Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) may not survive the Republican August 16 primary, CNN reported on Thursday.
While Cheney “has become an unexpected hero for Democrats” and the media, CNN’s Harry Enten analyzed, CNN readers “shouldn’t mistake adoring press coverage and bipartisan bona fides for popularity in the place where popularity matters most for Cheney: Wyoming.”
Citing polling that shows Cheney the least popular member of Congress in 2021, Enten acknowledged only 17 percent of Republicans nationwide approved of Cheney’s alliance with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) January 6 committee. Sixty-one percent disapproved. More specifically, the article also noted Cheney’s opponent, Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman, is leading Cheney

Liz Cheney is toast. The fact that CNN is worried about her just highlights how corrupt she is.

Yes, she’ll probably lose her race, but what she won’t lose are all kinds of lucrative deals on tv, etc., where she’ll get to play “the true conservative.”
And she knows it.

After the 2020 election I believe the democrats can get away with anything. I'm not counting her out. The democrats can cross over and vote for her in the primary.

She can always move in to Daddy's place when her political career comes to a screeching halt. Sit on the porch and gaze at the stars.

She is not going anywhere outside Washington. See her as an 'unbiased' commentator on CNN or NBC.

The conservative MAGA folks we have met on numerous trips to Cody have told us look we are finished listening to Bush-Rove types in WY. They know they will see same rino problems as other red states if they do not firmly and aggressively kick Liz Cheney back to Virginia where she really prefers to be!

Dims want to keep her in office, BigTime®. This will be a VERY corrupt primary. The GOP better be on their toes to stop the steal.

I hope this is true. Out of all the corrupted parasites trying to get reelected come November, I am hoping she gets booted out on her nasty backside. She truly is an evil woman. Dick, you raised a bad one with tin Lizzie.

She will have options after her defeat. Move to MSNBC. Run for office in New York the way carpetbagger Hillary did.

Will democrats steal the seat for her? It’s going to be interesting to watch. Will they use her and throw her away or will they steal it as a reward for her corrupt cooperation?
Wyoming, please throw this piece of trash out and render the Justice she so richly deserves. Go to the polls in record numbers and send a clear message to the Rino class. We are coming for you.

Perhaps the 'always angry daddy's draft deferment' Liz can run for office in her home state - Virginia.
(Dick Cheney admitted that he got married to stay out of the Viet Nam war, and when the draft rules changed to begin drafting married but childless men, he and his wife produced Liz. (Dick said he had other priorities, other than serving in the military.)
