Axelrod: There's a sense that things are
out of control and Biden's not in command

Inflation is mostly to blame for Biden’s catastrophic approval rating, of course. But I think what Axelrod describes here is an underrated reason for flagging left-wing support. It’s not (just) that his policies aren’t progressive enough. It’s the sense that he doesn’t “fight,” to borrow a term from righty populists. And when he does make a gesture towards fighting, like when he endorsed creating an exception to the filibuster for abortion rights, he’s destined to end up losing that fight. It doesn’t help either that he’s 79 years old. Watch two minutes of Axelrod here, which picks up with him discussing Biden’s call for a filibuster carve-out.

"a sense?" Look at the instructions his handlers give him. Only thing missing was "Don't shake hands with The Invisible Man." So, who's in charge? Dr. Jill? George Soros? Never forget the entire Democrat party was in lock-step to install Biden as president. They are all responsible for the mess they've made of the economy, and for their extreme policy agenda. At least, they won't have the various agencies to use to achieve many of their objectives after the SCOTUS ruling on the EPA - will apply to all agencies where the Congress had not authorized such action. They've use those agencies and the Courts to obtain much of what they desire, because it's not very popular, thus, making the legislative process something they prefer to avoid.

FTA: I continue to think that Democrats winning both seats in the Georgia Senate runoffs last year ended up being more of a curse to Biden than a blessing. Did they really win, there was no fraud?? BS he won by cheating they won the senate by cheating too (don't forget MI). Now they're in a world of hurt, without the easily fraud ridden droboxes the crooked machine won't be enough to help them. For those of you who are Catholics or former Catholics, this will ring true to you. Seminarians are taught to say Mass in a very specific way, with special emphasis on hand motions and hand/arm positions. If you watch Dementia Jo speak, and watch his hands and arms, you will see him copying a priest, especially when he thew priest is reading the Gospel. I was a Catholic for about 40 years, served Mass as an altar boy, and I can assure you that every priest I have seen uses the very same hand and arm positions. And Jo is copying priests.

Texas Supreme Court Blocks Order That

The Texas Supreme Court on Friday blocked a lower court order that had allowed abortionists in the state to continue seeing patients. Texas has had an abortion ban in place that was unenforceable during the 50 years that Roe v. Wade legalized abortion. After the Supreme Court overturned Roe last week, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton warned that “abortion providers could be criminally liable for providing abortions starting today” because of Texas’s “abortion prohibitions predating Roe.” A Houston judge issued a ruling earlier this week allowing clinics to temporarily resume abortions up to six weeks into pregnancy.

Still, 65 percent of adults polled say they are either “extremely” or “very” proud of the nation — 27 percent are “very proud,” and 22 percent are “moderately proud.” Nine percent are “only a little,” and 4 percent are “not at all proud.” “This record-low level of extreme national pride comes at a challenging time

The warning signs are all over the place that a second Joe Biden presidential run could spell disaster for the Democrats — not to mention the rest of the country. Polls have shown time and time again that Americans aren’t happy with what he’s doing to the country. It may be worse than anybody thought. A new Harvard CAPS-Harris poll came out Friday with blisteringly bad numbers for the Biden administration. The biggest takeaway from this poll is that a whopping 71% of those surveyed don’t want Joe Biden to make a second run at the Oval Office. Interestingly enough, 61%

In the past week, Biden has been under fire from leftist Democrats and pro-abortion activists who are displeased by his lack of fervor on the issue. Washington — The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to take up an elections case brought by North Carolina Republicans that could diminish the power of state courts to order changes to rules for federal elections and the redrawing of congressional districts approved by state lawmakers. The dispute involves the "independent state legislature" theory, which was invoked by Chief Justice William Rehnquist's concurring opinion in Bush v. Gore and raised by former President Donald Trump and Republicans during the 2020 presidential election. Under the theory, the Constitution grants state legislatures the sole authority to regulate federal elections in their states, without oversight from state courts. The dispute stems from the redistricting process undertaken
