Former President Donald Trump says he has made a decision about running for President in 2024; the announcement of the decision will be at a later date. Trump told New York magazine that the “big decision” is whether to announce before or after November’s midterm elections. “Well, in my own mind, I’ve already made that decision, so nothing factors in anymore. In my own mind, I’ve already made that decision … Do I go before or after? That will be my big decision.” Trump added that most of the people vying for a 2024 run have no chance in the primary, according to the polls.

#10, They fear PDT because he represents the will of the people. As the head of the movement he leads the huge voting block that is standing in their way. If you naysayers believe that this wretched democrat party will not go after DeSantis or anyone else like they have Trump, you are naive. The media wants you to believe that Trump is toxic. They will hammer him because he does what he says he will do. They know him and his drive to do everything in his power to make this country great and that is what they fear. Why anyone would want him to sit this one out is amazing to me after all the accomplishments he achieved while being viciously attacked every single day. It is going to be a vicious fight regardless who is the nominee. The people know President Trump got a raw deal. They know their lives are measurably more difficult now under this administration. If you believe that politics will go back to normal without Trump on the ticket, you are wrong. Democrats will go for the jugular anytime they feel threatened because they know it’s all they have. They cannot defend their policies because they have caused this nightmare we are living in at the present. It will by necessity be a campaign of personal destruction. I’d prefer to fight that battle with a proven warrior.

Of course, the bad guys will attack every and all GOP hopefuls. When has it ever been otherwise? "Tricky Dick, "Fall Down" Ford, "Dunce" Reagan, "Wimp" Bush41, "Grumpy" Dole, "Nasty" McCain, "Dog Endangerer" Romney, "Rich Celebrity" Trump. Let the games begin. Of course, those entrall with FPDT will not brook mere mention of another. Those looking beyond FPDT look mainly to De Santis. What FPDT does won't change anything either way. Those who are willing to wait to see the field form will keep their powder dry. Whatever, it will not be a cakewalk for anyone going into '24.

The Left Should Be Happy with Biden 2 replies

The Left should be ecstatic that Joe Biden has given them everything they wanted. The Left likes inflation. It reduces the value of old money by printing lots of new money. Those richer who have it, lose the value of their money; those poorer who don’t have any money, suddenly do. When combined with low interest rates, inflation roars even louder. Not since Jimmy Carter has a Democrat been so insistent on inflating the money supply. For decades, the Left has amplified former Energy Secretary Steven Chu’s 2008 dream that the government must spike fuel costs up to European levels. That was seen as the best way to force

If you were to tell me that someone in politics is corrupt, criminally corrupt, I'd be open to believing you, but I wouldn't join you in calling for their head without a little something called evidence. Not your thoughts, not your conclusions, your women's intuition, or your Spidey sense tingling, I'd need proof. While there is no lack of haters of former President Donald Trump screaming at the top of their lungs about the former, the latter is where they lose not only me but should lose everyone. After COVID Diagnosis Raises Some Questions

In the immediate aftermath of the breaking news about President Joe Biden’s COVID diagnosis, Republicans and Democrats alike all wished the POTUS a speedy recovery. After all, though we have big political differences, those differences should – ideally – take second place, at least momentarily, when someone falls ill. But as recent history has shown us, that rule doesn’t always apply when the sides are reversed, and that has been doubly true whenever anti-mask mandate Republicans were diagnosed with COVID and/or were then pictured going about their business without wearing masks, after which it was declared in so many words that they were “putting lives at risk.”

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) claimed on Thursday her fixation with former President Donald Trump is not political. In an interview with the New York Times, Cheney alleged her alliance with Democrats on the partisan January 6 commission to attack Trump is not political but rather educational. “I don’t look at it through a political lens,” she claimed about her work on the committee. “I look at it through the angle of: People need to understand how dangerous he is and how unfit for office he is.” Cheney, who has received praise from Democrats for joining them in combatting Trump, is running behind in primary polls against Trump-endorsed opponent Harriet Hageman

The iconic Central Park Loeb Boathouse, famous for its lakeside views, delectable plates and rowboats, will be closing its doors due to rising costs of labor and goods, the restaurant's operator said. The landmark eatery and rowboat rental, which first opened in 1954, will stop operating on October 16. At least 163 workers will be laid off. Operator Dean J. Poll, who had signed a 15-year license deal with the Parks Department in 2017, blamed the decision on spiking costs of labor and raw materials, NBC reported.

Yes, it’s come to this. Renowned George Washington Law School professor and legal scholar Jonathan Turley is now calling for federal government action to protect free speech — particularly on the nation’s college campuses. Shocking? Not in the least; if anything, it should have happened long ago. That reality is as profound as it is ominous. Here’s another: In a recent email to The College Fix, Turley wrote: The greatest danger is that the government will seek not to protect free speech but favor particular speech. As I transcribed Professor Turley’s quote, I thought to myself: “Big Tech is already there; can the Democrat Party be far behind?”

Truckers protesting a looming California labor law shut down one of the busiest seaports in the United States for the third day in a row. Operations were halted at the Port of Oakland on Wednesday as hundreds of independent big-rig truckers picketed gates and blocked other drivers from hauling cargo in and out of terminals at the port. The truckers are protesting Assembly Bill 5, a gig economy law passed in 2019 that sets tougher standards for classifying workers as independent contractors.

Host Ari Melber asked, “Is the global macro inflation a reason not to do something on climate right now? How do you work with your colleague there when sometimes his reasons don’t really match what’s happening?”

The president stopped short of issuing a national climate emergency, but said he would use executive powers to address the issue. “As president I’ll use my executive powers to combat climate crisis in the absence of Congressional action,” Biden added.

Washington -The federal investigation into Hunter Biden's business activities is nearing a critical juncture as investigators weigh possible charges and prosecutors confront Justice Department guidelines to generally avoid bringing politically sensitive cases close to an election, according to people briefed on the matter. While no final decision has been made on whether to bring charges against President Joe Biden's son, sources say the probe has intensified in recent months along with discussions among Delaware-based prosecutors, investigators running the probe and officials at Justice Department headquarters. David Weiss, the US Attorney in Delaware, is leading the probe, which dates back to as early as 2018.

Long-time political strategist Dick Morris, formerly of the Clinton camp before coming to the light some years ago, penned a piece for Newsmax yesterday that predicted a 2016 rematch pitting twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton against former president – and America’s most popular politician – Donald Trump. Clinton just can’t give it a rest. She has rested her entire legacy on one day sitting in the Oval Office as this nation’s first female president. Of course, her party can’t define the term “woman” anymore, and then there’s the fact that she hates this country and most of the deplorables living in it.

No other candidate has more than 5 percent. Just 11 percent are undecided.
