A Democrat finally says out loud what
they all think about the Constitution

Original Article

The Democrats have made it plenty clear over the years that they don’t like the Constitution as written. They hate free speech, a free press, religion that is free from government intervention and, most of all, the Second Amendment and its clear recognition of every citizen’s inherent right to bear arms. Unable to change these principles, they opt for imaginary rights (e.g., abortion, same-sex marriage) and dream of packing the Supreme Court to circumvent the intentionally cumbersome amendment process. But they always pay lip service to the Constitution. That is, until Rep. David Cicilline (D. R.I.) spoke openly about his contempt. He is to be praised for his honesty.

That opening paragraph is the frank, unvarnished assessment that we should have been hearing from our big conservative thinkers for the last 40 years. When we avoid hard truths, we leave the world of reason, ideas and argument and retreat to the world of propaganda and Big Government owned by the Left. Instead of candor, we had a commentariat filled with the likes of Will and Goldberg, who really were nothing more than a governor on the speed we rolled downhill as a nation. What the author leaves out of that intro about the Left's disregard for the Constitution, which is even more relevant, is their track record for disregard for human rights. These people carry the name of the singular, western institution to advocate keeping human beings as slaves -- the Democrat Party. Not only do they have no regard for the Constitution, they have no regard for humanity.

If a government official takes the oath of office and promises to "defend the Constitution" which includes the Bill of Rights, and then claims the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are Bullshit. Should they not be immediately removed from office as a violation of their Oath of Office? Asking for a friend.

If you believe that, Mr.Cicillne, resign, leave government. You swore an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution. You are no longer qualified to sit as a representative of the People of the United States of America.

Have it on another post, but will repeat. You can receive a bumper sticker with the words "I (heart) the Constitution" on it. Red white and blue, of course, with the red heart representing the word, "Love". Received it from Hillsdale College which is a great school in Michigan which takes no monies from our government so it can be independent. Hillsdale College.edu. Since they receive no government assistance, you can offer a donation which always is welcomed. They have great free on-line courses, free pocket Constitutions, reprints of thoughtful speeches given by men and women who love our country, and more. Wouldn't be great if the "I Love the Constitution" bumper sticker could be seen on cars throughout the land?

The American system is broken when clowns can take office after swearing to uphold the Constitution then sit in their States' Seat at the Federal level attacking the very Constitution they swore to uphold. Demonrats have corrupted the political discourse and machinery of the Federal and some States' level for their own sordid gain. In doing so they have made it more likely they will win the battle but lose the war, or worse yet, win the war and lose the prize.

A republic for as long as you can keep it. Our Constitutional form of republic governance 'Is designed to serve a religious people', It is completely inadequate and will not work as designed for the non religious people. This is why all evil people hate our Constitution and would destroy it and all copies in the world. So far they have only illegally subverted our constitution with evil Lucifer (Satan) servants trying to interpret it's words to mean other than what they truly mean in God's conception.

Pessimism about the U.S. economy is at its highest level in 50 years amid decades-high inflation rates and rising interest rates. Roughly 83% of respondents said the state of the economy was poor or not so good, according to a new poll from the Wall Street Journal and NORC at the University of Chicago. That’s the highest dissatisfaction level since NORC—one of the largest independent research organizations in the U.S.—began conducting the poll in 1972. In addition, more than a third of respondents said they are not satisfied at all with their financial situation. Forty-six percent said they have no chance at improving their standard of living this year

It hasn’t been an easy week for the Washington Post, the disgraced paper was in the news for the wrong reason on three separate occasions. Let's start with the first occasion: Back in 2018, the WaPo published an article by actress Amber Heard where she claimed to be a victim of sexual violence and domestic abuse. The implication was that her then-husband actor Johnny Depp was the perpetrator. Any responsible news organization would have confirmed with Depp about the allegations prior to publication. The WaPo did no such thing, they published Heard’s version.

Pro-abortion terrorists firebombed a pro-life Christian pregnancy center in Buffalo, N.Y. on Tuesday, inflicting significant damage on the building and vandalizing the remains with their organization’s name. Pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge, which has developed a reputation for resorting to violence, claimed responsibility for the attack, which left glass shattered and much of the interior of the CompassCare office burned and destroyed, CBN News reported. The arsonists left graffiti on a wall that read, “Jane Was Here.” The organization has committed multiple such incidents in the last few months, including one in which it firebombed the headquarters of Wisconsin Family Action (WFA), a pro-life group in Madison, Wis. last month

I’ve been through these situations before where the story being put forward in public does not make sense and yet everyone seems eager to just move on. If you were around more than a decade ago when a congressman named Anthony Weiner claimed his Twitter account had been hacked you may know what I mean. If you missed that, his story fell apart but he still wound up running for mayor of NYC sometime later before the whole mess surfaced again and he wound up in prison. I had the same queasy feeling a few years ago when Joy Reid claimed that hackers had added anti-gay commentary to her personal blog.

Weigel did not respond to a request for comment, but an out-of-office reply from his Post email address said that he would return to work on July 5. Weigel apologized publicly last week for the retweet, saying he “did not mean to cause any harm.” A spokesperson for The Post declined to comment, citing a need for privacy regarding personnel matters.
