The Federal Bureau of Investigation can no longer be trusted to investigate crimes — even devastating leaks that sabotage the nation’s highest court. The Department of Justice can no longer be trusted to deliver “justice,” except as a mockery to Americans’ constitutional rights. The corporate news media can no longer be trusted to provide credible information in the interest of preserving the country’s most venerated institutions. Thus, Americans are taking it upon themselves to hunt down the leaker who undertook the extreme, unprecedented act of leaking Supreme Court documents pertaining to some of the most divisive cases and subject the culprits to further scrutiny.

SCOTUS has been a pathetic joke for years. Obamacare was the final nail in its Constitutional coffin. These references to the "integrity of the institution" are vomit-worthy.

They should have found this person by now. If it was a conservative, he or she would have been caught immediately.

I would also call Gerstein and Ward a pair of traitors!! Instead of reporting to the FBI, they go ahead and publish it?

OJ has a better chance of finding Nicole's killer while he searches on a golf course than the Dept. of Just-Us finding the leaker.

FTA - "However, there is an alternative explanation being floated that would exonerate all of the clerks, while once again displaying the insecurity of the nation’s data infrastructure: A hack. It should be noted, first of all, that the documents were photo-scanned and not in digital ready format."
This was confirmed by the Politico reporters who claim to have the draft opinion? This doesn't necessarily confirm a hack. Just points to it as another possibility. Obviously, anyone can scan a hardcopy of something.
Meanwhile, notice how the "2000 Mules" premiere, Ukraine, Hunter biden's laptop, potential nuclear war, inflation, Sussmann's trial, the Durham investigation, interest rate increases, southern border crisis, Trump candidates' sweep in the Ohio primary, and the mid-term election have all disappeared from the msm news cycle - for now? And then voila, the J6 hearings will soon start up again after people lose interest in the SCOTUS leak.

When Roberts showed that he could be bullied with the transparent fraud of the Obamacare ruling, he gave up a lot of the credibility of the court.
Can they actually punish this thug? If there's a REAL reckoning, possibly might recover a bit of their lost prestige, but I tend to doubt it.

The search shouldn't take this long. There are only so many people who had access to this document. I suspect they know who it is, but the delay is about what to do about it.

Bring in every clerk confiscate their phones and check all their social media and their emails. Give them all polygraph tests, any that don't comply should be fired immediately.

The FBI is worthless. They will not find out who leaked this SCOTUS decision. Even if the person is identified nothing will be done because high ranking Democrats like Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden and their supporters (like the SCOTUS leaker) are immune to laws the rest of us must obey. It is no more complicated than that.

Fire all the clerks. That will send a message. There are plenty of qualified replacements.

Polygraph everyone with access to the draft. Trial, conviction, hanging on the court steps.

After the Nov election, they'll come up with some name. In the meantime, this issue will be on the front pages.

They can identify this person if they want to. They know every person who has access, or could get their hands on the document. They may already know but want to keep quiet.

1) this can be described as a serious breach of Attorney/Client confidentiality. Clerks are lawyers, the Justice/Nation is their client.
2) can be framed the same as if it was a court employee running to the press with tales from a sequestered Jury room.
Either can lead to criminal charges, but certainly Ethics violations alone would bar any further employ in any similar position.
Though the clerk/intern that leaked to the press about the 1st RvWade case went on to be....a Watergate Prosecution Clerk/Aide, an impeachment triggered by a President that tried to STOP the "top secret" leaks from the Pentagon to the Press, and promulgated by a "Secret Source" that leaked to the WaPo, and made a couple of Cub Reporters who did NOTHING except publish those leaks Media Superstars.

Have to admit that I am not feeling all that bad for the Supremes. They've been cloistered and protected for decades. The one last supposedly legitimate branch of government corrupted by some Lefty. Chief Justice Roberts brought this on with his obsession with the political standing of the court rather than the Constitutionality of the Court's decisions.

JOHN Roberts will not divulge this if it is controversial aka against a leftist. He whines all the time about the respect of the court, while he has done so much to damage it.

Whoever ever leaked the draft, the employing Justice should have the ethical grace to resign. Resignation should be demanded if not forthcoming.

It's time for Pelosi and Shumer to be screaming for a "Special Prosecutor" to find the Supreme Court leaks.
A report could be finalized by 2072.

Amy should walk over to Sotomayor's office and have a talk with her. She should use her Mom voice.
