Did you see where the leftist Supreme
Court justices voided the Constitution?

It is obvious to the meanest, but still honest, intelligence that Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Org., which returns the question of abortion to the states, in lieu of an imaginary constitutional right, is correctly decided. However, because people were focused on the opinion Justice Alito drafted, too few noticed that the Supreme Court’s leftist justices (Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor) explicitly voided the entire Constitution, stating that it is an invalid document that cannot control either the federal government’s structure or the American people’s rights.

Leftist judges who draft or concur in opinions that are not in any way consistent with the US Constitution should be impeached. The fact they have been on the court for years and have acted contrary to the constitution for so long is a demonstration of how fragile our government is. We will be very fortunate if we can overturn the tyranny of the elitists currently running the Biden regime, of which the president is just a figurehead who cannot even read his cue cards accurately.

OM You mean they LIED under oath when they took the oath to BE a SCJOTUS? They vowed to uphold the constitution and aren't? Impeach them per AOC. Maybe she will get her toenails painted in protest. S/O

Leftist judges, who universally swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, as it is written, but later violate that oath (as this article points out regarding Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor) thereby demonstrate themselves to be liars who cannot be trusted. Their oaths are worthless. Impeachment and removal from the bench is the absolute bare minimum punishment for their crime (of at least perjury, and perhaps treason, too).

"But, of course, “people” did not ratify the Fourteenth Amendment. Men did." Ah, but there is an established remedy for such issues that may have escaped the framer's consideration, amendments. The framers and previous amendment writers did not include a right for women to vote. Yet, today women vote. How could that have happened? Oh, that's right, women demanded the right to vote and enough people agreed with them to pass an amendment. Women can now vote because it was an important and convincing issue. Now let's look at abortion. 50 years ago there were nowhere near enough votes for regular laws supporting a right to abortion. The SCOTUS broke the Constitution to magically create one. Fast forward 50 years and there are STILL not enough votes in Congress to pass a law supporting a right to abortion, much less an amendment to do so. The issue is NOT as important and as convincing as a woman's right to vote. However, the framer's left an accessory method to create laws. If the right is not enumerated to the federal government, it devolves to the states, which is where the current SCOTUS sent it. It should have been left there 50 years ago. It is tragic that there are 3 justices sitting on the SCOTUS that do not believe that they are bound by the Constitution after they swore an oath as follows: "I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true FAITH and ALLEGIANCE to the same.". As citizens of the United States, like it or not, they are also bound by the Constitution. Naturalized citizens swear an almost identical oath. They should resign from the court and resign their citizenship. If they don't do so voluntarily, they should be impeached.

With Dobbs and then Bruen, these three half-assed lawyers illustrate the fact that they have no business on the Federal bench.

Yesterday on July 4, Atlantic magazine published an op-ed by Senator Mitt Romney titled "America Is in Denial." Romney began by claiming that Americans tend to be divorced from reality. He cited examples of water being wasted on lawns and golf courses despite reservoirs drying up, and progressive politicians voting to increase government spending despite inflation and growing national debt. After the inane generalities, Romney began inching toward his real target: Donald Trump.

We all know that Barack Obama is having his third Presidential term in the form of the senile presidency of Joe Biden. Just ask Valerie Jarrett. The transformation of America and its circling-the-bowl-descent to Venezuela is proceeding apace. But what is the Left to do when its sock puppet president can no longer walk or talk or when his family’s criminal dealings become too large for even the corrupt media to conceal? How do you continue a shadow presidency then?

Jump out of a perfectly good airplane, charge a machine gun nest, be stationed at Ft. Irwin – these are just three of the myriad miseries American patriots are willing to endure to defend our country. But today's military is asking too much of our young people, as evidenced by the crashing recruitment rates that threaten to deplete a military already running short of soldiers. Have our young people suddenly turned from heroes to zeros, ne'er-do-well heirs of the brave warriors who confronted the forces of tyrannical gun control at Lexington and Concord?

As is usual, the Supreme Court saved its most important decisions for the end of this term, and the three biggies were handed down within days of each other: “Bruen (gun rights), Dobbs (abortion rights) and West Virginia (administrative regulation of CO2).” You don’t have to be a constitutional law scholar to wade through all this and the footnotes, citations, and legal disputations. Francis Menton has done it for you: (You can’t rely on the major media to do it. For the most part they share the same ideological viewpoint as that of the three dissenting justices, a view Menton explains very well.)

In an act of breathtaking defiance and spitefulness not seen since Southern states engaged in "massive resistance" to the Supreme Court's 1954 Brown v. Board decision, the New York State Legislature gave a middle finger to the Supreme Court and voted Friday to effectively nullify the Court's decision last week in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen. After an extraordinary session for the explicit purpose of defying the Court, Senate Bill S51001 was rammed through on a party-line vote by the Democratic supermajority, passed the Assembly, and received the signature of Gov. Not since the decade leading up to the Civil War has there been as much discussion about the possibility of the United States splitting into two or more countries as there has been in the past 10 years. The reality is that this nation has effectively split into two countries which are, for the moment, tenuously living side-by-side. Race or ethnicity has been the underlying foundation in the creation of every nation in the history of mankind except the United States, as its founding was based on the tenet that all men are created equal and are endowed with certain unalienable rights that government cannot abrogate.

The whole abortion thing kind of baffles me because it is absolutely bizarre that anyone would choose this particular hill to die on or, rather, to kill a bunch of babies on. From a utilitarian angle, it's certainly not a great banner to be carrying because most normal people consider the whole thing horribly distasteful and frankly don't want to think about it. Ideologically, liberals could have gone either way. It's not like they believe in anything. It's not like they had to choose to defend abortion instead of opposing it. They have no problem telling people what they can and can't do as a principle.
