Airlines have cancelled and delayed hundreds of flights in the U.S. sparking travel chaos during the busiest Fourth of July weekend since the pandemic, which has been dubbed 'Airmageddon.' Around 48 million people are expected to travel this weekend with AAA estimating 3.5million would take to the air. But the actual number of passengers flying may be dramatically higher as, the Transportation Security Administration screened more than 2.4 million travelers at airports on Thursday alone—up 17 percent from the Fourth of July Friday in 2019.(Snip)'Airlines offer miles as compensation for some travel issues, and you can often negotiate on this,' tweeted Buttigieg, who said he got back $112.07

Slow down, Buttplugs. One of my boys is a Captain with Frontier. The company assigns so many flight hours to their crewmen. If a Captain or FO should feel he or she isn't fit to fly on a given day, he simply calls out to rest. Get it through your lefty head, Buttplugs, that no airline is going to push their pilots beyond their human limits.
It will be up to the pilot training schools colleges, and the military to provide the next crop of young pilots. And they are. These men and women are worth the wait. So back off, bro.

Get rid of the illegal mandates. Covid is over with, even though the gov't doesn't agree with that statement. One day someone will write a book that far more damage was done to the population with the closures, masks, mandates for the shot than covid would ever do.

For the Biden Administration, canceled flights are a feature not a bug. Just like high gasoline prices. The common citizen must be taught to obey.

Bottom line, Lame Duck Biden and his minions in his administration are incompetent boobs and can't run anything. They deserved to be impeached into the dustbin of history. Won't happen until 45 becomes 47 in 2024. By then America will have been fubar'd into the stone age.

What an incompetent low life. How much are we paying this guy? It is time to fire him and get a discount for all his expenses and salary.

Buttigieg began his career in Washington by taking three months of maternity leave and doing nothing. He's still doing nothing. How does one get a job like that? Don't say "become a democrat" because I would rather live in a Gulag in Siberia.

Pretty obvious #9. He refers to his “spouse” as his “husband”. I really don’t care what people do privately but I am sick to death of having this crammed down my my throat (or elsewhere if you know what I mean).

Treat your pilots extremely badly, and they won't work for you extremely well. Many won't work at all, others will work part time.

Overheard a conversation at lunch today.
Apparently there is some kind of rule, probably FAA, that says if a pilot has been out 6 months or more, he must go through the entire training before returning to flight status. So many employees were terminated or furloughed more than 6 months during COVID, that they cannot simply be called up, pass a physical, do a short training review and go back to work. The FAA could probably cut through red tape, but they are too incompetent to do so. It is easier for Butt Boy to throw up his hands (or bend his elbows and put his fists on each side up to his armpits) and tell people to sue the airlines.

Hey, lay off Mayor Pete; he'll need a month or so to recover from this year's Pride. And don't dare suggest that they drop the "vaccine" mandate for pilots; Pfizer still hasn't made enough money, and that's much more important than the time of anyone unimportant enough to fly commercial, or the health of anyone who works for a living.
