The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot is scaling down the number of planned public hearings for June, from eight down to six.Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) is not ruling out the prospect of further public hearings after June and noted that the panel has been mulling through the logistics of when the other hearings will take place."If there is something we think that's of value that a hearing could amplify, we are absolutely open to doing it," he said in an interview with Insider published Friday. "It's our democracy that stands to lose if we don't get it right."

Sense when has a kangaroo court ever got anything
other than their fore gone conclusion! The obvious,
it's set up that way! How many times do we have to watch
this dog and pony show of fraud? The democrat party a criminal
organization!

It's not democracy they are destroying it's the Republic.
They cheated to get Biden, and they drove the real president out of the White House and arrested his supporters.
They have them in jail against all rules of the Constitution and they meet to see what other damage they can do.
Pelosi and her Committee are the criminals.

sounds a lot like what is going on in D.C. right now and has been for a very long time

"The committee has reportedly commissioned outside talent to help craft a compelling blockbuster final report of its findings, which is expected to be released later this year."
It is ALL staged, and stage managed, hooked up with their media/hollywood friends....scripted for TV, ghost written for the "Papers". But...their "Primetime Series" is already getting reduced air time, fewer episodes.

They might as well cut all the hearings back. It'll be nothing but a dog and pony show.

Oh, please! That story has become a disgrace, and the truth has slipped out, little by little. iThat´s why they´re winding these down, before they cause too much damage to the Democrat Party in a bad election year.

What do you want to bet that the first hearing gets delayed due to newly discovered evidence that must be investigated and then nothing more happens and the committee quietly disbands?

I would not give the pleasure to the low IQ democrats in Washington to judge me by such a court. None of them are better than me to sit still answering dumb questions about a riot that didn't happen. This is not Russia but these people act like it.

#13, i would say they are realizing that it is seeping out around the edges and through the frankenstein seams that this matter is political theater and that what happened was that there was woefully insufficient security for a crowd this size.
Why? Why did the bank president give the guards the night off on the night of the robbery?
That there were coordinated actors who have not been investigated.
Why not? Friends of management?

Image the psyche of these people on this committee, in that this is their 24/7/365 obsession. What black hearts must beat in their chests, combined with an ever-present fear that your real motives and the truth my one day come out. What does it feel like to have so fully succumbed to evil? One consolation is that that type of energy does massive damage to your system. Hopefully, they will all reap what they have sown.
