An attorney for Jesus stated that his client has been arrested and charge with one count of felony assault on a protected class victim, two counts for reckless endangerment of a protected class victim, and one count of failure to avoid a drunk protected class victim. He faces up to 25 years in solitary confinement with recorded campaign speeches of Hitlery Clinton piped into his cell 23 hours a day. Jesus's attorney stated that his client understands that someone has to pay for Paulie's drunken behavior. After all, Just-Us must prevail in this situation. However if convicted, Jesus's attorney stated that they would appeal the Clinton speeches as a violation of the 8th Amendment's cruel and unusual punishment clause.

Failure to Yield. This was not a four way stop intersection! Lawyer's account is wordsmithed for public relations. If driver has a stop sign, stops and pulls out to cross or turn onto a roadway, but does it in front of an oncoming car, he has not yielded! You do not have the right to pull into traffic in front of another car, simply because you have stopped. You have to WAIT for any cross traffic to safely pass -- or time your entry onto the roadway so you do not cause an accident. Lawyer makes it sound like it was the other driver's fault because the other driver could not avoid Paul Pelosi's car and struck it from behind. Pelosi either didn't see the other driver or could not, under the influence of alcohol, safely time his entry onto that roadway -- whether he was turning onto it or crossing it. PAUL PELOSI HAD THE RESPONSIBILITY TO YIELD. I hope Someone sets up a Go Fund Me for the other driver. The Pelosis will bury him (or pay him off) with their money.

His lawyer can quibble all he wants, but the important facts remain unchanged - Paul Pelosi ran a stop sign, he was in a car accident, it was his fault, and he was legally drunk. I don't care how or where he got drunk, who he got drunk with, where his car was hit, if he cooperated with the police, or if he was alone in the car. He and his wife are lushes. Her plane's liquor tab, and his DUI are proof. Non-drinkers don't get DUIs, and don't spend thousands of taxpayer dollars on booze.

So maybe the reports that he ran a stop sign were wrong but the issue here is he was arrested for drunk driving, not for running a stop sign. They haven't denied that part of the story (yet).

It's one of just two indictments in Durham's three-year inquiry into the origins of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe, spurred by allegations that Trump's 2016 campaign got help from Russia. After just six hours of deliberation, a jury rejected Durham's claim that Sussmann lied to federal agents when sending them dirt on Trump's alleged links to Moscow.

Washington—A federal jury on Tuesday found former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann not guilty of lying to the FBI — finding special counsel John Durham did not prove his case beyond a reasonable doubt. The verdict by a jury in heavily Democratic-leaning DC, came midway through the second day of deliberations following a two-week trial on a single count of making false statements to a federal agent. Durham’s prosecution team unsuccessfully sought to prove that Sussmann deliberately lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker by claiming not to be acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and an internet executive when the two met in 2016.
