using it to get power. They don’t value human life. They sure are good at pretending they do though. That is, until they need gas prices to go down because they are sinking in the polls: it’s about power. It always has been, and it always will be. The role of the White House Press Secretary is supposed to be to convey the position of the Biden Administration. But it’s one heck of a tough job because it also involves cleaning up after Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who so frequently make a mess of things. It doesn’t help when the person who is the press secretary keeps stepping in it herself. Here’s Karine Jean-Pierre agreeing, at least in part, that what Kamala Harris said — comparing the Supreme Court opinion returning the decision on abortion to the states to slavery — was right. So not only did Kamala say a monumentally stupid

As Ed described earlier today, President Biden is taking some heat for his fist bump with Mohammed Bin Salman. So much for Saudi Arabia being a “pariah state.” But after the fist-bump Bidedn and MBS held a private meeting, meaning there were no cameras in the room. Team Biden, perhaps trying to soothe some of the people upset about the fist bump, is claiming that Biden confronted MBS about the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. President Biden said Friday night that he brought up the murder of Jamal Khashoggi during his closed-door meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and told the prince that he considered him to blame.

Joe Biden has often tried to pretend he’s a tough guy who’s not to be messed with. During the 2020 campaign, he humorously claimed that Putin didn’t want him to be president because he was the only candidate who’d ever “gone toe-to-toe with him.” Biden has similarly talked a lot of tough talk about Saudi Arabia and even called the Saudi kingdom a global “pariah” due to its poor human rights record and the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018. And then, of course, he went over to Saudi Arabi this week, fist-bumped with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), and maybe even had a little sleepover, for all we know.

In addition to losing its chance to address any domestic social need in an enduring way, the administration is also having imperiled its global leadership on climate change and a global corporate minimum tax, two measures that hinged on Biden getting
