Hannah Tubbs, a transgender California inmate convicted of molesting a child in a case that sparked massive criticism of Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón over his office's handling of the prosecution, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to unrelated murder and robbery charges. Tubbs appeared in a Kern County courtroom in Bakersfield to face charges connected to the April 21, 2019 death of Michael Clark.Tubbs is being held in Kern County jail on $1 million bond and is being detained in a men's jail. Prosecutors are referring to the suspect by birth name James Edward Tubbs.Tubbs became the center of controversy earlier this year after pleading guilty to a 2014 assault

Comments:

We talked a lot about this guy. Interesting to see that after being proseduted as a juvenile at age 26 for a molestation he perpetrated at not quite 18, he was the suspect in this 2019 murder. DA Gascon pleads ignorance of that involvement. Gascon must/will go. So will this creep. Kern County court handling him properly. As a male with his birth name and putting him in male jail.

This sickening article describes Tubbs’s phone conversations from jail in which he gloated about getting a light sentence and no requirement that he register as a sex offender. He did not decide to masquerade as a woman until after the 2014 molestation. The victim said that he was definitely a male at that time. Sicko playing a sicko DA’s playing with the system. https://www.foxla.com/news/hannah-tubbs-george-gascon-jailhouse-phone-calls-los-angeles

A whistleblower from the Federal Bureau of Investigation told Project Veritas founder and President James O’Keefe in a recorded interview posted late Wednesday that the FBI’s “direction” in recent months “troubles a vast majority of the agents.” The source—a current FBI agent with counterintelligence, counterterrorism and criminal experience—came forward with new information about the FBI’s investigation into Project Veritas over Ashley Biden’s lost diary. Armed FBI agents raided and ransacked two Project Veritas journalists’ homes on November 4, on the orders of federal prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and raided O’Keefe’s apartment in Mamaroneck, N.Y., a couple of days later in connection with the

Russia is now withdrawing some of its troops after suffering “heavy losses” in recent days, claimed the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense on Thursday. In an update posted on social media, the ministry alleged that “Ukrainian forces are continuing to counterattack to the north of Kharkiv, recapturing several towns and villages towards the Russian border.” “Despite Russia’s success in encircling Kharkiv in the initial stages of the conflict, it has reportedly withdrawn units from the region to reorganize and replenish its forces following heavy losses,” the agency said, referring to the second-largest city, located in northeastern Ukraine near the Russian border.

Florida Politics broke a big story on Monday: a rising star in the Democrat Party faced accusations of groping and harassing an official at Florida A&M University. The rising star -- Ramon Alexander -- and the accuser -- Michael Johnson Jr. -- are both male. Alexander is married to Taniyah Alexander, a woman. They have two kids. Alexander said the sex was consensual. The man is next in line to be the Democrats' next leader in the House. While it broke the story, Florida Politics asked others to go easy on Alexander. A confederacy of dunces followed and the rest of the media in Florida largely ignored the story.

If the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, the conventional wisdom assumes that will help Democrats. The only question is how much. That assumption is based on years of polling, showing that a solid majority of voters oppose overturning that 1973 ruling. My own polling shows the same results. However, a deeper look at the data suggests that conventional wisdom may be wrong. Let’s begin with the reality that any poll asking whether voters want to overturn Roe is meaningless. Why? Because voters don’t know what overturning that decision would mean.

Undisclosed royalty payments estimated at $350 million from pharmaceutical and other firms to Dr. Anthony Fauci and hundreds of National Institutes for Health (NIH) scientists do present “an appearance of a conflict of interest,” according to the agency’s acting director. Dr. Lawrence Tabak, who took over as NIH Director following the December 2021 resignation of the agency’s long-time leader, Dr. Francis Collins, told a House Appropriations Committee subcommittee that federal law allows the royalty payments but he conceded they don’t look ethical. Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) told Tabak that “right now, I think the NIH has a credibility problem and this only feeds into this, and I’m only just learning about this.

The inconvenient truth is that even at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a very simple, inexpensive and effective treatment was available that could have saved the majority of lives lost (1-3). All that the WHO and public health bureaucracy had to do was to recommend and support people taking sufficient Vitamin D3. This failure to act traces back to the unscientific bias and pro-vaccine obsession of Dr. Anthony Fauci. And once again the legacy media, while being paid by the US government and the pharmaceutical industry to promote vaccination, acted by censoring, defaming and suppressing the ability of physicians to inform people of scientific truth.

The FBI decision to spy on a former Trump campaign adviser hinged on an unsubstantiated rumor from a Clinton campaign-paid dossier that the Washington Post's Moscow sources had quickly shot down as “bullshit” and “impossible,” according to emails disclosed last week to a D.C. court hearing the criminal case of a Clinton lawyer accused of lying to the FBI.Though the FBI presumably had access to better sources than the newspaper, agents did little to verify the rumor that Trump foreign policy adviser Carter Page had secretly met with sanctioned Kremlin officials in Moscow. Instead, the bureau pounced on the dossier report the day it received it, immediately plugging the rumor

Let it be known that the politicians of the Democrat Party in Washington are either evil or cowardly with the exception of one. Reports say that Democrats had brought Roe v Wade to the floor in order to codify it into law. The goal was to legalize abortion nationwide up until birth with what would be no limits. As you can imagine, every single Republican voted against this and they were joined by none other than West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin who had indicated that he’d vote against it earlier in the day. This resulted in Democrats being 11 votes shy of what they needed to pass Roe into law.

Months after distressed moms have been vocally upset and concerned about the baby formula shortage, the media is finally starting to ask, how could this happen? The short answer is lockdown supply chains and the shutdown of one of the country’s largest formula plants in Michigan (Snip) Freeman said her clients and industry contacts began noticing an FDA crackdown on European formulas in the last few years, before the lockdowns, but an even greater spike since last August, well before the Abbott recall and plant shutdown that many are pointing to as the source of the shortage.(Snip)In some ways, the FDA seems more concerned about labeling than the nutrients themselves.

This is the gargantuan black hole that lives at the centre of our galaxy, pictured for the very first time. Known as Sagittarius A*, the object is a staggering four million times the mass of our Sun. What you see is a central dark region where the hole resides, circled by the light coming from super-heated gas accelerated by immense gravitational forces. For scale, the ring is roughly the size of Mercury's orbit around our star. That's about 60 million km, or 40 million miles, across. Fortunately, this monster is a long, long way away - some 26,000 light-years in the distance - so there's no possibility of us ever coming to any danger.

The announcement brings Newsom’s proposed spending on out-of-state abortion tourism to $125 million, over and above what he proposed in January. The new spending comes ahead of an anticipated decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, the controversial 1973 ruling that established a “right” to abortion.
