We’ve known for some time, thanks to the efforts of special counsel John Durham, that the Steele dossier was a Clinton-camp fabrication. Now we know why the allegations it contained were so lurid, clumsy and (to anyone with an iota of sense) obviously fake.A Wall Street Journal deep dive reveals that Steele’s central charges were based on idle gossip. Not from intel-community insiders with vast source networks. No: from a trio of unremarkable hacks with zero insight into covert affairs, whose only real connections were to Clinton World. What an embarrassment for the countless reporters and TV personalities who talked up this tawdry nonsense from total outsiders

A former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer wants to prevent an expert witness from debunking computer research that purportedly showed a secret back channel between former President Donald Trump and Russia during the 2016 campaign. In court papers filed Wednesday, defense lawyers for Michael Sussmann said special counsel John Durham apparently plans to use testimony from FBI agent David Martin “to cast doubt on the specific data and conclusions that Mr. Sussmann presented to the FBI.”

The Senate failed in a 49-51 vote to codify abortion rights Wednesday afternoon in a bill that even some moderate abortion rights supporters said went too far.The bill was expected to fail but gave Democrats a chance to put on a public display of support for abortion rights -even Vice President Kamala Harris showed up to the Capitol to preside over the vote.A group of fired-up female members of the House Progressive Caucus marched toward the Senate side chanting 'my body, my decision' as the upper chamber voted on the House-passed bill. The bill would have needed 60 votes, 10 from Republicans, to pass,

America's largest baby formula manufacturer warned it could take more than two months to get their products back on retail shelves once the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gives the go to reopen its Michigan plant. Abbott Laboratories, which shut down its major plant in Sturgis, Michigan in February, announced Wednesday that with FDA approval the site could be restarted in two weeks. However, the manufacturer claims it will take another eight weeks before the stock of baby formula is replenished, which is far from optimistic for parents scrambling to find baby formula amid supply disruptions and Abbott's massive safety recall.

President Biden’s DHS disinformation chief Nina Jankowicz defended Hunter Biden’s corrupt dealings with Burisma Holdings during a July 2020 book interview — calling the Biden scion, known for crack addiction and selling influence, a “foreign expert.”
Hunter sat on the board of the Ukrainian Burisma Holdings company from 2014 to 2019, while Joe Biden was vice president and campaigned for president during the 2020 election cycle. Hunter was compensated $83,000 per month as a board director, which raises questions if Hunter was selling influence to his father in the Obama administration
