In rebuke to Pentagon, Navy board finds
3-0 for vax objector amid questions of

In a stinging rebuke to the Pentagon, a Navy administrative separation board voted unanimously to retain an officer who refused to comply with the military's COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Navy Lt. Billy Moseley, who has been an officer for 22 years, could have chosen to retire from the military when he was ordered to receive the COVID vaccine. He also could have submitted a Religious Accommodation Request, since he objected to the vaccine for religious reasons. Risking his retirement, Moseley chose instead to take his case to the administrative separation board after learning "that the Navy and the other services intended to implement a blanket denial policy,"

Comments:

The more court cases against the administration's illegal mandates on every issue, the better.

This has been my point all along: "the attorneys for the Navy agreed with him that there are no FDA-approved vaccines available, only interchangeable vaccines." There is no FDA approved vaccine in production; only the test version.

Good for him! Too bad the US Air Force Academy is screwing over three caddies who refused the gene therapy. They can graduate but will not be commissioned and will probably have to pay back the cost of their education. Of course, they are also in the age group and in a very healthy condition that covid isn't really a concern for them. But now I see that Pfizer says three shots protects chilldren under the age of five from covid. Good grief.

Now all those who had been given general discharges because of their refusal of the shot. West Point too, as they are refusing commissions to the unvaxed.

This is SLOWLY starting to turn back to sanity. It has been clear that there are NO FDA approved vaccines on the market in the USA. All the "vaccines" (misnomer) are under EUA and are EXPERIMENTAL for emergency use only. The one "approved vaccine" is absolutely not available in the USA, probably anywhere. Under the EUA, the makers cannot be sued. Under FDA approval, they CAN be sued. So, they do NOT make any "approved" vaccines, and PRETEND that their EUA shots are "FDA approved" when they are not. It is sad that so many lives were crushed and harmed by these shots when they were presented under totally fraudulent presentations.

Moseley has not "been an officer for 22 years," he's a Mustang. He enlisted in the Navy in 2000, reaching the rank of Gunners Mate Chief Petty Officer before earning a commission in 2014. He knows the ropes. Good on you, Chief. - Former CPO

The Biden administration seems to have a vendetta against military officers with moral integrity. It is nice that Navy administrative separation board also has moral integrity by voted unanimously to overrule administration's illegal COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Two months ago, I helped to publicize the story (375,000 page views and counting!) that Fox News took money from the Biden regime to push COVID vaccine propaganda on their network relentlessly. Fox News (like almost all the other corporate media outlets) did not reveal this crucial fact to its audience — an astonishing breach of journalistic ethics that should never be forgiven or forgotten. (Snip) How long would it take for a prominent employee to be injured by the COVID vaccines? And who would dare to publicly disclose that injury in the face of Fox News’ ongoing campaign to push Big Pharma’s diabolical shots? And the answer is: John Roberts.

Elon Musk is proving to be an exceptionally interesting person. He’s been a Democrat throughout his years in America and still believes in anthropogenic climate change. He’s an extraordinary innovator who thinks “bigger” than almost anybody in the world. And like Donald Trump, who probably would have continued as a moderate if the left hadn’t gone “scorched earth” on him, Musk is responding to leftist attacks against him since he announced his plan to buy Twitter not by meekly retreating but by announcing that he intends to fight them all the way. Last week, within a day of Musk tweeting that he intends to vote Republican in the next election

The Biden administration privately acknowledged late last month that a mathematical error is delaying the federal government’s offshore oil and gas program. In an April 29 letter to industry leaders obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, the head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says that a subagency “discovered a miscalculation” that has caused a massive backlog in permitting. Richard Spinrad acknowledged in his letter that the National Marine Fisheries Service—the subagency tasked with analyzing the impact of offshore drilling projects on wildlife—has used faulty computer modeling on such impacts. As a result, Spinrad wrote, the subagency overestimated wildlife effects, delaying permitting on existing leases.

Do you know what it’s technically called when “government takes control of the means of production?” Yeah, that. This afternoon Joe Biden invoked the Defense Production Act giving Health and Human Services the legal authority to control the supplies needed for the creation of baby formula (how it is made), and the authority to determine distribution equity (who gets it). White House – “[T]he authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act to require performance of contracts or orders … is delegated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to all health resources, including the ingredients necessary to manufacture infant formula.”

(Snip) My kids are older now but I have been thrown back into thinking about feeding hungry infants and toddlers because of the acute baby formula shortage that is hitting North America right now, and nobody in any position of leadership in America or Canada is actually talking about this horrifying situation. By now, it's a commonplace to observe that, in accordance with Conquest's Third Law of Politics, our country is ruled by a cabal of her enemies. The brief Trump interregnum between 24 years of Clinton/Bush/Obama—in retrospect, nearly indistinguishable in the havoc each wreaked on the United States—and now the first term of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., is barely a blip on the radar screen of Progressivism. As Mark Antony observes during Caesar's funeral oration: “The evil that men do lives after them; the good is oft interred with their bones.” Welcome to the boneyard of America.

Should the projections of a Republican tsunami at the midterms prove true, there are so many things that a Republican Congress must prioritize. Not the least of which is revising the civil-service laws to permit removing incompetent and corrupt bureaucrats, cutting drastically the federal bureaucracy and reforming, among other agencies, the CDC, NIH, FBI, and the IRS. I’m focusing now on the IRS, which first hit my radar screen when with no consequences whatsoever. Loretta Lynch’s Department of Justice declined to press criminal charges against Lois Lerner, whose outfit delayed and denied the Tea Party reform groups the tax-exempt status to which they were entitled, hamstringing them against the very

Commenter KK’s impassioned defense of Russia against the (to him) “blind hatred” of Poles got me thinking. I’ve been doing some reading lately regarding the path to perpetual war in Europe—after all, the current conflict in Ukraine can arguably be seen as simply the continuation of a civilizational crisis in the West that first took military form in the Napoleonic wars. Certainly the inevitable centrality of Russia to Western Europe’s future can be dated at least that far back. What is different about this dynamic since WW2 is the overwhelming presence of the United States in the equation. Just a short while ago I came across this interesting thread.

Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade is, to quote a certain sitting U.S. president, a “big f****** deal.” It’s not just that the decision is a huge victory for conservatives that cleanses us of one of America’s gravest moral taints. Justice Alito’s decision matters because of the potential it unlocks. If Alito’s opinion is issued unchanged, it will represent the full reversal of one of the foundational decisions of the Warren and Burger Courts of the 60s and 70s. It is no exaggeration to say that the Supreme Court of those two decades created the modern left-wing hegemony we are currently groaning under.
