Las Vegas mom goes viral for confronting
school board over explicit assignment

Las Vegas—A video from a recent CCSD board meeting is now going viral on social media and making national headlines. Kandra Evans addressed the school board saying her 15-year-old daughter was given a pornographic assignment. Evans says her daughter was required to memorize the pornographic content and then recite it in front of her entire class. CCSD board members then stopped the public comment over the explicit language. “This is a public meeting. I ask for decorum,” said a school board member. “If you don’t want me to read it to you, what was it like for my 15-year-old daughter to have to memorize pornographic material

Comments:

Our public schools serve as transmission belts for communist propaganda and completely degenerate sexual content, just as the Marxists promised. And rest assured that this is coordinated on the federal level via President Jimmy's Department of Education, which President Trump didn't even try to shut down.

Remarkable. FTA: "The video shows her becoming emotional as she begins reading from the materials in her hands: 'I don’t love you. It’s not you, it’s just, I don’t like your d—- — or any d—- in that case. I cheated, Joe.' 'Forgive me, we’re not using profanity,' the board’s chairwoman Irene Cepeda interrupted, as Ms. Evans’ microphone seemed to be cut off briefly. Another school board member called for 'decorum' and told Ms. Evans not to 'engage with the audience.'" https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/may/18/nevada-mom-goes-viral-after-school-board-cuts-her-/

The root of this filth is the Department of Education. Much happens secretly, stealthily in government schools that families never find out. Federal encroachment upon our local schools has been undeterred for thirty years. The government schools are now propaganda arms of the worst ideas in current culture and green progressivism. They have taken away traditional American holidays with our traditional names for them. Every other country’s culture seems to be celebrated and America diminished. God bless this lady and I pray she can get a bold caring big group of other parents to ACT and refuse to drop the ball on this outrage.

I saw this this morning on America's Voice. I was upset with how calm the parent was when the board member started their b.s. As a former/reformed lib for over 20 years, I know we need to be getting a little more aggressive and angry when we express ourselves. Otherwise, this is what happens. You are told to shush and are pushed to the side.

Abolish, rid, terminate, destroy, cancel all public schools in the U.S.A. What about our children's education? Send them all to Far East as Exchange Students. Our government can afford it once we lose Teacher's Union, Board of Education etc.

Woke Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has made a u-turn over claims the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department 'agreed with the felony charges' over the light sentence a teenager received after he was convicted of driving a car into a mother and her eight-month-old son. An earlier statement put out by Gascon suggested the Sheriff's Department had agreed with both the charges and sentencing, together with the DA's office. But on Saturday, Gascon reversed course saying that the Department had in fact not been consulted over the punishment received by a 17-year-old driver who deliberately plowed into a mother who was pushing her baby
