If it is proven that twitter filed a document with the SEC that was fraudulent I would like to see these folks in a courtroom.

Good. They've saved Musk the effort of firing them and paying them severance. Let's hope more of these commie/lefitsts throw themselves over the side.

The resignations aren't surprising given Elon's criticism. But I wonder if fraud is the real reason for their leaving if the number of fake accounts is truly much higher than the admitted 5%. If that is true the takeover will certainly not cost Musk $42 Billion if the price per share collapses and there will be a lot of people going to jail.

Having these people leave "voluntarily" is great. It will cut out contradictory messaging once Musk takes over. It might make it easier to move the company if the top management will need to be replaced anyway. It sounds like the payroll was bloated and needs to be cleaned out. Certainly the self avowed "communists" should be ejected ASAP. Watching this happen is real entertainment.

They'll probably go into hiding since the bot fraud is criminal, because of the SEC filings.

I wonder what they know that would cause them to jump ship? At this rate, Musk can have Twitter for pennies on the dollar.

Democrats are also considering legislation that would give the federal government more control over the supply and distribution of formula, particularly when shortages arise. The plan would require formula companies to report inventory to the Food and Drug Administration, which could then move supplies from one state to another to fill empty shelves.
