The similarities between California Governor Gavin “Gruesome” Newsom and Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are quite remarkable. They both spend far too much time focusing on their hair and looking in the mirror. They’re both entirely self-absorbed and are thoroughly impressed with themselves. And they’re both completely incompetent, far-left clowns with virtually no morals. Newsom and Trudeau are truly despicable human beings. They also appear to be in a competition to see who’s the biggest knucklehead. For the time being, Mr. Newsom takes that honor by breaking a tie between himself and Trudeau, as Newsom makes his second appearance in our weekly tribute to stupidity.

Consistent with their mindset of “America Last,” our friends on the left would have us follow the lead of other countries on virtually every issue. Our elections? Do away with the Electoral College and implement the popular vote like they do in Mexico and Brazil. Health care? Let’s be like the Scandinavians and switch to socialized medicine. Gun control? Let’s take away everyone’s guns as they did in New Zealand.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has lashed out and blamed President Joe Biden for the deaths of 46 migrants whose bodies were found abandoned in a tractor-trailer in sizzling temperatures in a suspected smuggling attempt.
Hours after the bodies were discovered in the back of an 18-wheeler in San Antonio Monday evening, the Republican governor fired off a tweet saying, “These deaths are on Biden.”

For those of you who care, and we know very few of you do, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (aka Schmucky Chucky) from New York is indeed related to the irritating activist/actress Amy Schumer. The two happen to be cousins. But based on their propensities to say and do moronic things, they might as well be identical twins.

Considering the high-profile status that Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has achieved, it’s easy to forget that he almost lost his state’s gubernatorial election four years ago. He may be the front runner to succeed Donald Trump as the GOP’s presidential nominee during the next election cycle should Trump decide to sit it out, but in 2018 Governor DeSantis barely squeaked by the Democrats’ candidate, former Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum.

It wasn’t that long ago when the left’s narrative on ‘gay rights’ was simple, straightforward, and easy to support: Let’s all be tolerant of one another, live and let live, and don’t discriminate. Tolerance is, after all, one of the fundamental tenets of the philosophy which drove America’s founding. But as the saying goes, “give someone an inch and they’ll take a mile,” which is the situation in which we find ourselves today.

An armed California man incensed about the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion expected to overturn Roe v. Wade was arrested near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Maryland home Wednesday, officials and a report said.
The man, who was not identified, allegedly told police officers he wanted to kill Kavanaugh, the Washington Post reported.
In a statement, the Supreme Court said the man was armed and “made threats against Justice Kavanaugh.”
The suspect was taken to a local police station after he was arrested at about 1:50 a.m., the Court spokesperson said.
He was carrying an unspecified weapon and burglary tools, according to the Post.

His performance as a main character in the classic 1988 comedy Beetlejuice was solid, though Michael Keaton stole the show in that film.
