How The Washington Post And ACLU Helped
Amber Heard Attack Johnny Depp

Original Article

According to evidence presented in court, actress Amber Heard lied within the first moment she stepped onto the witness stand last week, saying: “I am here because my ex-husband is suing me for an op-ed I wrote.” The Washington Post op-ed at the heart of the defamation lawsuit from actor Johnny Depp carried the byline, “By Amber Heard,” and Heard should be held responsible for putting her name on its contents, but the op-ed was anything but written by Heard.

Comments:

I haven't had time to pay any real attention to this circus, but from what I can tell Johnny Depp has a good case. And it's no surprise that WaPo and the ACLU are on the wrong side.

I would say Depp’s career was over when he spoke out about an actor assassinating President Trump.

There's more than enough strange behavior between these two, but I don't think he laid a hand on her. Hearing him recount the verbal abuse and physical beatings he endured growing up at the hands of his toxic mother made me feel for the guy.

I'm assuming, now that Trump is out of office, and gender-based violence has gone way down, since, i guess, he causes that.

I’m Guilty, ive watched some of the trial. As i saw some of the ACLU’s role emerge, I realized that they are just for sale thugs who have developed clout and use it to enrich themselves. Big surprise. And the wapo being unethical- big surprise. Is this whole establishment/deep state mechanism - broad as it is - just cheap people grasping for payola? Or is it organized for the purpose of destroying the US, one transaction at a time? One could ask the question about the cheap ped crook in the whitehouse. Hopefully dep will wake up to the corrupt ideology he has been enthrall to. Either way i hope he wins; her transparent acting on the stand is as nauseating as this scheme.

In 1937, during a violent strike by the Steelworkers Organizing Committee at Bethlehem Steel in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the Mayor of Johnstown asked President Roosevelt to intervene. FDR's response to the union and the company was, "A plague on both your houses." I thought of FDR when I watched some of the trial.

Know a person by their friends. ACLU and Wash ComPost are both bad news, always, so this Heard woman is likely a really rotten person, too. Apparently Depp is pretty much a mess, but sounds like she's a really rotten gold digger.

Five will get you ten the same coordinated approach occurred when Meghan Markle had an "op-ed" in the New York Slimes, under a "title" she had no right to use. That sad excuse for a person can only babble in word salads, and has consistently plagiarized the work of others, so when I heard her "op-ed" was published, I knew immediately, it was a political stunt via Sunshine Sachs, Soros, etc., since Markle can't speak to save her life.

Not that I really care about Depp v. Heard, but it is clear that Heard hasn't enough intelligence tp write a shopping list, let alone an op ed on Depp. And, to answer the author's stupid question why WaPo and ACLU aren't co-defenders,...they aren't being divorced by Depp and trying to reach a marital settlement of property.

Remember that time when the left and their media scolded folks like Joe Rogan and Donald Trump for suggesting that the drug ivermectin wasn’t only for deworming animals but was effective in treating COVID? And remember that they launched those attacks despite the fact that a Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to ivermectin developers for its remarkable effects on humans? And do you remember when those same individuals protested that restrictions on abortions will make such procedures “unsafe” for women… or certain men… or “birthing persons,” or something?

Americans who would sacrifice anything to protect their children may be surprised to learn that their inclination is a rather modern phenomenon. For most of human history, the most dangerous period of any person’s life was childhood. Only if a newborn survived the first decade of disease, warfare, hunger, and all the other mundane threats to ordinary human existence would the survivor gain any type of social recognition. O.M. Bakke explores this reality in his book, “When Children Became People: The Birth of Childhood in Early Christianity.”

In an apparent homage to George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984” — one the rest of us realize is a pointed political allegory but the Biden administration apparently views as a handbook — the Biden White House is establishing a Disinformation Governance Board. Yes, you read that correctly. The government is going to decide what’s true and what’s false, and punish disseminators accordingly. The bureaucrats who run the Department of Homeland security, where this board will be housed, are going to be parsing fact from fiction, obviously to keep us all safe from the scourge of independent judgment and thought.

A common narrative from anti-gun activists asserts that more guns equal more crime. But those of us who own guns have known this storyline to be false all along. It never made sense, and now we have data to prove it. According to a recent study by the National Bureau of Economic Research, there is a direct correlation between gun ownership and crime, but that correlation doesn’t align with the storyline from the “guns are bad” crowd. In fact, shocker… it shows just the opposite. The NBER analysis used Tennessee’s database for handgun carry permit holders, and then cross-referenced that data with crime statistics in those zip codes.

For most leftists, particularly those who reside in the echo chamber of the mainstream media and under the protection of Big Tech censorship, self-awareness has never been a key component of their skill set. The mindset apparently operates something like this: I’m wonderful, only my opinions matter, all criticisms of me and my work are ill-founded. And for that reason, the ends justify their means, no matter how reprehensible those means may be. When God created man and made the human condition one of suffering, He did so with the purpose that it would allow us to feel joy as well. Two officers discharged their duty weapons and struck the suspect more than once. The suspect dropped the knife, but got up and attempted to flee the scene on foot. Houston police said it all started when a man, identified as 27-year-old Ronnie Dwayne Cesear, Jr. approached a 67-year-old construction worker, Carrl Hayes, who was working in the area overnight. Cesear stabbed Hayes with a butcher knife, then jumped into the victim’s truck and ran him over, police said.
