President Biden's virtual meeting Wednesday with industry executives in the South Court Auditorium, a soundstage in the hulking office building adjacent to the White House, was held to highlight the administration's response to the ongoing infant formula shortage. But it backfired. The scripted event ended up highlighting just how slow the White House was to recognize the problem and underscoring persistent questions about how such a veteran administration has mismanaged major crises, not to mention the president's public appearances. Whether it is the last-minute scramble to avoid a diplomatically embarrassing boycott at next week's Summit of the Americas in Los

He might have run on competency and experience, but that does not mean he was competent or experienced. Plus, he is not even in charge, so it doesn't matter.

Anyone who believed Biden was competent and experienced was deluding themselves. There was ample evidence to the contrary for anyone who even took a cursory look. That includes the GOPe that was so anxious to rid themselves of Trump, that they convinced themselves that Bidet would be an improvement. They still can't admit they were wrong. I wonder if they're still upset over "mean tweets."

Hate to say I told them so, but I told them so. Those of us who have been around DC for the last 40 plus years knew all about Bite-Me and his so-called "experience," and it reflected anything but competence. He's a lifelong screw-up, and those who voted for him anyways should have known better. A pox on them!

Why do we act like this anything other than crisis by design? The radicals seeded throughout the agencies and bureaucracies answer only to Obama and the globalists and like minded lobbyists. The African born communist test tube baby admires Castro Zimbabwe and Venezuela. The destruction. Is deliberate.

He may have claimed competency and experience, but he has neither of those attributes, and NEVER HAS. His only experience is at graft, lying and plagiarism. He is, and has been, always agreeable to a bribe, always willing to break the laws for "friends", as long as there is money in it for him and his criminal family.

Biden is managing NOTHNG. He's a sock puppet being controlled by a samll cabal in the White House. The public knows almost nothinng about these radicals, and what folks think they know is speculation. They are going full speed ahead, intentionally ruining our country in almost total disregard of the will of the people, including their absurdly dangerous Green New Deal.** Yet they intend - and expect - to remain in control. It's reasonable to predict there will be another "October Surprise." Yesterday a high ranking federal official refused to answer whether the federal government is ruling out school closings this fall. ** I'm having a power generator installed ASAP because electricity brownouts, blackouts and rationing are looming - sooner than later. There's a growing demand for these generators and the wait times are getting longer in many parts of the U.S.

The monkeypox virus, which has now been diagnosed in hundreds of people in 26 countries, may have been quietly circulating for years before its sudden emergence worldwide, some scientists speculate. Infectious disease experts and scientists at genetic labs are urgently looking for clues to explain why a virus that has been found in West Africa for half a century and typically doesn’t spread readily from person to person made such a dramatic and troubling appearance in the past month. “There may have been undetected transmission for a while,” said Dr. Rosamund Lewis, the World Health Organization’s technical lead for monkeypox

KILLINGWORTH, Conn. — As the financially struggling Boy Scouts sell off a number of campgrounds, conservationists, government officials and others are scrambling to find ways to preserve them as open space. A $2.6 billion proposed bankruptcy settlement designed to pay thousands of victims of child sexual abuse has added pressure to an organization beset by years of declining enrollment, and the Scouts and their local councils have been cashing in on their extensive holdings, including properties where some of the abuse took place. Developers have bought up some. Preservation groups hope others can be protected and some legislators have taken notice.

Abuja - The Nigerian government has banned the sale of bushmeat as a precaution to stop the spread of monkeypox. Six cases have been detected in the country this month bringing to 21 the number of confirmed infections this year, the authorities said. Experts say it is possible that the virus can be caught by eating meat from an infected animal. But this is not the most common transmission route. WASHINGTON — Pennsylvania Democratic Senate nominee John Fetterman does not have a timetable for returning to the campaign trail, sparking some worries in the party nearly three weeks after he suffered a stroke and surgeons implanted a pacemaker with a defibrillator to regulate his heartbeat. Fetterman, the state’s lieutenant governor, has appeared publicly only in recorded video since the stroke. His wife is speaking to the media on his behalf. And the situation has prompted Democrats to refresh their knowledge of state ballot-replacement law — the deadline is in August — according to two party sources who said they don’t

The Biden administration on Tuesday announced details of the newest $700 million security package it is sending to Ukraine, which includes rocket systems with longer ranges than those sent in previous packages. The package is expected to be officially announced Wednesday. The High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) will provide Ukrainian troops with greater precision when striking against Russian advances, senior administration officials told reporters Tuesday night. The officials stressed that these newer systems will not be used to strike at targets within Russia. Officials also said they will not be giving Ukraine long-range weapons, and added that Ukraine has

Yellowstone National Park, Wyo. — A bison gored a 25-year-old woman in Yellowstone National Park. The bison was walking near a boardwalk at Black Sand Basin, just north of Old Faithful, when the woman approached it on Monday, according to a park statement. She got within 10 feet before the animal gored her and tossed her 10 feet in the air. The woman, from Grove City, Ohio, sustained a puncture wound and other injuries. Park emergency medical providers responded and transported her via ambulance to a hospital in Idaho. Park officials say it's the first reported bison goring this year.
